The place was clearly on a decline. Bathrooms were disgusting. Server was literally complaining about another server to us. So much for being a team. I recently revisited IHOP this past week and found the services to be much better. We were seated quickly. The server was spot-on with service and attentiveness. The food came out hot and fresh. I was very impressed with the ease of the dining room. They set it up so that I could move with ease with my mobility issue plus I loved seeing they had handicap-accessible tables. Overall, a much better experience, and love all the handicap-accessible details to this place. A definite win for the mobility struggle community. read more

To begin with, there were people waiting outside, inside and up by the register both seated and standing trying desperately to get a table! I'm sorry, but if most people are masked when they come in, there's dividers between the tables (and I mean on the backs of the booth seats, making them pretty high)...why not seat the available tables instead of every other one? No one does that anymore for Pete's sakes! We were told about 10 minutes to wait and it ended up being more like 30 minutes since they were leaving half the tables empty...when we were finally seated, I was forced to slide through crumbs on the UN-wiped seat. Now that irks me. You're worried about germs, but you don't even decently wipe off tables or seats? Are you kidding me?? As you can tell, this wasn't starting out at the beginning to be a good visit and it only got worse from there. We both ordered sandwiches (I'm allergic now to eggs, or I'd have ordered a breakfast of some kind -- I really miss my eggs) with a side. Mine were onion rings and his was two pancakes. My burger was the BBQ burger and his was a chicken sandwich. After about 20 minutes, our order did finally come out. Both of our sandwiches were cold...so were my onion rings, which had turned into rocks by the time I got them. They were so hard I had to pull them off my burger because they wouldn't even squish down enough to make the burger the size a human being could take a bite of! My hubby's pancakes were slightly warm he says...at least for the whipped butter to melt...but my sandwich, the BBQ burger had basically no bbq sauce on it at all! Talk about a tasteless, dry burger! I asked for more bbq sauce and something different from the cup of coffee I had to start with. The bbq sauce finally came after about another 10 minutes, but the Arnold Palmer with unsweet tea came finally about 15 minutes after that. However, it was only unsweet tea. No lemonade. I was charged for the Arnold Palmer. I never got an Arnold Palmer...neither did my hubby who gets his with sweet tea --also received only tea. For the outrageous price we were charged for below standard food, the agonizing waits and the horrible incorrect beverages along with the incessant crying, yelling and screaming from someone's little girl, it was a completely miserable and lackluster visit. Seems they have TONS of room for improvement. I hope they do soon or they will only have their regulars from the local retired community to visit. Since it's kind of a small parking lot, it made it hard to find a spot, although it's right off the main Hwy. The floors were in desperate need of sweeping or vacuuming, the other floors sticky with syrup or something and tables and seats not being cleaned properly. Ultimately? YUCK. OH OH OH!!! Just went into my Facebook and guess what my memory was back in 2016? Of going to this exact IHOP and having such a horrible experience, the MANAGER actually had everything compted. Now THAT is ridiculous after five years to the date, a customer comes back and has yet another horrible experience?? Went on a mIni vacation for the weekend to visit a dear friend and stubbled upon this gem late at night. I ordered my usual of French toast with scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns. Everything was cooked to perfection. No complaints from me. They didn't disappoint. The service was fast and pleasant. The restaurant looks tidy and well kept. Britney Hayden not sure if I spelled her last name right but she was very rude to me. She was bothered by the fact that I asked her for coffee then a cup. She grabbed the coffee and the cup on my table and told me coffee put the pot down then grab the cup and said to me cup! and that there's a difference. Wow I was speechless. When I went to pay I ask her why she was so rude to me and she said that I was the one who was rude and that I was lucky she was working otherwise she would woop me outside. At this point, I asked for a supervisor explain how rude she was to me and supervisor was going to have a talk with her. I immediately call to report this incident on the survey. read more

Just like any place you eat, you really need to watch what goes on around you. I have to jack the Hop down a star because of something I observed. I was sitting with my LDC and noticed one of the wait staff walking toward my table with a bunch of pre-rolled utensils (the ones in paper napkins) that we all use. She was holding about 16 of them against her chest in route to set some tables that had just been cleared. Only problem is, she dropped one. Not only that, she kicked it with her foot and it slid a few feet on the floor. I knew she would set that one aside, but color me stupid. She picked it up and put it back in the batch she was carrying and carefully set four tables with them. Some unsuspecting diner did eventually use that napkin to wipe their mouth with that day. My husband and I went this morning and ended up walking out. The waitress sat us in a squished little tiny table with a group one foot from us, despite the fact that there were other places we could have been seated. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Our thoughts were that the waitress seated us in this way for her convenience and not necessarily our comfort. Such a disappointment! We stopped here after a Gator game, there were four of us. The place had a few tables, seriously mabye three tables ocupied and then us. There seem to be plenty of wait staff available. Not sure what the problem was! We were seated right away! But then we waited and waited for our drinks... and I was one thirsty momma! Finally, after our throats were quenched... they come to take our order and we ask for refills. Then we waited and waited... did I mention that we waited??? for some reills!?! But that was nothing! Our dinner seemed to take an eternity! Each of our plates came out one at a time and not right behind eachother... but with much time between. Lovely clean restaurant with easy acces which is a plus in Stark,Fl. They offer so much more than just breakfast. Had the roasted turkey sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomato on a fresh marbled bread..huge sandwich, I took half home. Usually this is me and my fiancé's favorite place but I literally had the worst experience here tonight and for that matter ever at any time. I wish I had an email address I could email this to rather than leave a review but I can't find one. First, let's start with the floor was covered with water from a water leak from the vent in the ceiling. 2 waitresses began to argue and cuss each other out for about 15 minutes in front of me and my family, as well as about 8 more tables full of families and couples. Then completely disappeared and then would come back but on the phone with what I guess was a manager. My order was wrong and parts of my order was missing and my waitress Jessica said tips and eggs don't come with pancakes. Yes mam they do. Food took forever to get to the table. We came into the restaurant, not during a busy hour & came from a long day at work. Did not get greeted for our first 15 minutes. After we got seated & ordered, others that were seated after us got food before us & we had to remind our server for our food. We noticed they were low on staff, but if they had a better communication system , it could've went smoother. Moving on, when my eggs first arrived , they were over cooked , so I had to wait on our food. A lot of unsanitary actions were also witnessed as well & I was disappointed in the servers for that. My friend had cold eggs after we waited forever for our "hot food." The quality of their food was average but could've been a lot up to the Ihop server. After waiting a while for our checks, our waitress mixed up our checks , which made it harder for us to figure out us paying for it. Also not the waitress fault , but the to-go trays are trash. I know how the industry works, because I've been in it, so please improve! But we will not be attending this location again. & the bathrooms were dirty. read more

I came in and waited 15 minutes to be seated. There were only about 4 tables occupied. It then took another five minutes for The waiter to get our drink order, and another five minutes for a drink come out after that. From there other tables had been seated, drinks accommodated, and refilled before he came by to check if we needed refills (that were never brought out). SLOWWWWW. We walked in after a Gator game and it was fairly empty. Took forever to get drinks, then refills. The server was nice and trying, but he seemed new. He had to keep asking our order to make sure he got it right. Then the waiting ensued! There was four of us and all of our orders came out separately.
