We came here this week for brunch after workout class. There were not a lot of people in the building, but it seemed as they had even less servers around lunch time. We came in with 4 kids and 3 adults, needed 3 different checks and knew what we wanted. Steven was off shift, but was nice and brought us all our beverages and lemons. It took awhile to get the food, but it was cooked like requested and good. It took us forever to get the checks and could not find our waitress to leave even though she was aware that we were on a time crunch. We got in and out like we needed to. Ate here this past Saturday and had a great experience, wasn't crowded, cleaning dining and waiting area, no long wait from ordering food to when we got it. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was really delicious. I had the crepes with fresh fruit and hash browns, sausage and eggs. Overall, a pleasant experience. Well worth the visit. read more

Horrible service, stopped by on Saturday, manager/host was in a bad mood, it was a little packed, but seems she cannot handle the load. We did have a large party and the wait for others was 30 min, she kept repeating that our wait was going to be over an hour, which we were all good with until she stated she would sit other people before us if they had smaller parties, understandable but the way she stated it just made the group feel not welcomed there. I also asked if she could ask her customer through a PA system or somehow that there was a vehicle with the lights on in the parking lot. Just looking out for others as I would be upset if that was me and my battery went dead afterwards. I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat. However, when we arrived, we were greeted and promptly seated. The waiter was attentive and managed to get our orders quickly. However: why only bring 1 carafe half-full for 4 coffee orders? That wasn't cool, so I had to sit there for a few minutes with no drink. Thankfully the waiter rectified that situation and brought 2 carafes for the table. Maybe they were making more coffee, I'm not sure, but this is basically a breakfast restaurant, so you'd think coffee would be a priority. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food; I was happy once I got my coffee. The bathroom was clean and stocked, but it's in a weird area. You literally walk by the dirty dish station and the door to the kitchen. That's odd. The restaurant as a whole was pretty clean, and the table wasn't sticky or anything. I went at night around 12AM. I checked my food before I left, everything was there. I ordered a T Bone with eggs. I asked the guy that was taking my ordered I wanted my meat well well, no pink! Of course that too much to ask when I took a bite the meat it was PINK! I called the store to speak with the manager he told me to bring the meat back they will prepare me another and I did. This iHop is the best iHop I have ever been to. I ordered an omelet that had meat, jalapeños, tomatoes, and then I got chocolate chip pancakes on the side. The reason I say that this is the best one is because the other Ihops i have been to have been disappointing. Service wasn't great and my eggs tasted rubbery. I'll skip the details but The gravy was soo spoiled I could smell it the second they sat my plate down(but I didn't complain or anything I just simply let it go and lost appetite) but I draw the line when a ROACH crawls out from the table and crawled right into my Nana's food. As with every other place in the country, they are understaffed. Despite this, we had a great experience. We arrived and there was a short 10-minute wait to be seated. Our server was Steven and you could tell he was scrambling to sleep sure all of his tables were taken care of. He was great and never seemed flustered. I should've looked at yelp before coming here but I was hungry. IHOP is usually known for their quick service but not this one. There were 3 tables that were seated around us and after us that received their food before us (3 people). They were done eating and we still hadn't received our food so we ended up leaving. I would have given another star, but the service at night is horrific. Sunday and Saturday morning rushes have better service, and quicker service than what my husband and I received on a Saturday night around 9 PM. Besides that the food is typical IHOP. Nothing really changes and it is homogeneous pretty much wherever you go -- well, it's a chain so that's to be expected. None the less I do like pancakes, I'm sure I'll be back here for pancakes again. read more

Went there for Christmas Day Dinner. Chose the 55+ Turkey Dinner. Basic difference is no salad. Even though there were several empty booths available there were about 15 people waiting to be seated. I have seen this at other restaurants also. Not sure if it is to not overwhelm waitresses/cooks or incompetent host/hostess. Meal was good value even though it took longer than it should've for sliced turkey. read more

Actually if I could give half a star I would. I placed an online order , which was already PAID for. 1st problem is I had to wait in line for the cashier to bag up my order , which took like 10 min and my food was already there . 2nd problem, when I was next in line the cashier literally ignored me and asked the lady behind me who just walked in, what she needed. That of course caused some tension and I was rather rude because I was next in line, and I'm not that short to obviously overlook. 3rd problem , one of the orders was wrong and when I called to address the problem, the same cashier/manager had the nerve to argue with me on the phone about what I ordered and how it was not wrong on her end. Was in town visiting family and we ate there for brunch. Hostess was extremely friendly even though she quoted us "I don't know, maybe 15-20 minutes" wait and repeated that same exact thing to every single person after us. We waited more like 25-30 minutes. I didn't mind though because we went at peak hours. Our server was Steven and he was exceptional. I went to eat on 7/9/19 with my 10 year old son. He asked for the Happy Face Pancake and I asked for the Tilapia Florentine. I found a piece of chewing gum in my plate right before I was about to finish the meal. It was in the creamy, white sauce that is below the spinach that comes with the plate. The manager comped my whole meal ticket after I informed her of the incident. I will definitely not be coming back to IHOP. Also, the place smelled musty and it looked dirty overall. The bathrooms were also smelly. I just did not get a good vibe from this place. I just had a terrible experience overall. read more

This IHOP is one of the worst that I have visited! Even though the serve was as expected from a franchise, the food wasn't as fresh as I would think it would be. The all you can eat pancakes is a joke because the waitress has to bring them right, but our waitress never came back we had to flag another waitress down to get more pancakes. Worst breakfast EVER! My husbands steak came out grey, old meat grey. Asked the server if that was normal (even though we knew it wasn't) she said looks fine and how it hey normally come out. Manager came by and shrugged her shoulder and said and I quote "That's how it comes from corporate, in a bag and we cook." Really? I've been to this place on several occasions for several reasons. Tonight's meal was the turkey and dressing with broccoli, toast and mashed potatoes. It was a group event but most had eaten before I arrived. My sweet tea was fine and the server was prompt with refills. The food was not as pleasing. The broccoli had obviously been microwaved as some pieces were luke warm and others were ice cold. The potatoes though tasty were also luke warm. The turkey and dressing was "okay," nothing to really brag about. The bread was over buttered but arguable the best part of the meal. My friend was served meat in her meal which she specifically requested not to have. She mentioned it to the server but they server only apologized , but didn't offer to replace it. My friend couldn't eat her meal. The lady eating the eggs Benedict enjoyed her meal while another lady complained of the Philly not tasting the same as in the past and commented that it use to taste better. Certainly mixed reviews on this visit, but nothing spectacular to brag about. It was "okay" food with decent service regarding refills. But it is a chain restaurant with pre-frozen/packaged items. I love this IHOP. Ms Tinatti and her staff are wonderful. We go there at least once a week. We have two servers we especially enjoy, Kim and Stephanie. Most of the staff take the time to ensure your visit is a pleasant experience. As for seating everyone together while the rest is open, it all depends on the servers available. If there is a shift change it limits where they can seat groups until all servers are clocked in. read more
