This was absolutely disgusting and it made me sick to my stomach for two days. IHOP: You can do better than this. A couple of days before Thanksgiving I decided to try this out because I was craving some turkey with all the fixings since I was going to miss Thanksgiving this year. I decided to this out thinking that it was going to be fresh, flavorful but I was wrong. First, I was disappointed to hear the waitress say that the only two options for sides were mashed potatoes and green beans. No stuffing, no mack and cheese, yams, corn, etc. Second, when the plate arrived I realized that this was not fresh. Right away I noticed that this had been frozen God knows for how long. I noticed a funky smell but I decided to dig in. I was hungry. The turkey was cut in thin slices and noticed it had a weird texture. As I was chewing it, the meat tasted awful, it was rubbery, chewy, bland. The green beans had no flavor and seemed that they were just microwaved. I ate what I could but then my stomach started growling so I stopped. I will never come to this IHOP again. I think that they should never offer a "special" if they are not Actually willing to take their time to make it right. Shame on you IHOP! read more

They have changed the music there from oldies to modern music which we don't like. If they would put instrumental music it would be better. The music they have now is not conducive to comfortable dining. They have also discontinued gluten friendly food. We used to go there about twice a month, but we do not intend to dine there anymore. We will miss the servers. They gave great service. read more

Service! They were steady and I was greeted with a few minute wait. The entire staff made the experience personable! I had the bourbon bacon eggs Benedict! It was tasty! I loved the team work of the staff. I've been to many ihops but this one was set apart. The ambiance is the corporate consistent ambiance of every ihop. Clean would go again! This location had just reopened to diners inside as well as outside dining. Limited capacity of course, masks required. Paper menus as well as disposable condiments... ketchup packets, single serve butter, salt and pepper, syrup. My food was delicious, service was great! The air was not on and it did feel stuffy is my only negative feedback. read more

Great food, ambiance and service as always! We appreciate the attention to detail and never ending coffee.

Didn't have to wait to be seated, But as we got to the table, we waited 15 minutes. We had to tell a server that we were ready to order. About 5 minutes later, we ordered our food. We waited an additional 30 minutes and tables who ordered after us received their food. Horrible customer service and experience at this IHOP servers only want to order on the big family tables compared to a family of 3. Spoke to the manager and she just apologized and we left without food my son was hungry and upse. read more

So I am told this is a new trend however I have only experienced it at the Pasco IHOP. The first incident was about a month ago. The service was mediocre at best and the wait for the food is not worth it however that is not the reason for this review. We have four checks between our group, 2 of which paid in cash. When they received their balance back there was no coins included. For example if the bill was $6.47 and the person gave the waitress a $10 bill. The "change" was just $3 and did not include the $0.53 in coins. When asked about it the waitress actually rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed that they would ask for their proper change. I informed her that what she was doing was actually theft. This time she simply laughed and walked away. I left but called the following day and talked to a manager and explained what had happened. He assured me this was not acceptable to the company and he would address it. Fast forward to a last Friday night. We once again went to IHOP for dinner. Guess what, it happened again!. Now before you all think you are going to tell me how it works let me state some facts. The argument that some will make is that "most people simply leave the coins as part of the tip". While that is true it is 100% up the customer if they want to do that or not, not the server believing they are entitled to. Until it is given to the server that money belongs to the customer to decide what, if anything, they will leave for the server. Not providing the correct change is not only unethical but is, in fact, illegal. It is theft and this is a scam that is apparently becoming common. Tips are not mandatory and should be earned. The service at most places now is sub par due to the fact that they believe they are entitled and will get a tip no matter how bad they are. Not true, at least for me, and I hope that others follow suit to put the "service" back into the industry. To the owner of this franchise I will let you know that this complaint will also be shared with our local law enforcement. While each incident may seem insignificant the sum could quite possibly be a large amount. I will personally not be coming back to your restaurant and I will make sure as many people as I can know what is going on, and more importantly, that your management seems to condone it as they were notified previously and obviously took no action to correct the problem. read more

I went there for dinner last night my husband got his normal breakfast and I got the Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, Mac and cheese plus green beans and my dinner was so greasy and oily. I've never experienced this with a dinner like this. I wanted to put int in a fry pan cook it then try to eat it again. But there was so much grease it would do no good. Too much oil to fry off, my stomach was turned so in the trash it went. New cook bad directions don't know but I will not go back there for a good minute but hey the coffee was delicious... I tried to like it but the grease was a no go ! read more

