    Run!!!! We were charged $11 per bottle of Bub Light. Had to catch flight and the bartender closed out our tab and bill had "5 Flat Tire" beers on bill but we really had 5 Bud Lights = $55 (plus tax & tip=$69.78) Female bartender said all bottle beer are $11 each, but that is not what the menu states!!!

    I love their Bloody Mary and get it EVERY TIME i use this terminal (5; across gate 26). Number one on my list of best BMs Heads up: their system adds it's own tip--so even if you feet great service you can't tip more unless you're carrying cash (and who has that anymore?!).

    Found this pleasant breakfast nook while on a post-flight/pre-connecting flight prowl for protein based sustenance. I like Hawaiian Airlines for being the only US flagged carrier that provides free meals, unfortunately everything they had available was loaded with sugar and high glycemic carbohydrates, which I cannot consume. So the Loft offered a flexible menu that was adaptable to my dietary needs. I ordered coffee, water, and two, 3-egg omelettes (plain/eggs only). Coffee was not Kona but it served me well. (Boy am I spoiled living in Hawaii!) The "naked" omelette arrived and it was sublime! Simple but wow! Two of these did the trick. I'm so grateful to the chef for accommodating me! Only downside (not the restaurant's fault) is the ordering protocol executed via iPads. I'm old school so I prefer human interaction. Despite this aspect, ordering was fast, the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and come back again if my travels take me here again. Not sure why this establishment has such low ratings... it's 5 star in my book! The free smartphone charging station is definitely a thumbs up (with "Shaka")! Mahalo Loft!     This place is almost everything that's wrong with the intersection of dining out and technology. But the chicken fingers are OK. There are iPads at every single table, propped up at eye level at every single seat. There is no option to order with a human...which is fine I suppose, I'm sure they're just trying to be efficient (except for the fact that just about all the food that sounds worthwhile has to be eaten with your hands, and touching the same screen as hundreds of customers before you before doing so isn't that appetizing). However, there's also no option to enter in specific requests. For instance, chicken fingers come with honey mustard or barbecue sauce, and goddamnit I want both. Why not just ask the people who brought the food out, you ask? I did think of that, but after two of them just didn't bring it out I just gave up. I was willing to pay for it too, but I imagine that because you prepay (the tip too) before you get your food, and there's no way to open up another transaction and get me some damn barbecue sauce anyway. In addition, there's no option to move the iPads out of the way, so you can't see the face of the people you're dining without standing up or ducking to the side of the colorful flashing advertisements on the screen in front of you. Call me old-fashioned, but I like to actually look at my wife's face during meals. She on the other hand, would rather stare at the colorful flashing advertisements on the screen in front of her than look at me (and who can blame her). In closing, the guacamole is drastically overpriced, given the fact that the old, stale tortilla chips are not the ones in the photo on the iPad image of guacamole. This false advertising cannot stand. This concludes me shaking my old, liver-spotted fist at the new-fangled airport cafe.

    This place gives me mixed feelings. At the outset, the concept is very modern and an attempt to he tech savy. It appears to be self seating and first come first served. Each of the tables have ipads to place your order complete with the ability to pay for your order. It is very hands off. The tables also have sockets and USB ports for electronic devices, etc. The upside is that you can order when ready, the downside is that you pay for your order including tip first. What if service is great and I would have tipped more? What if I wasn't satisfied with my order? It wasn't very busy so I was able to wave someone down for questions, etc. No problems here. The food is pricey as to be expected in airport. My order didn't come sans blue cheese per my request but the salad was still edible. Overall ok. I may or may not come back...depends on of I have a long layover in this terminal again.

    Ate here in way back from Paris. In jet Blue terminal. Food not bad. Service slow. Chicken sandwich ok. Turkey sandwich salty.

    Bad service ordered a margarita on 8/3/22 for $21.87 from the table waited 30 minutes no drink but the screen said preparing i spoke to the waitress there N she told me my server have left i explained i havent received my drink i was told that i didn't order at the bar so i cNt get no drink only my refund back i spoken to the manager only for him to tell me that hes short workers had 3 calls out and the waitress is by herdelf so thats why she couldnt reach me on time to stop me from ordering i was also told in 24 hours i would receive my refund im now in 48 hours and still no refund 8/5/22 THE ONLY REASON YOU GOT 1 STAR CAUSE YOUR WOULDNT LET ME POST MY REVIEW

    Plans was delayed today for 6 hours so went to grab something to eat and a beer , they had iPads in stands at the counter so I proceeded to order on the iPad ,I ordered 1-cheeseburger @$18.50 and 2-Heinekens ,the cheeseburger took about 1hour to come out ,I saw people who came in well after me being served ,I showed the waitress my receipt that I paid for a cheeseburger,she was very nice and got on it ,came out about 10 minutes later with my cheeseburger and made sure it was what I ordered ,while leaving I checked my bank statement and found 3 different charges from this place , I have my receipt for what I ordered but have no clue what the additional almost $60 is ,calling my bank to decline these char

The one sit-down place that's almost worthwhile is this place. Todd English is a chef mostly known for his tabloid headlines - drunk driving in the Hamptons (...watch out, Ina!), broken engagement with a woman who hit him with his own wristwatch, getting photographed with topless girls in a hot tub, shuttered restaurants with unpaid debts - and he has that self-satisfied, smirky manner that makes me switch the channel when he's on TV. Regardless, he has one of his many restaurants in the food court here, and it's called rather appropriately Bonfire. It stands out only because you get waited on here, but otherwise, it didn't make much of an impression on me. The menu is new jack American which appears to be his specialty, so i ordered the $14.95 Caesar Salad, which was one of the oddest presentations I've ever seen of this standard-issue dish. It was a whole Romaine heart uncut and doused completely in dressing with shards of Parmesan, three small triangle-shaped crostini and three little piles of capers (photo: http://bit.ly/15YD9vQ). It was a mess waiting to happen because it was thoroughly challenging to cut into without having it splatter everywhere. It tasted decently enough once I got it under control, but seriously, why was the overly artful presentation such a priority for travelers with planes to catch? FOOD - 3 stars...why not dismantle a Caesar? AMBIANCE - 3 stars...it's the airport, what do you expect? SERVICE - 2.5 stars...seemed a bit preoccupied TOTAL - 3 stars...what price art, Todd?...a splattered shirt, I guess
