We ordered delivery from them. I wanted has browns, but received potatoes instead. I asked for the hollandais sauce on the side for my eggs Benedict and it came with none. I think my friend also asked for toast and didn't receive that either with his meal. Everything else was good though and food was fine. Appreciated that they did at least give me some hot sauce. read more

Hadn't been there in years and thought I'd give them a try again. Silverware was dirty right out of the napkin wrapper, asked for a coffee pot refill and it never came, service was slow and why oh why do they not have toast as a side on a breakfast menu. Food was ok but just ok. Won't be going back. Music was too loud for my liking and it made it hard to hear the server speaking. read more

Quality of food was good had a Big Steak Omelet. Service was decent waitress Tatyanna B Service was rush...every second wanted to clean table as if she was rushing us to finish eating. Breakfast was great I had the 55 over senior sampler. Everything was cooked perfect and tasted great. Thank god for all day breakfast. It doesn't matter what time my kids wake up, breakfast has to be the first meal of the day. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Our Waitress Courtney was sweet and helpful. Plenty of breakfast desserts to healthier options. We returned to IHOP after a long Covid layoff. Staff greeted us with a smile and asked us to wait for a text due to capacity limits. We played outside making bubbles in the sunny parking lot for 15 minutes when the text came through. My 2 daughters and I enjoyed a nice Easter brunch. The food offerings and waitress were great. Friendly's stopped serving Eggs Benedict. Went to Ihop. English muffin hard as a brick. Canadian bacon is fried bologna or luncheon meat of some kind. The poached egg was hard boiled. The hollandaise sauce was invisible. I paid way to much for that garbage. Maybe, Denny's has Eggs Benedict. read more

This spot was aggravating yesterday. I arrived and was told I would have a 15 minute wait. Had to wait in car After 25 minute wait and watching numerous groups going in and not Coming back out I entered to find Hope seating groups that just walked in and not remembering me offered to seat me too I asked what happened to list and she claimed others were seating people I watched her do it . Don't go here. Ignored. Yelled at. Twice in 3 weeks I've tried to go. Weren't acknowledged at Hostess station for 15 minutes. Staff prioritizes pickup orders instead of people coming in to eat in person. It's ridiculous that coming to a restaurant in person and have a 45min just to be seated in a near empty restaurant while people ordering on Doordash or Grubhub can order and get their in 20min. Poorly managed, it sounds like they had no cooks in the kitchen but continued to add people to the wait list. If you're not able to serve customers food, you should shut down the restaurant until you can serve food, instead of tricking people into waiting for most of their morning. read more

Very unprofessional and RUDE. My boyfriend, son and I were waiting to get seated and the workers were all in a circle not being professional at ALL. They flat out ignored us after standing there for at least well over 7 minutes...not okay. But we'll find somewhere much nicer to spend our money at. read more

Ihop has always been a reliable brand. And this one has lovely servers who did not take offense when we pointed out that all the silverware was greasy. We went from empty table to empty table to try a new clean set and finally washed them ourselves in the bathroom where the hot water did not come on even after 5 minutes. Maybe that is the problem so that the dishes cannot get clean. The scrabbled eggs were kinda burnt too. It is St. Patrick's Day so maybe everyone started partying early? Anyway we told the server about the eggs and she said she would have replaced them. She was very appropriate. read more

Absolutely one of the worst diners I have ever been too. First off, the place the basically empty, but they kept saying how swamped they were, and how long the food was going to take. so after 10 minutes we're finally seated. another 10 though because they didn't even realize that we were sitting here waiting for them, like, what??? how do you forget that??? anyways, we order our food, and it literally take an hour before it's ready. we actually got up to leave but as we were leaving they called us back in because it was ready. so we sat down to eat, and all the food was straight up cold, and tasted like nothing. read more

At first I was skeptical because of it's overall 2-star rating on Yelp and when we got there the place looked deserted because of it's dark tinted windows. I thought I'd be in for a ride, but because I hadn't been to an IHOP in years I really wanted to give it a try. I was overwhelmingly surprised by the staffs hospitality and their delicious food. We used to LOVE the idea of living close enough to an iHop. Meh 1st time.... pretty good, friendly service. Pancakes were pretty good. 2nd time... inedible "Delicious Turkey Dinner"... um.... not at all. Horrible mashed potatoes. Manager forced our waiter to bring us the food, even though he was embarrassed to do so. I felt sorry for him & took a picture. 3rd time.... still friendly service, but asked for only coffee. 1 cup & full pot was going to be $2.99 (okay... it's a pot & table space, I get that). Then, a friend joined, drank exactly 1/2 a cup of MY pot of coffee (that's 4 oz) and I was charged ANOTHER $2.99 for his cup. No more iHop. You have too much GREAT competition that do far better. read more

Went there for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We had Tony as our server. He was very outgoing, nice, and funny. There were 6 of us and he nicely split our order 6-ways. I ordered steak omelet, pancakes, and hashbrowns. - sometimes I splurge! The food was served fairly quickly considering the amount of people in there and our large number at my table. It tasted great and the service was great the entire time. Only downfall: prices seem a little steep compared to most diners read more

