Oh my goodness! My family was looking for an adventure and this fit the bill. We selected the…read moreAlien Invasion room and boy were there a lot of clues to find! Some challenging and some that the 9-year old helped us solve. The staff were very helpful and kept us on track. Overall a great time! Tip: bring a bottle of water to drink - we were very parched by the end of the event. Looking forward to the next one!

We're experienced in escape rooms. We've done them in many states. This was our Least favorite…read more escape room. There were 7 in our group who did Kidnapped. For the first half You're each locked in your own dark , small box and have to get out before finishing the room together. The clues were split between the 7 wooden boxes we were in, and We couldn't communicate well because the rain sound over the speaker was too loud. Only The person next to me could hear me if I yelled. You can't work together if you can't hear well. Some of us were In totally dark boxes and couldn't see to work a lock. Others had a tiny bit of light. (Stuck for over 45 min.) it took forever for the first person to get out and by the time it was done there were 3 of us still stuck in our boxes. The worker never checked on us to see if we needed a hint and there wasn't a way to get ahold of her. We tried to help each other. Some of the people just figured out their lock boxes without the clues. About 7 min before time was up, the last 3 of us just pushed open our doors. You have to have a very small person in your group to go down a tiny trap door and crawl on stomach to the next section. We didn't even get to the fun part. It was poorly managed. After, when we talked to the worker, she told us she's only seen two groups of 6 or more ever finish. She said small groups do better because the clues aren't split between so many people. I wish she would have told us that when we booked for 7. We would have split into two separate rooms. That should also be their hint that something needs to change. 3 of us paid $25 to stand or lay in tiny, hot , dark boxes for 45 min. We really needed a hint.We didn't get to play. It was bad! Don't play if you're claustrophobic. The worker was nice but inattentive. If we could have made it to the next section, it might have been fun. Never going back.
