This is a brand new IHOP. The one that was here before burned down just about a year ago (January 8th, 2011 way to start the year off). This IHOP has officially confirmed my strong dislike for this franchise pancake house. I give this place 3 stars because it's new and clean. We came here on New Years day. The stupid host kid told us the wait was 15-20 minutes and 45 minutes later we were seated. Our waitress was pretty decent (although after she was done dropping off our meals she kind of just disappeared). I first ordered the caramel hot chocolate. Oh my gawdddd. dEE-effin- ahh-mazing-LisH! Get my jist? I sucked that son of gun down with the ultimate quickness! The food was a different story. Oh it was so terrible. Even the pancakes. I'm not a fan of breakfast food to begin with so when you give me cheap shit it's just that much worse. I got the eggnog pancakes with scrambled eggs and hash browns. The eggs tasted instant. The cheese tasted like Vegan cheese. The hash browns were edible, but the pancakes...well let's stop right here. Isn't this a "pancake house"? I was under the impression that the pancakes should be the best. I wouldn't know because the few times I have gone to IHOP I never ordered pancakes. Well I was let down once again. The eggnog filling was pretty dam LegitAZballzz so I give credit where credit is needed, but the pancakes tasted like my dads Bisquiks. Yuckkk! So after this trip I have decided IHOP Is just not my thing and it never will be. I won't be returning to IHOP probably ever. No wait for a parking spot or table this time. Fast, friendly service and the food was piping hot again. The place was surprisingly spotless too. Only complaint was the waitress asking if we wanted change back. The change was actually her tip but after asking for it we didn't think she deserved as much anymore. Pancakes, pancakes, pancakes! Who doesn't love pancakes? Came on a Friday before 5pm which wasn't too crowded. This is one of the smaller Ihop's I've been too and they have a good size parking lot. We were served by Sofie who was very attentive and sweet. She kept checking up on us to make sure we were okay. A gentlemen which I think was the manager was also very attentive and friendly. I'm a very observant person and I noticed the staff here were very pleasant and nice to each other and work together. When people work together and are nice to each other it shows in their attitudes and work ethic. I don't know that's just my 2 cents. Anywho....our food was excellent. Of course we had pancakes which were so soft, buttery and delicious, some coffee and the roasted turkey sandwich with fries which was very good. It wasn't deli turkey but that thanksgiving style turkey slices..Yum! I've drove by this place on the weekend and after 5 pm on a weekday other times which could get very packed. This is my favorite ihop. My husband and I usually eat here once a week. The wait staff is friendly and always gets our order right. The food is good. Anything I've ever ordered from this place has always tastes great. The service is fast. I never feel rushed. No matter what time we go to eat we never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seated. Even if I have to park in the additional park lot in the back I always get seated quickly. Customer service is improving here. They added a backup waitress incase you need further assistance. In addition, they have a quick survey to complete. On completion, you get a $5 dollar coupon towards your next order. I had a steak omelette with spicy salsa on the side which made it taste great. Also, pancakes with apple topping added to a great experience. Prices are reasonable here, and the store added 2 security guys to maintain heavy crowds. read more

I've been going to this IHOP since I was a toddler, and I've seen servers come and go... but Niquan(sp?) is one of the best servers I've ever had...anywhere! All of their servers are very courteous, but this guy goes the extra mile! He makes the experience so much more by his pleasantness and impeccable customer service. This restaurant use to be my favorite but today , I order a veg omelette with white eggs 12.49 we substituted pancakes for Swedish crepes and order of toast , our waitress bring the bill and they charge me for the crepes supposed to be the substitute of the pancakes + the toast , I fell like they extra charge me, not happy at all. read more

The Saturday crowd was daunting but that didn't stop us from having a pleasant experience at this ihop. We ordered iced coffee which was nice. We then ordered 2 pancake combos, Nutella crepes and strawberry waffles which was tasty. Presentation was lacking but who cares when the food tasted great. Do not come here . Multiple times our orders were messed up or items missing . Right when I thought my order was getting there, I found a hair in my food . My hair was in a bun the whole time . I get that things happen , but this shouldn't happen. As someone who once worked at IHOP, you make sure you get the order right , and of course not have the customer find a hair on the plate . I have been to three different I hop in Brooklyn and I have to say I have not enjoyed it all until I came to this I hop in Queens. Their food was on point. I enjoyed my food it had flavor. Horray for the cook because they know how too cook. It was crowded but we sat quickly especially when it was seven of us. They move quickly. I will definitely make this my I hop. I've visited this IHOP many times, but today was awesome. When my sister and I walked through the door, we were immediately greeted and seated. It was a little crowded for a Tuesday morning, but I don't mind a crowd. We both ordered The Split Decision which included two triangular pieces of French toast, two buttermilk pancakes, two eggs any way you like it (I chose scrambled egg w/cheddar cheese and my sister had scrambled egg whites w/cheddar cheese. The cheese was an extra $1.29), two slices of bacon and two pork links. This was only $10.49 per person and we got unlimited coffee for $2.79 per person. All together our meal was about $30. Everything tasted nice and fresh. My bacon was a little salty. When I told the waitress/server she brought me fresh bacon without a problem. No questions nothing. I really appreciated that. Sometimes you go to these restaurants and the waiters make such a big deal when you have request. The waitress also checked on us from time to time to make sure we were alright. The food is absolutely wonderful!! I do hate the parking lot. This is a very popular spot, but the parking lot is not only small, but also inconvenient if you have to wait for people to leave. Other than that, the staff is great, the food is great, and I like how the restaurant is set up. They do have a simple and fit menu if you are watching your diet, but otherwise, the food does have a high calorie in-take. That being said, this is a place where I don't eat very often. I really enjoy the service staff whenever I am here, especially because it's fun to laugh about things. My teenage son always asks the most inappropriate questions and I enjoy the responses. The best time to go is when it's not busy so stay away Sunday mornings. There are some benches to wait when needed and parking too. I've noticed they also have some sort of call ahead or pick up service with a reserved parking spot near the entrance. Use the bathroom before you come-it's small. This IHOP is okay but like some of the others, they bring your pancakes almost raw. They look good but are too doughy. The other food is okay to good but the wait service and back ground music is not too good. Skip this place and order pancakes and the works elsewhere. read more
