Awesome spot to grab a bite while waiting for my flight. WiFi was not great but the food was good and the staff were friendly.

Waiting at Delta airlines in JFK in terminal 4, between gates A9-A21 we found this cute restaurant/bar. The food, customer service & atmosphere was chill.. If you have plenty of time for a sit down meal, I highly recommend this spot. Both the sandwich/salad combo and the flatbread were outstanding. The flatbread was something else. Stopped by this pizza bar at the airport on my way out and honestly loved it! I tried their Coney Merman IPA and it was so good, super refreshing for an airport drink. I also got the hot honey pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. The toppings and flavors were perfect, and the flatbread style made it even better. I sat at the bar and the bartender was really nice. There was plenty of space and charging spots, which is always a win when you're traveling. I even met a sweet lady who let me borrow her charger. Her husband retired from my job, small world! They also had some unique drink options, like the Shadow Hunter (with Woodford Reserve bourbon) and a Spicy Cider with Wheatley Vodka. Don't waste your time or money coming here for breakfast. Service was not great and the food leaves a lot to be desired. $30 for a dumpy breakfast sandwich isn't my idea of good value. This is for the JFK location by gate A10 for Delta. Bad Service, the waitress and the cashier would not interrupt their conversation to help a line 3 deep on 090524 at 10:32 am. I assume they wanted us to use the kiosk instead. I had a connecting flight so I wanted to know what's quick to order. One guy took the kiosk, the lady in blue got the cashier bought a soda took her order and promptly left Before the lady can finish paying. She was stuck because the machine would not let her Tip. She waited for the cashier to come back just so she can Tip her for the soda bottle! When I finally got my Reuben for $24 plus my $1 tip. I had ask rhetorically - Where's the beef?(see pic). Update: Full Refund Issued I had perhaps the worst restaurant experience I've ever had here in March 2026. I sat down and ordered a lobster roll (one of several menu items) from the QR code menu. I was automatically charged (even before closing my tab) around $40 only to be informed by a server 20 minutes later that lobster rolls were out of stock (nothing said this on the menu or prevented me from ordering or being charged). I asked the server if she could remove it from the check and she said she couldn't do so without manager approval (no manager was present). I ended up ordering something else and waited 40 minutes more for a manager to rectify the situation. An hour later and no manager ever showed up. I told the server I needed to head to my gate because my plane was boarding. She took a photo of my phone displaying my ticket and assured me that a manager would take care of it. I kept my check open so I wouldn't be closing out a tab with food that I never received (I did receive the pizza that I ordered). Imagine my disappointment getting off my flight and seeing that I had been charged not only for the $40 lobster roll that I never received, but, adding insult to injury, I was slapped with a 20% tip (on top of service fee) for food that I NEVER even received. And of course no comp on the food that I did receive. Could it get worse? It turns out there is no contact information (phone, email, etc) for this establishment and no immediate way for me to rectify the situation. I called JFK after the weekend and was told to email JFK operations and that it would be handled. It's been nearly 24 hours and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Nearly a week has passed and I am still left with a $70 bill for food I didn't get and was forced to tip on. Never eat here and never trust your server's assurances. read more

