They are open until three for thanksgiving. The workers are extremely nice and positive even while working a holiday. Placed a pick up order and they were super quick. The food was good and did what it needed to do. I think kindness goes a long way when it comes to restaurant service.

The prices have significantly increased at ihop but I understand because of the cost of food supply. I love coming here no complaints simple and good.

Roach found in my food

If I could I would leave a negative 5 stars, this place is terrible the air conditioning smells musty and I Found 2 roaches one on the wall behind where we sat and another one in my mashed potatoes

My mother wanted some pancakes and we were in Rosedale for the first time so we decided to go to this Ihop. It was a little crowded but we only waited about 10 minutes which was great. We were seated and given menus. I went to the bathroom and we were waiting so long to go into the women's bathroom, the manager came over and kept a lookout for us while we used the men's bathroom that wasn't in use. I then went back to my seat. We sat for 15 minutes before we were asked if we were ready to order. There were two families that came in after us the gentleman took their orders before ours. When we got our order the sausage we ask to have cooked well done was not brown and they had to take them back. There was hair in my daughter's pancakes. Overall I did not have a good experience here and probably won't go back.

Once again we've been out and about and didn't have the moat important meal of the day, so when we passed an IHOP we made a wicked [but legal] U-turn into the lot. The lot is small and it was crowded. We were thinking, "CRAP, they're slammed", but we were mistaken. There is a SECOND larger lot just around the white fence. Walking in, seeing the people ahead of us we expected a 15 minute wait, but was greeted and seated immediately. This location is deceptively big. Its like the T.A.R.D.I.S of Pancakes! (ITS BIGGER ON THE INSIDE!) LOL Our server Jasmine took our order almost as soon as we sat down and within 10 minutes of entering the building we were eating. The food was good, hot, and cooked to order. My only complaint...IT WAS FREEZING in our section. So stop by. Remember, *there's plenty of parking, *its bigger than it looks *and bring a light sweater j.i.c. Jasmine

Seriously 8.99 for a shake??

Service was great, prices were gouging. Stay away from this sub par diner. How are you allowed to still be in business ? Food was trash!,

This is one of the few Ihops I've been to where I can honestly say the food is well seasoned. The home fries are actually tasty. So much so that I always finish them. The steak is just as delicious. If you go I highly recommend getting there before 10 a.m. otherwise expect to wait anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes for a table because it is popular. The parking lot is also very small.

We came to IHop for the first time in over 15 plus years. I hope this particular restaurant can redeem the one in Flushing that always always messed up my order every.single.time. I ordered the chicken fried steak with red mashed potatoes, spinach and ceasar salad. The steak was delicious as was the red mashed potatoes. They were a bit stingy with the spinach but it was still good. I requested more white gravy....it was good but should have been thinned out with some milk or cream. My daughter ordered the 2x2x2 ( 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 bacon strips), she said it was really good. She also ordered the Cold-Brew Coffee milkshake. They actually give the milkshake in the glass plus the silver container they made it in with a long teaspoon. My son ordered the garlic hamburger with fries, he wolfed it down without speaking......I assume it was delicious because he ate without talking, lol

I have been to this IHOP a couple times and while it's not my favorite but it's not the worse either. Food- I had French Toast with strawberries and bananas. Bananas were not ripe and it wasn't the best french toast I've had. Not much flavor. My daughter had the chocolate chocolate chip stack. She loved them. Location, yes the street/block is a very weird setup and it makes finding parking ridiculous but I think they do what they can with it. I like that they have the PA system to make announcements a o I'd you're waiting outside they can notify our party. Service- have never had poor service. Again it's a pretty small location and yes wait staff and patrons alike have to kind of wiggle pass each other bit staff is usually quick and professional. On this occasion my sever was Jas(z)mine. She was very sweet. Cost- pretty average. I'd gauge it at about $35 for a party of 2 about a $5 tip included. It's IHOP.

Not sure what this is..

I usually like IHOP, especially out in LI so Idecided to try this location since I was in the area. I ordered their steak burger, medium with fries. Pretty simple, eh?! Well, the cook decided to add an extra ingredient that I didnt order (see pic) Im sure this wasnt done purposely, however it doesnt excuse the overlook esp now with orders being a 100% during this pandemic. Naturally I was given an apology and was offered another burger, but honestly, why would I take it after seeing this?

2x2x2 food was delicious and hot, table and utensils were clean and sanitized. Thank you Jasmine.

