Would highly recommend booking! The only critique I have is that the website could use a bit more information (bring towels! I did my research of how to rent snowmobiles in Jackson but ended up finding the best of both worlds: a snowmobile tour that went to hot springs! I booked the Granite Hot Springs Tour Half Day. There were two timeslots for the tour, early morning or afternoon. I reserved the afternoon session, which started at noon. For our party of 3, I got 2 snowmobiles: one for a solo rider and the 2nd for tandem riding. I appreciated how clearly their website described of what to bring, including necessities for the hot springs like your own swimsuits and towels. A day prior to the tour, Teton Tour Co. called me to confirm my reservations and also answer any logistical questions I had. They were also able to accommodate a last minute change. My friend was staying at The Village, while my husband and I were staying at a hotel in Jackson. Teton Tour Co. was able to pick us up from both of our hotels. Our guide was Matt, and he was awesome. It was everyone's first time riding a snowmobile, and he thoroughly went over how to safely use it. The tour was such a blast! The way to the springs took about 40 minutes, including a couple of scenic stops along the way where we took pictures. The hot springs felt amazing, and it was an invigorating experience all in itself going in and out of the pool with our swimsuits in below 20 degree weather. On the way back, we hit a cool trail where we got to really rip on the snowmobiles. This was a great way to spend a snow day. I would highly recommend this tour and this tour group.

Highly recommend doing a tour with Yellowstone Vacation Tours! We have a second one booked in a few days for the Upper Loop. Our Tour Guide was Gypsy. Excellent and very safe driver! We hit Old Faithful at the perfect time, short wait and one of the tallest eruptions, 170 ft! Just wow! So many great photo op stops. Some wild life including Bison. We saw falls and cascades. Learned so much history of the park including the background behind a lot of the names. Definitely recommend doing a tour vs Self-tour! Thank you Gypsy!

We visited on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised that the park wasn't too crowded. Because of this, we had extra time for a few additional stops along the route, which was a great bonus. All of the stops were amazing, especially Old Faithful and Artist Point. We were also lucky enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife, including a grizzly bear, black bear, bison, elk, and more. One thing to note is that most stops are about 20-50 minutes long, so there isn't a lot of time to fully explore each area or purchase food. Our group chose to include lunch through the company, and it was more than enough for lunch. I would suggest to bring some snacks if you're a snacker. I loved the water bottle design they provided and ended up bringing it home as a souvenir. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Yellowstone!

We had our ski and snowboarding gear as we were planning on a snow day somewhere, so we didn't need the rentals. Their park prices are very reasonable. The staff was friendly, and the snow was fantastic!! So different from California snow! We got to have a totally new experience riding the different snow in a slight blizzard. This is quite a small resort/park, but still a lot of fun and enjoyable. We played the whole day and didn't even stop to eat! Then stopped for hot cocoa just down the street at Heise Hills Pizza Parlor. We now look forward to going every time we are in the area.

The crowd is organized well and there is plenty of room for everyone. The only morning competition and run for space is for shaded areas and shade shelter spots. If you want to get close to the performers it's easy to just walk up to the standing area in front of the stage. For such big name acts, the festival crowd is mellow and friendly. At no time did I smell tobacco or witness its use in the standing area, a real rarity! The biggest positive, somewhat surprisingly, is that they don't price gouge now that you are captive. At some festivals the whole town raises their prices just for you. All the prices here were pretty much normal. Some of the food trucks were a bit pricey but not obscene. The sandwiches at the coffee shop were way overpriced but overall the food and beverage scene was good. We had to take the lift to the top in order to see the mountain peaks through the smoke. I'm glad we did, it was fun and spectacular. The lodging was very nice, with a good supply of hot water and a comfortable bed. The sounds travel well through the walls and ceiling so a good nights sleep is not guaranteed. We had an elephant man upstairs who walked about in his room for hours! WHY? Just bring ear plugs, they may help. The room key gets you into the pool area, but the hot tub had too many people in it to try. Did not matter, the air temp was 95 degrees at 6:00 pm. It's a bit of a drive to get here but I think I liked this festival better than Rocky Grass, just because everything is so much easier. If there is another great lineup I'll be here! Billy Strings?
