Wish I could give less than 1 star. As a local I should know not to come here but I have come twice in the last year, trying to let them redeem themselves. Both time I ordered the chicken strip platter and both times they gave my 4 strips instead of the 5 that the menu says it comes with. Both times they were out of honey mustard and both times it felt the waitress was more annoyed by caring for a table than anything else. My husband's omelet and pancakes were cold when they were set down. And forget about drink refills. Will not be back to this again. read more

This place is done, finished, expired, cooked, DRT, FMJ, it's clipped, reset character, and kaputt! Terrible service and food make this a must visit if you're itching to waste your money. After being absent from the area for a number of years, we gave it two shots to be fair, and the second matched the first with poor attitude, cold food, incorrect order, and overall ineptness. I hate that for this place since we were here when it first opened to rave reviews. But, like all toilet paper, one must eventually flush it down the toilet. This is the filthiest ihop I've ever visited. The floor alongside my table is slippery. So much so that when I attempted to stand back up and use the restroom my foot slid out from beneath me as I peed! Returning to my booth and seated again I hear two types of music conflicting. Something akin to Slipknot or another metal thing with vocals comparable to Cookie Monster being abused in Mr Rogers' San Francisco neighborhood, while Danny California and Anthony Keidis' excuse for vocals. After the polite waiter approaches our table and takes orders, I'm forced to request that he have the cook turn that shit off, it's absolutely inappropriate to the guests. The couple behind me clap and the other tables turn my direction and one gave me a thumbs up. The music is turned down. Now I'm assured my meal will contain fecal traces or urine. The price for admission I imagine. Oh dear, now the music on the house speakers is some pseudo country artist who likely doesn't think Johnny when the word CASH is brought up. The food arrived timely and wasn't blatantly desecrated. Still I'm wary about eating it. The over easy eggs are flawless, as is each bacon strip. Well, I am hungry and have to die of something, hope it isn't from food poisoning delivered in my hash browns. LOL The kids are happily oblivious to my concerns. Kids have it good, at least mine do. Off to a week of fun with the mommy at our annual gathering of old friends and new at a place called Camp Awesum on Moon Beach in the little township of St Germaine Wi. Oh joy. There seldom seems to be many cars at this location and we now know why! With only 4 tables with guests, it took over 20 minutes ( we think closer to 30) to get our food. The orders were easy...nothing complicated. The table behind us was waiting when we got there so assuming it took just as long for them as well. A gentleman who came in after us, got his food before us. Go figure. The waitress was pleasant and did check on us twice while we waited. Overall the place does not look clean. The tables around us had napkins shoved under the legs to keep them from wobbling! This can't be sanitary for mopping or sweeping! I think the staff was doing the best they could but wonder if the kitchen was in the same shape as the dining area. Not good feelings overall about this location and wouldn't recommend. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My parents and I are here for a celebration of life (my uncle had passed away). We walk into IHOP a few min past 9. There was a small family in the dining area and that was it. The young lady Isabelle walked up to us about after 5 min of us waiting to be seated. She informed us that they close in 30 min (note the time on here and their website both say 12am), so did we want our food to go. Remind u, it is only 9:10pm and they are supposed to close at 10 per the young lady. I asked the lady, if you close at 10, why can't we dine in. Her response was " the kitchen is already cleaned and I need to be out no later than 10pm" I asked to speak with a manager and the girl said, Im the only one here. I am so frustrated! I will be getting ahold of corporate! We will NEVER go back to this establishment again! read more

Horrible kitchen staff! My fiancé and I came to this IHOP the other evening while we were staying in the area overnight. It was about 45 minutes until closing time but it was the only restaurant open at the time. My plans were to go in, get to go boxes with our meal so that we could be out before they closed. We walked in and a very kind lady sat us at the table and got us our drinks and took our order. When she put the order in a male in the kitchen yelled, "you took a table?!" And stuck his head out the window and looked at us. He then yelled repeatedly "what the f**k" and "get them out of here, make them leave". The poor waitress looked so scared and belittled. After about 15 minutes of waiting the waitress came out and said, "I'm sorry for the wait but our kitchen was already closed down when you guys walked in." I figured they had already began making our food so I said that that was completely fine and that we would take our order to go. She went back and told to cook, "they still want their order but they want it to go" and all we heard is this guy throwing something metal around, cussing and saying insults about us. We got our food, still before closing time, and we left. When we got back to our hotel and opened our food, the pancakes were all broken apart and folded onto each other. I ordered one of the deluxe stacks and they just put all the toppings into containers which leaked all over the bag. Overall, I hope they hire better kitchen staff and I hope that waitress finds a job with staff that treats her with respect. read more

