My party was there to celebrate an engagement so that waiter offered us shots, which were accompanied by a dessert. The mixed shots were free but they charged us for the dessert. You should not charge patrons something that they don't ask for if you are doing a nice gesture. There is a lounge downstairs that I didn't check out but the waiter said they charge over $100 per male to enter. Overall, this place was nothing special.

Later in the evening, we noticed a staff member walking around refilling glasses with tap water at other tables, which confirmed that we would be paying for the bottled still water.
