Typically Ihop chain. Nothing special. The wait was a little longer then usual but that's because we came here for Easter brunch. Servers were nice and friendly, but busy, bathrooms were ok. Ordered the fit and healthy breakfast and it was bland. Hubby ordered the double but and it was heavy but he said it was alright. read more

This is our 2nd breakfast here - once on the weekend & today on a Wednesday morning. The food and the service were first rate on both occasions. Has to go orders during the pandemic, which is appreciated, but NONE of the staff are wearing masks. There's one pen to sign your receipt with no hand sanitizer. And then they forgot to give us the fruit for our pancakes. The other customers weren't wearing masks either and not observing the six foot distancing guideline. So I'm visiting my mom in Olympia Washington. The Ihop here is so much better than the Ihop where I live. Its clean and our waitress, Cathy was soooo nice and attentive. Great experience at this IHOP , came in around 6-7pm and had Denise as my server. She was wonderful and very nice. Food was brought to us in a timely manner and tasted great. I'm super picky about how my hash browns are cooked and they were perfect. read more

We ordered for pick up 2 orders biscuit and gravy a waffle with xtra strawberry. They forgot all the gravy and when we paid extra for strawberries we got a tiny container that had 4 strawberries in it. Had to go back to the restaurant because they forgot the gravy and they argued with us about it being in the bag. We wouldn't waste our time driving back to the restaurant if everything was there. Last trip was horrible so thought we would give it another chance. Horrible read more

My husband and I love this iHop! The food is always on point, fresh and hot. The servers are on their game and we've never had a bad experience here. My only advice is try to avoid Sunday and Saturday mornings because it is super loud and you won't be able to hear yourself speak. Other than that, highly recommended! read more

Our waitress Ellen went above and beyond! I ordered the New York cheesecake pancakes. They came with strawberries on top. When I seemed disappointed she offered to scrape them off. Then when the sauce was soaked in she offered to have new ones made. What N awesome waitress. read more

I've never ever been to a I-Hop. When we got there around noon-ish on Saturday, the parking lot was full. Inside there were over a dozen people waiting for a table. We thought it was going to be a long wait. Nope. They were flipping tables so quick we got seated under 10 minutes. The pancakes were nice and fluffy and the hashbrowns were cooked up just right. Food was not near as good as other locations. Purchased the ham, hash brown, cheese, and onion omelette earlier today. The onions were HUGE pieces and UNCOOKED. On top, there was unmelted shredded cheese. There was probably 8 little cubes of ham throughout the whole thing. So I basically paid $13 for egg and hash brown log. when I inquired about the onions to the waitress she told me "that's how it comes sorry it's with onions." She didn't offer a remake or refund. All right, so I frequent Ihops and their cousin Denny's . By far this establishment is the best. Food: 5 stars, fresh , well cooked, great presentation , well seasoned . 9/22/13 This was our First time visiting Washington, my son is transitioning to live WA for school. I typically do not dine at restaurant franchises since being a foodie is to seek adventure and a new food experience. But to please my husbands craving for pancakes we decided to have breakfast at this local IHOP. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I smiled several times at the host and she never acknowledged me or my family, and we waited for a table quite a while as others were being seated. Finally the waitress lead us to the seating area... awkwardly towards the back of the restaurant while other tables seemed widely available. I asked the waitress why we had been seated in the back expressing my discontent with the area so secluded away from civilization. The host/waitress replied " that's in case you guys get rowdy." I was appalled by her words being that we were the only Latinos in the restaurant in a prominent white neighborhood. She gave the menu, smirked and walked away. My husband asked to speak to the manager and no one was to be found. We all got up shortly after refused to give them business and drove away to a local small restaurant "Kings Solomans Reefs Cafe & Lounge." I was so sick to my stomach to believe that there continues to be discrimination and racial disparities -"simply ignorance." it was a terrible memory for my children and will be writing to their corporate office. I ask that anyone reading this review boycott this IHOP! read more

My husband and I love to visit any time of day, but we always order breakfast. Lucas is a great server, we try and sit in his section if he is working. I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but if you want a good old American breakfast this is the place. However, I did notice last time I was in they have calorie counts on the menu now. Yikes!!! Honestly best IHOP I've been to. Service was great and everything came on time. Even tipped 15 $ dollars considering I normally am iffy about most ihops but our server here was one of the best attending to us as if we were her only priority along with the fact that she was serving many more. read more

I took my mother here on Mother's Day. We knew it would be busy, and were prepared for a wait. I got on the list, was told 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes later, they took the wrong party under "Stephanie." I told them that it should have been me, and the incredibly rude hostess told me that we had been seated - which was obviously not true. I asked to be seated. Two other parties of small size were seated then. I walked out. The mediocre food here isn't worth the terrible staff. read more

Worst IHOP ever. Management sucks and unwilling to accommodate customer requests. Could not swap a lower pancake for their "upscale" crappy items. Instead they would rather make unhappy consumers of us. No longer will I deal with establishments that no longer are willing to please the customer, within reason, to ensure repeat business for the public. So sad that this place has to be like that. My fiancee and I came here just the other day, and while she was not to thrilled about it, I was really content with it. Utensils were not as clean as I would of hoped, smudges could be seen on my spoon. Fiancee rates it a 2, for reasons such as not hot enough food, and chewy chicken for her sandwich. read more

My wife and I eat at this IHOP most every Sunday and sometimes in the evening. Over past 15 years that would mean about 40 times each year. We keep coming back because breakfast food is very good and staff are friendly and attentive. The omelettes are large and always made the same each time. Pancakes and other breakfast items always prepared perfectly. While I have been at some places where a breakfast will be amazing one time out of three and a wait staff friendly and then the next never comes back to give you a refill. Then those places go out of business due to their fleeting popularity and then they can't handle the volume. This IHOP has had the same core staff for the past decade. That means good management. Dinner is fine as kids eat free in the evening but IHOP shines for it breakfast fare. read more

Best IHOP experience I have had! Outstanding service. We arrived on a busy Saturday morning but were seated promptly. My three-year-old saw the sign advertising the (upcoming) 'cupcake pancakes' with sprinkles, and asked the waitress (Wendy) for them. Lots of sobbing when she was told that they didn't have them yet (promotion starts tomorrow). Wendy went to Aaron, the manager, who came out and said they could make it happen for her - lots of happy wiggles of excitement.
