The shrimp was good and the chicken was delicious. A couple of us ordered bottled beer which wasn't very cold. The bathrooms were unisex and not super clean. All in all, I wasn't super impressed and I wouldn't go out of my way to go back.

Absolutely unacceptable when you're waiting on a table that's putting down more than $250 before tip. Food wise, pretty happy. Fried green tomato was good; pincaha was salty but well cooked (chimichurri overpowering); duck was nice; and pastas were rich. Unfortunately, our server went AWOL after dropping off our food. We had a question and he wasn't around. My water glass was empty and no sight. My partner's water glass was empty for a while and - I kept looking around - but no sighting. I finally did something I hate to do, which is to call over another server, but we both were thirsty and needed something to drink. That server was very nice and promptly came over with a water pitcher for us. The bad service really wrecked what was otherwise a good meal in a nice atmosphere. So, here's the thing. We were pleasantly greeted by Dolce who in noticing the bussers were behind, personally cleared a table for us. We were seated in Gracie's section and were treated as royalty. Gracie needs to TEACH customer service! She patiently answered my guests' (broken English) questions without missing a beat. Gracie ensured we had everything we needed, stopping by at just the right times. She made our dining experience at LPH a total pleasure! Fried green tomatoes were killer. The two steak entree was top notch (we all got it). Lastly, the drink selection was substantial. Do yourself a favour and ask to be seated with GRACIE.
