My family had an awesome time on the Ziplines. The guides were great fun and very professional. The check in process was straight forward, and we were fitted with harnesses and helmets. We then had a fun ATV ride up to the first of 7 Ziplines. The whole tour was about 1.5 hours, we were provided with ice cold water both before and after the tour, which was most welcome. Just did this hours ago! Best zip lining experience by far!! $60 that includes the ATV tour up the mountain and 10 zip lines to jump in. Not to mention our awesome instructors Matt, Kelly and Ray Ray. Very knowledgeable and funny. Thank you so much for this awesome experience. I have been on other zip-lines before. None can compare with this zip line. One of the most beautiful locations to zip line and friendly staff! One thing I really enjoyed was that they don't have you stop yourself with the leathers. They stop you . Loved it ! read more

We used to do this every summer and it used to be a blast. Never again. The guides (Kayden from Indiana) ruined it for us. Other zip line places are way more fun and lot cheaper. read more

I highly recommend this to everyone. The staff is wonderful in getting you registered and set up and the guides are fun while ensuring everyone's safety. If you have no zip-line experience, this is a great way to start. You can probably ride with a guide if you want to. And even if you have done it before, this is a great course with several lines over 600 feet long. I never once felt unsafe out there. Just drink lots of water as it can be hot out there! read more

My son was leaving on his mission so we took the family out the Saturday before. I have always wanted to go here and I'm so glad now we tried it! It was soooo fun! The fall foliage was perfect. The staff was a lot of fun even if they did give me a hard time about being scared and screaming on every zip. Of corse, we finished off the trip with Heise Pizza. A perfect day!!! read more

I am in my thirties, have never been zip lining before, and have a crippling fear of heights, but I had the opportunity to try out the night time haunted zip line (which combines the haunted house experience with zip lining, offered each weekend in October) and decided to do it, just to prove that I could. I can't say enough good things about the staff and volunteers. I found them all to be very courteous, professional, helpful, and patient. I think if any of them had been indifferent or impatient, I would have lost my reserve. Instead, they were all supportive and empathetic without overdoing it or making me feel foolish. I don't know what sort of customer service training they do with the staff, but they are doing it right! Thanks to them, I was able to face my fears and I walked away with a great feeling of accomplishment. The price is about $30, which is the same whether you are just zip lining or doing the haunted zip line. I think this is a very good price, considering what you get out of it, and the staff are certified and really know what they're doing. I would recommend them to fans of zip lines and complete n00bs alike. You won't be disappointed. It's a unique experience and a heck of an adrenaline rush! I was told by the manager that they don't recommend the haunted zip line for children under 12 because it can be pretty scary. I don't know what sort of age criteria they have for the regular zip line. read more

Awesome place. This is only the second time zip lining and I'm afraid of heights. The first one out of 10 was the only hard one. After that I quickly wasn't afraid anymore. My husband and I went for our anniversary. We have zip lined before and this trip was just as great as Belize! Not only are the views spectacular, especially in October with the colors changing, but "Cupcake" aka Trevor and Kelly were awesome guides! Kate, the "boss lady" was just as friendly and was a great resource for fun things to do in town as a whole. okay so this is the best place i have ever zip-lined & i have been zip-lining more times than i can count!!! why is so great? 1. it is 10 long zipline courses set in the beautiful mountains...yeah mountains...i didnt even know that before i went and omg was it an amazing experience. 2. kacen, bree, & kali!!!!! wow wow wow!!! they were all like so much younger than me (and i usually dislike younger ppl bc they are disrespectful, etc.) but i cannot express how responsible, respectful, & friendly they were! the staff is coolest, chillest, nicest, knowledgeable, fun, and overall friendly and amazing people i have met!!! like i mean i am a new yorker and many people in the midwest/southwest so not get me but wow these three & the driver were amazing. why are they so amazing you ask? well unfortunately kacen doesnt go up with you but gears you up & mans the desk & he was so funny & friendly to talk to, i was saddened he couldnt come along. then there is bree & kali who guide you and zip-line with you...wow these two are soooooo good at what they do. kali literally took the coolest video of me i have ever by going down the zipline next to me (theres one course with two lines at the same time) & was so happy to do it. bree took videos of me ziplining on the courses with just one line and expressed only happiness in doing so. all three were amazing conversationalists, made you feel comfortable, happy, & wishing you could spend months with them ziplining of just hanging out. (we were going to but i was leaving utah early the next morning). give them raises immediately!!! read more

Our entire family went from 12 years to 71 year old grandpa. The staff was amazing. The "Boss Lady" and her team are very kind and very fun. We did the 3 zip line excursion. Next time we are definitely doing the longer zip line excursion. We had a great time. Would definitely come back again!!! read more

I am from Las Vegas Nevada and this was by far the funnest zip line I have ever been on. Better than Vegas and even better than one in Hawaii. I thought at first is was a bit expensive but I soon realized it was so worth it. My three year old even had a blast. The zip line workers were so much fun. I highly recommend this place. read more
