I took my family here on a Friday night after a baseball game. Not complaining about price. I can say it was hot in here at 10:30pm on a Friday night. There was minimal staffing. The AC was broke and from my understanding has been for a while. We didn't get refills on our drinks because the lone waitress was new and overwhelmed. More people came in while I was there and she was a new waitress so she struggled. We didn't not leave and take our business elsewhere, not that kind of people. Definitely need two waitresses or waiters on Friday Saturday nights and AC to keep customers comfortable in summer heat. Im not sure how the day staff work there or if customers stay. Sad read more

The only positive thing was that the people were nice. It took to long for the food to come out and every item except the pancakes were cold, very cold. I mean the eggs, the bacon, the hash browns were very very cold. Also, there was very poor management with respect to the place itself, 1st thing was they had no internet so we had to pay in cash, then we couldn't have waffles because the waffle maker was not working. This was not a sterling dining experience. I will say that the food I got was good, even though it wasn't what I ordered. The server was polite, but very disorganized and slow. However, when we keep getting wifts of it coming from the kitchen (waitress seated us at the table closest to the kitchen door as possible), and then witness the inaction and absent mindedness of the staff, are served one plate with a "melted omelette" with egg shells on it...a young man who's obviously baked tells us that he's the manager....MAYBE senior management needs to get involved. The price does not reflect the quality of the food for such small portions. While she was using the cash register another person came up to her and started talking to her. None of these people looked at us, none said hello, none said we will be with you in a moment. Eggs benedict - yolk was hard, whites were runny in parts, kids chicken strips were tiny, ran out of coffee and drinks and the server was no where.