I've come here twice for a pickup order stood at the front politely for 10 minutes AT LEAST while the waiter both times looked and walked bout and forth serving tables and talking to the person in the kitchen window... the first time it was a woman, today is was a man server... he obviously saw me ... a white family came in and stood behind me, less than 60seconds after they came in he came and FINALLY unenthusiastically acknowledged me... i was trying to wait politely incase he was busy but no "ill be right with you" or anything. Although the food was good, the 25 minute wait on a Wednesday morning at 10am was terrible. If it wasn't for the fact that we were driving home after a mini vacation and our kids wanted to go there, we would not have waited. It wasn't even busy. I counted maybe 10 tables being used in one section of the whole restaurant so why the 25 minute wait after being told 10-15 minutes??? read more

This has to be the worst IHOP in the country! Don't go. My husband and I were seated, the waitress took our order, dropped off drinks; then we never saw her for over a hour. My husband got up out of the table to find a manager after three other family were seated after us but received their orders before us. The manager said there was mixup with our order. 30 minutes later still no food. We walked out after 1 1/2 hours of no refills, no explanation, no apology and no food. read more

It was a busy morning, but the wait wasn't unreasonably long... then we were seated. In the time it takes to say "I'll be right back to take care of you," one could easily ask "can I get you something to drink?" We were a table of 2... 2 coffees, 2 waters. Doesn't even need to be written down. Then we proceed to watch every table around us, seated after us, get drinks, while our waiter stands in line at the register playing grab-ass. After we proceeded to get up, he decided to look surprised when I said "some service.. anything." An under his breath comment, followed by an excuse from another server about how busy they were, was the end of my patience. Another server did offer to take care of us himself, but I'm not interested spit/pubes in my food. I don't write yelp reviews... I don't storm out of restaurants. This is unbelievable, but it really happened! My step father was in the hospital in Utica, NY. I wanted to take my mom out to dinner wherever she wanted. I was also going to get something to go so I could bring my step father some descent food other than hospital food. My mom said she bought a coupon book at the NYS fair. All excited she said she wanted to go to IHOP because she could get a meal free if she bought one and she would bring it to my step father. We get to IHOP and Maria sat us in the booth fairly close to the waitress station next to where the counter where the cook places the finished food order on for server pickup. My mom ordered the Chicken Parmesan with pasta, I ordered the triple stack BLT sandwich with fry's, the Blue Cheese Bacon Burger and Fry's for my step dad and a large order of onion rings for my mom and I to share. We waited for like 45 minutes. That was a really long time for an IHOP. Maria brings all the food out. My moms Chicken Parmesan is a dried out piece of chicken with red sauce on it with soggy pasta. Extremely over cooked. My BLT had all the bacon on the side, wasn't even on the sandwich, it was a triple decker that looked like my 6 year old niece slapped it together herself. Our meals were not what we expected but whatever. We were in a hurry to get to the hospital. The onion rings however were the last straw! The breading was so over cooked it burned threw exposing the onion on the inside that was all dried out. My mom took the onion ring and banged it on the plate and it sounded like a rock. We only complained about the onion rings to Maria. She was very apologetic and sweet. All we asked was that we get a new order that wasn't left in the fryer for so long. Within minutes me hear the cook complaining about us to the entire kitchen staff and the servers. "Well, they said they are overcooked". He started literally bitching saying "i'm not going to make them again, there isn't anything wrong with them. Tell them the fryer must be broken because everything I cook comes out like that" It was embarrassing. We were being complained about in public by a loud mouth cook that couldn't even cook. Maria our waitress comes back over and says "I'm going to take these off the bill because the cook said the deep fryer is broken". I looked up at her and asked "then how's he still serving food from it?" Maria said "he said everything he cooks comes out looking like this so he can't make them any better." I said "fine". Then I asked Maria "Is it customary for restaurant staff to bitch about their customers when their customers are sitting right there and can hear everything they're saying?" Maria was shocked, she actually looked a little panicked and said "you heard that?" I said "Yup, we're sitting right here. I can hear his loud mouth bitching and complaining about us. I think this is unprofessional and completely wrong." Maria was super apologetic again and I could tell she was sincere. She did everything in her power to apologize for what just happened. Maria comes back with the bill after we eat our crap food and she hands me my to go order for my step dad and the bill. She also said she took the onion rings off the bill but convinced the cook to remake them again and she put them in the bag. That was very sweet of her. I opened the box to reveal what looked like were the same onion rings we sent back re cooked and left in the fryer until they were chard black. The breading was completely gone on most of them revealing black burnt onion. I was needless to say shocked, Maria couldn't believe it. I handed her the box as she kept saying "I am so sorry", "I don't know why he would do that?. The cook obviously intentionally burned the crap out of those onion rings on purpose to be a complete jerk. At this point my mom was upset sitting in the car while I took care of the bill so she didn't witness the burnt onion ring issue the second time. Maria had now apologized more than someone should ever have to. She gave me her managers name, Christine and said I should call. When I got out to the car I told my mom what happened. Now, my mom is an older woman. She is old school and doesn't use profanity and speaks with respect to others. She swung open the passenger door and walked back into IHOP. She yelled over the counter to the cook and said "you did that on purpose, you're an @ssho&%" and then walked out after another waitress came over and told the cook not to say a word because he's already said enough tonight. I spoke with Christine the following day. She told me that Maria called her at home after we left all upset because of what happened. She said she actually had to calm her down. It wasn't Maria's fault. She was a great waitress, I gave her 20% and she earned every penny. I told Christine everything that happened and she said she was sorry but that will never change the fact that it happened. She said the cook probably wasn't using the timer read more

I LOVE breakfast and my best friend hates it. IHOP caters to both our needs and we LOVE that. The staff is so friendly and, being in the business, this is the most important part of dining out.