Now you can conveniently order a burger in no time from a location in the airport. You place your food order from a touch screen kiosk. You can also watch your order being prepared by employees in the kitchen. This location has the typical Shake Shack vibe and flair. I ordered the single-patty ShackBurger, a made-to-order quarter pound patty of 100% Angus beef with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun. The burger really hit the spot before a flight. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and made fresh, with the perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and bun. Simple, classic, and satisfying. For an airport location, the quality held up surprisingly well. Service was a bit slow but everything came out hot and neatly put together. Prices are a bit higher at the airport, but the consistency and flavor made it worth it. Solid choice if you're craving a reliable burger at JFK and want something familiar and filling before takeoff.

Perhaps they're evocative of my childhood and youth, when every diner and burger joint served them. So I headed to Shake Shack for some lovely delicious fries. Ordering is a pain. You use a kiosk. No live people. I had gotten a bottle of water. The screen said to "scan" any other items. There is no barcode and no scanner. After saying three or four times that I couldn't scan the water, someone came over. You have to page through the menu. Ugh. Paid, typed in my name, and waited. And waited. Finally, my name was called, and I got my fries and some napkins. I sat I a lounge chair right across from Shake Shack, and.....the fries were cold. Terrible, awful, crushing disappointment. I so rarely eat fries these days. I was anticipating hot, golden, lovely crispy fries. I got lukewarm semi-limp mostly underdone fries. A sad, sad feeling. There's no seating at Shake Shack, but you can sit at a gate or take your food with you. Employees were working very hard, so it's strange that my fries were cold. I picked them up right away when my name was called. I probably won't come back, if I am in this terminal another time.

You can debate the nuances of each-- Centurion's food is better, Capital One's is larger and has a cheese monger, Ess a Bagel, and better cocktails. But compared to the sort of lounges that don't have their own bathrooms and offer nothing more than some bananas and cereal, you really could do worse. The Sapphire lounge in LGA is larger and prettier, but they pretty much offer the same amenities. The bathrooms have been clean every time I've visited, save for one time. The menu isn't vast but there's a little buffet station with fresh fruit and hot food, as well as a made to order menu with full sized portions. Sometimes the food has been quick, and other times it has taken a while, so you really should give yourself some buffer time if you're trying to get something from the made to order menu. The food is fine. I've visited enough times to say that the folks who work here have been so warm and nice each time, checking in and asking guests how they're doing. Garbage is cleaned up immediately, so it's a pretty well oiled machine in there. You can bring up to 2 guests and any additional guests cost just $27 more, which I'd say it's worth it, particularly if you have a long layover and will have a couple of drinks.

Under the level of the Chase lounge in LGA, but in the same tier, I'd say. The buffet food is…read morecurated and good (the chicken thighs in the mushroom sauce was my favorite). Pros: Services are far superior than many A1 lounges that I have been to unless you're flying La Premiere by Air France. Other than that it was way better than Emirates itself and I an Emirates Platinum Member I must admit this. The decor feels like vintage dinner with a modern touch, it's almost like old Hollywood glamour. Many dishes are made a la carte, a true definition of fine dining. Several Chefs and Sous Chef are eager to cook you whatever you want with a smile. There are several seating areas that you can use to enjoy your delicious 5 course meals and drinks. Who can forget the quiet room with several 0 gravity chairs for a relaxing massage before your flight. Everyone was beyond polite and attentive. Honestly, this lounge makes both the AMEX & regular DL lounges feel very basic. I was pleasantly surprised. The experience is far better & above what you will experience in the cabin. Once you come you will have no desire to leave. It's therapeutic & magical. There's something for everyone there. Most importantly it's never as crowded as the regular lounge. Cons: Although everyone is super friendly and attentive. It almost feels like disingenuous & rehearsed. Everyone is repeating the same lines as if they were told what to say which caused me to question and or doubt that they really felt that way. This experience never gets old, it's like adrenaline rushing through your veins, it takes you so high that every time you get on the actual flight DL one cabin, you feel a sense of disappointment. Overall, I never want my flight to be canceled delayed so badly when I am in this lounge. The attention to detail is world class and mastered by the most hardworking patrons. It's truly the 4 seasons of ALL US Airlines lounges. Just when I thought they couldn't compete with Emirates and/or Qatar, DL one lounge surpasses them. It's the only reason why I never regretted paying premium for DL one seat. I just wish that level of service continues in the cabin.

After that things fell apart a bit, with the server bringing one of us the wrong starter followed by a long wait for the correct one. Wine service also largely disappeared, though there were plenty of places outside the restaurant to get drinks. The food on the buffet looked and sounded delicious but suffered from sitting out too long. The food was certainly a step way up from the usual Delta Lounge, but I would in no way compare it to a good fine dining restaurant on the outside. Highlights were the massage chairs and facials. The process for signing up is confusing and the wait can be long if you come at the wrong time, but if you have enough time it's definitely worth it. Other than that, it was reminiscent of a Centurion Lounge - spacious but crowded, with a decent food and drink selection. Nice for an airport lounge, but still an airport lounge.