With restrictions being lifted, we wanted to go out and we had a coupon that was buy one get one meal. Distancing was being practiced and there were only a few tables being used. We both ordered and when our orders came I was informed that they were out of half the things I ordered... and my order was wrong. Our other order didn't come with silverware and our server never came with them. We were then told that the coupon would only count if we got drinks. When my order finally came we asked for a to-go box for the other order because we weren't able to eat it without silverware. When the coupon was applied it only took $8 off our meal. It was frustrating to order food, not get half the food we ordered, have the food that was ordered be wrong and not get silverware to eat our food. I'm a server, so I'm usually forgiving when it comes to servers because sometimes they are busy. This server only had 4 tables. With the mess up we should have gotten a discount, or our drinks taken off or something, but the coupon ended up taking care of our 2 sodas. So, this IHOP is nothing out of this world, but isn't terrible either. A solid breakfast option. I will agree with a previous reviewer that the bathrooms could use some attention most times I've visited, but overall, it appears to be a clean restaurant. The wait staff have always been friendly and attentive. Our most recent visit was an online to-go order. The host was super friendly, kept making conversation with me while I waited for our order, and even offered me something to drink while I waited. It was about what you'd expect from a franchise restaurant. Nothing too fancy. The dining area is a little cramped, tables are way too close to each other for my comfort level and any reasonable expectation of privacy. Other than that, the wait staff was friendly and attentive, the dining area was clean, the food was hot. An omelet will set you back $12, but the portions are fairly big, you'll probably be taking some home with you. If you're driving by and hungry, it'll do the job but it's nothing I'd go out of my way for. Over all, just an average experience, nothing great, nothing terrible. read more

Super slow service, we waited 25 minutes for breakfast and burgers. It was all you can eat pancakes and the first batch came out cold and hard. We had to flag someone else down to report this to the waitress. She delivers new hot pancakes shortly thereafter and spinned around so fast we couldn't ask for drink refills. So we waited another 10 minutes to flag down yet someone else for water. No return of waitress for another 10 minutes after water showed up. So much for all you can eat pancakes. We made a comment about waiting and the waitress laughed. She said she had to make the pancakes herself! The burgers didn't have a lot of flavor. The restaurant wasn't very busy. There were maybe 5 tables of people. Very disappointed. When you clearly need service by turning around and staring at servers , waving your arms and they won't even look around to see how everyone is doing. Came in on a Wednesday late morning, were seated promptly and had our order taken. There were five other tables in the restaurant with customers, two of which were already eating. A couple came in, they appeared to be related to someone on the waitstaff. The couple acquired three different waitresses, including ours. After we received our food, half an hour later, our waitress only returned to give us our bill. The couple who had three waitress, came in 15 minutes after we placed our order, had paid their bill, were given a to go box. Not once were we asked if we needed anything else, all while a waitress was with the other couple at all times. As a fellow waitress I am very disappointed in the service I received especially from the staff. There was one server who did an amazing job. My glass of milk was covered in dried food and extremely dirty so I had mentioned it. The man gave me a new glass and upgraded me for free. Waited for 10 minutes for a waitress to take our drink orders, nothing. Said we would give them 5 more minutes. Within that time we saw a waitress apologize to the table behind us because she accidently gave them a full order when they were suppose to have half. She took the full order off there table and tried to give it to the right table. The whole restaurant looked in shock and the lady asked if she could have a new order. They came back not even a minute later with a 'new' order. After all this we still did not see a waitress come to our table. Our menus were closed and set on the side, 3 waitresses standing around talking... we left. It's sad to say but the service just isn't good. And I know it's not the servers fault. There was two girls working and they were busy and I felt sorry for them. They need more help. They need someone to seat people. The food was good just the service was slow. It took 15 min to get our drink order. Then we went ahead and ordered our meal. My meal was totally messed up. Another one in party asked for syrup to be warmed up and that took 10 min and the meal was half gone we had to ask her for it. Me and my husband have tried to go to here a few times Sunday after church and every time it has been an awful experience. One time we sat at a table for over 20 minutes before having to flag someone down to finally serve us. Yesterday the place was just a chaotic mess, and they sat us between two tables that were loudly complaining about their food taking forever, the sever ignoring them, and the food that did come out was terrible. We waited for ten minutes before a server even came over and after hearing all the complaints around us, we just walked out knowing our experience wouldn't get better if we decided to stick it out there. We waited and waited for our food...my husband was so focused on our food being so late that he was not even listening to our conversation. They were not even what we ordered. My husband asked if we could just cancel our order and we left. The manager and the waitress were both very nice and apologetic, but honestly, if you are not going to serve food...put a closed sign on the door. Horrible customer service, there's a lady here that is very rude, i watched her basically tell a nice older lady that her coffee was hot enough when she wanted it sent back to be warmed up, the poor old lady was eating by herself and had to argue with the waitress for minutes before sending it back, then the waitress basically announced to the whole restaurant by telling the workers very loudly that she needs her coffee re heated because its not hot enough for her and even chuckled, i will not go back here just because of seeing how that older customer was treated. read more