Fraudsters!!! Avoid at all costs. I stopped on my way to my next flight and bought an UNBELIEVABLY bad (and pitiful) chicken Caesar salad. They charged me $25.79 for a salad and a water. Whatever. I was a captive audience and had no choice The FRAUD comes in where they also charged my card $60.56! I was there for 2 min getting my salad. I spent no other money and did not swipe my card. I frequently fly delta and was utilizing the terminal bar , the women tried to charge me three times the amount for one drink and even when I go the manager involved she caused such a scene customers did not even stay or come in the restaurant at one point a gentlemen next to me even offered to pay the $45 for my one drink because he felt so bad for me. Maria and Vale should be fired and should not even have jobs in customer service period. Waited at the register over 10 minutes while several employees came up to the register and took money out, one said hello, one just was standing at the bar looking at me, and no one offered to ring me out or take an order or anything. I just wanted an apple juice and had it sitting in front of me but they didn't want to sell anything so after 10 minutes and with a line forming behind me, I left the juice there and walked away. I went there on May 23,2025 about 8 am. It took over 30 minutes to get one sandwich out of two that I ordered and paid for. At that point I had to go flight was boarding. We were there today and it was fine. We had two sandwiches: the chicken caprese and the sausage. Both were tasty. Service was pleasant and timely. Yes, it's overpriced but it's at a major airport in NY, so no surprise there. My least favorite aspect was the atmosphere. I came here for a quick dinner before my flight. They have sandwiches and flatbreads. They have QR codes at the table that you scan and order from and pay from your phone. I ordered an adult grilled cheese and one of their seasonal cocktails on their menu. I got my sandwich and the waitress asked me if I ordered a drink, and I told her the cocktail I ordered. She rudely told that they don't even have the ingredients for that and that cocktail shouldn't even be on their menu. Their cocktails are extremely overpriced for what they are. She didn't offer me a refund and said I needed to pick a different drink. She was the only person working the bar so I didn't want to argue. So I ordered a peach Bellini that was on their other cocktail menu. I waited over 30 minutes for her to make it and had to politely ask her about it three times. Once I finally received it, the drink was mostly orange juice. I'm giving this place two stars because the sandwich was good, but other than that, the service was bad and overpriced. When I asked Man if I could order through him since the kiosk was not working, he just pointed to the kiosk and walked away. Simply put, for a place to eat at JFK (around the A gates), this place put out a good flatbread. Was it pricy, yes but you do know where you are. However the counter service was horrible! Sitting at the bar, I had to ask for a drink (and because I did I went with water vs a cocktail). The previous guest's leftovers remained on the counter for a very long time however I needed a seat. Not once did the bartender wipe a spot and even though they encourage online ordering, she spent her time ringing walk up orders than serving. She sat my food down and I had to call her back for some napkins. No water refill, no thank you, not one word. She's lucky they encourage online ordering because they auto fill a tip. Now you can opt out but I suspect those in the kitchen get dinged too. This place could be a great time-killer while waiting for a flight but there is no service to go along with it. I'd recommend grabbing a bag of snacks and drink right next door, saving your money and just go sit and wait for your flight. For added insight (because I was at the bar) I overheard other guests having to ask for help/service and two guests cancel their order because of the delay is getting served. I arrived at JFK airport with a couple of hours until my plane departs from airport. I found a small eatery next to my gate which offered sandwiches and salads. I looked over the menu and came across an Adult version Grilled Cheese, the ingredients were mushrooms, ham , bacon and cheese ... I chose the sandwich with a request to 86 the ham and just add bacon . The sandwich was accompanied with a side of potato chips . This sandwich was delicious and hit the spot . it took 15 minutes to get a sandwich made, wasn't bad but not with the $23 that they charge. their kiosk was not printing receipts and they did not inform anyone in advance and on asking for a receipt I was told to go to my bank records for a footprint (like really lady) on asking for a manager I was kept for more than 20min it's and the said manager didn't show up! read more

We were charged $16 fort a 16 0z beer, then a $5.49 tip was added without asking our permission.

They did a good job. We had a short layover on the way to Maine and this spot fit the bill for lunch. Our waitress/bartender worked hard and we appreciate that. The food was perfect bar fare. We ordered at the kiosk (nowhere did it say you could only order "to go" at the kiosk) and were told we had to vacate our seats because they were only for customers that ordered from their seats. BTW my husband and I are elderly and really needed to sit down. I ordered a pizza flatbread and my husband had a turkey club. After 10 minutes or so, I was told there were no flatbreads and I would have to order something different. But right after that my pizza was ready and they gave it to me. It wasn't the type of pizza I ordered but I took it. They still hadn't given my husband his sandwich and said he hadn't ordered one - fortunately I had the receipt. After another 10 to 15 min, we asked for it again and they still hadn't started it. Finally it was put up on the warming shelf, but there was no one out front to hand it to us. I stopped an employee who was leaving and they got someone to come out and give it to us. So in addition to bad service and my wrong order, my food was cold before my husband got his. BE CAREFUL. Use cash if you can. I used my credit card. The total was $19.41. When I got my statement I was charged $22.62. The difference.....they added $3.21 TIP to my charge without my approval.