International House of Pancakes has a long history. The new locations have gotten away from the quaint A frame architecture, which is kinda sad. I like character, and the new locations look like pretty much any other place, which takes the fun out of going out. Places like the diner shaped like a milk bottle featured in Benny and Joon (which is located in Spokane and still going) are more fun. Anyway.... I am not usually a pancake fan, unless I go out, because most people tend to make them too thick and don't cook them long enough. So when you get towards the middle you get doughy yuck. Fortunately, IHOP perfected their pancake technique long ago. I have already deducted a star for lack of atmosphere. I took another off because overall I think they charge too much. The last star I took off because of inattentive and indifferent service at this location. We hardly saw our server the whole time we were here, and it wasn't that busy. And the attitude I got from her...well, I think I am going to buy the girl a t shirt that says "Yeah, whatevah..." I will say my food and my sons' food was good, and this location was very clean. Went to the rd. 68 IHOP in Pasco today. Got the Classic Steakburger deal, and it was very good. The burger had a tasty, browned crispiness to it that you don't find at any of the fast food burger places. Came with crispy delicious french fries all for under ten bucks! Signed up for their rewards because I will be back. read more

I'm soooo Happy they are back open again. Love it here. Solid Menu, old classic favorites and new creations to choose from. Great Coffee and they have Vanilla Creamer. Lots of smiles. My only problem was , no salt and Pepper on the tables. No jam. And no extra napkins. I feel very COVID safe there. Really good it's one of the best places to go for breakfast but some of the stuff can be really sweet

after waiting 30 min to be seated it took another 30 min to be wsited on server devina was lacking customer service. she actually served several other tables before us, and we were seated before all of the. then another 30 min food came. it was obviously sitting under the heat lamp and our entire oder was cold. one guest in our party never got her food. better off cooking at home! read more

Horrible. My order was wrong then had when arrived as I was trying to enjoy it a hair. Rookies should not be waiters in a busy restaurant. I have been a waiter before and I can tell you the support system within sucks. I left a tip because to not tip is disrespectful, but my experience was unacceptable. read more

Tonight we had breakfast for dinner here. My food and my kids food was really good. Warm.. we enjoyed it. My husband ordered the T-bone steak and eggs. We ordered the steak medium... when it got to our table it was gray in color.. at that point we thought it was our mistake for ordering medium so we waived down and asked who I think was the manager if she could take it back and cook it longer.. she took it back. By the time my husband got it back the rest of us were done eating. Right at this time was the first time our server checked on us. She had no idea there was even something wrong! So they bring it back cooked all the way through, now it was just gray all the way through.. tasted so off. The server saw me take a tiny piece off and spit it into a napkin! She just giggled... I just asked for a box. My dog is now happily enjoying his $14 steak. I'm not a rude person. I just can't believe the way my complaint got handled. These servers need better training.. just because someone isn't blowing up at you while complaining doesn't mean their issue isn't serious and should just be giggled off. read more

Had a decent breakfast here. Had the special which had your basics (bacon, sausage, hash browns, and eggs), plus your choice of something sweet. I had the strawberry crepe. The breakfast was good. The crepe was nice, but it was really rich and a bit too much for me. This is a decent place to go for breakfast if your want something above Denny's and Shari's. read more

I don't like pasco location because they always mess up but I wanted to give it another chance so I ordered to go , my Chicken was burned and the pepper was not grilled I asked for strawberry topping and they charged me $1.50 when I had ordered waffles I have the right to a topping and to top it off they forgot my side of sausage order so my baby was starving and she didn't get her food I didn't eat the fajita omelette with burned chicken so NO I will not go back and if I do is for my refund!!! read more

Not happy with the service we waited 45 minutes to get our food while it's sat underneath the warmer. Not happy at all all of the fries were cold the potatoes on my wife's plate were cold as well as most of the rest of our food was just barely warm. We love our local IHOP and would have rated a 4 if it wasn't for such long waits even when they are slow. Food is always great though and while the food comes out slow the servers are very friendly. Update: We mostly online order now and it's been great! My only suggestion is being able to customize the order online to ask for certain condiments or let them know about food allergies. Not the specific restaurants fault though. read more

Restaurant was half full. We sat and waited for about 5-10 min for a table for three at 6:30. Got seated and host brought us drinks. We sat and waited 15-20 mins. No waiter ever came to the table. Nobody else ever acknowledged us. We had to just walk out as it was evident we weren't getting served. read more
