They are open until three for thanksgiving. The workers are extremely nice and positive even while working a holiday. Placed a pick up order and they were super quick. The food was good and did what it needed to do. I think kindness goes a long way when it comes to restaurant service.

The prices have significantly increased at ihop but I understand because of the cost of food supply. I love coming here no complaints simple and good.

    Roach found in my food

If I could I would leave a negative 5 stars, this place is terrible the air conditioning smells musty and I Found 2 roaches one on the wall behind where we sat and another one in my mashed potatoes

My mother wanted some pancakes and we were in Rosedale for the first time so we decided to go to this Ihop. It was a little crowded but we only waited about 10 minutes which was great. We were seated and given menus. I went to the bathroom and we were waiting so long to go into the women's bathroom, the manager came over and kept a lookout for us while we used the men's bathroom that wasn't in use. I then went back to my seat. We sat for 15 minutes before we were asked if we were ready to order. There were two families that came in after us the gentleman took their orders before ours. When we got our order the sausage we ask to have cooked well done was not brown and they had to take them back. There was hair in my daughter's pancakes. Overall I did not have a good experience here and probably won't go back.

Once again we've been out and about and didn't have the moat important meal of the day, so when we passed an IHOP we made a wicked [but legal] U-turn into the lot. The lot is small and it was crowded. We were thinking, "CRAP, they're slammed", but we were mistaken. There is a SECOND larger lot just around the white fence. Walking in, seeing the people ahead of us we expected a 15 minute wait, but was greeted and seated immediately. This location is deceptively big. Its like the T.A.R.D.I.S of Pancakes! (ITS BIGGER ON THE INSIDE!) LOL Our server Jasmine took our order almost as soon as we sat down and within 10 minutes of entering the building we were eating. The food was good, hot, and cooked to order. My only complaint...IT WAS FREEZING in our section. So stop by. Remember, *there's plenty of parking, *its bigger than it looks *and bring a light sweater j.i.c. Jasmine

    Seriously 8.99 for a shake??

Service was great, prices were gouging. Stay away from this sub par diner. How are you allowed to still be in business ? Food was trash!,

This is one of the few Ihops I've been to where I can honestly say the food is well seasoned. The home fries are actually tasty. So much so that I always finish them. The steak is just as delicious. If you go I highly recommend getting there before 10 a.m. otherwise expect to wait anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes for a table because it is popular. The parking lot is also very small.

We came to IHop for the first time in over 15 plus years. I hope this particular restaurant can redeem the one in Flushing that always always messed up my order every.single.time. I ordered the chicken fried steak with red mashed potatoes, spinach and ceasar salad. The steak was delicious as was the red mashed potatoes. They were a bit stingy with the spinach but it was still good. I requested more white gravy....it was good but should have been thinned out with some milk or cream. My daughter ordered the 2x2x2 ( 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 bacon strips), she said it was really good. She also ordered the Cold-Brew Coffee milkshake. They actually give the milkshake in the glass plus the silver container they made it in with a long teaspoon. My son ordered the garlic hamburger with fries, he wolfed it down without speaking......I assume it was delicious because he ate without talking, lol

I have been to this IHOP a couple times and while it's not my favorite but it's not the worse either. Food- I had French Toast with strawberries and bananas. Bananas were not ripe and it wasn't the best french toast I've had. Not much flavor. My daughter had the chocolate chocolate chip stack. She loved them. Location, yes the street/block is a very weird setup and it makes finding parking ridiculous but I think they do what they can with it. I like that they have the PA system to make announcements a o I'd you're waiting outside they can notify our party. Service- have never had poor service. Again it's a pretty small location and yes wait staff and patrons alike have to kind of wiggle pass each other bit staff is usually quick and professional. On this occasion my sever was Jas(z)mine. She was very sweet. Cost- pretty average. I'd gauge it at about $35 for a party of 2 about a $5 tip included. It's IHOP.

    Not sure what this is..

I usually like IHOP, especially out in LI so Idecided to try this location since I was in the area. I ordered their steak burger, medium with fries. Pretty simple, eh?! Well, the cook decided to add an extra ingredient that I didnt order (see pic) Im sure this wasnt done purposely, however it doesnt excuse the overlook esp now with orders being a 100% during this pandemic. Naturally I was given an apology and was offered another burger, but honestly, why would I take it after seeing this?

So, my brother and I decided to meet for breakfast. Keeping in mind that I'm not an ihop fan, I figured how can breakfast be bad. While reviewing the menu I noticed the "soul food " menu. I decided to give it a try. BAD CHOICE. Decided to choose whiting fish, eggs, and grits. The fish was oddly HUGE ‍, unseasoned, and simply plain. Eggs are eggs. Grits were nothing special. Service was decent but when I think soulfood, I think flavorful, not Taking anything away from IHOP BUT, attention ihop: STAY AWAY FROM SOULFOOD.

I placed a to-go order and when I questioned how long it would take, so that we could walk around and come back to pick up the order, the waiter responded with an unnecessarily snarky attitude, telling me that they were "not a fast-food restaurant." I wasn't asking for fast food. I was simply asking about the wait time. There was absolutely no reason to be condescending to a customer. Since I didn't have 30 minutes to wait, I asked him to cancel the order and refund my payment. This somehow made him even snarkier. I asked to speak to a manager, who I'm fairly convinced may be a fictional character at this location. After some additional attitude, he finally agreed to cancel the order. Except he didn't. Which raises the obvious question: why work in an industry that requires you to interact with people when you seem to actively resent interacting with people? If basic courtesy and politeness are beyond your emotional bandwidth, perhaps customer service is not the career path for you. I was charged for an order I never received, and the refund was never processed. I only discovered the charge much later when reviewing my bank statement and ultimately had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back. Avoid this place like the bubonic plague. Honestly, the plague might offer better hospitality.

My wife and I went on July 8th so I'm a little late with this review, but overall we had a pleasant experience. Service was a little slow, but it was pretty busy so that's understandable. We really enjoyed our meals--she had the chicken and waffles (pictured) and I had the steak, eggs with fries instead of homefries (not pictured because I dug into almost immediately). The chicken was flavorful and the waffles soft and fluffy. I am a Well Done Beef Warrior and the steak was well done without being dry and tough. We didn't love the cheesesteak eggrolls much as they were oily and had a weird aftertaste. Wouldn't order that but would absolutely go again for the mains. The issue with this place is this: when you run a food establishment behind security in an airport, the assumption should be that people have planes to catch and don't have a lot of time. I've eaten at many airport restaurants and they will seem to understand this. Dromo did not. When the person in front of us got their order, the woman behind the counter started wiping down counters and refilling pans, and just generally did things other than ask us for our order. When she did finally get to us, we were informed that the falafel would take five minutes, and that she would go back and tell them to make some. She disappeared and didn't come back to take our order for almost 10 minutes. When she appeared, we continued our order and she got it wrong.
