My second time eating here , since it is newer and clean. First time was 8 weeks ago and I had a awesome female waitress that was super friendly and food was 5 stars! I returned with family today to celebrate a birthday breakfast and had what I thought was a nice male waiter but that was going to change quickly after the pressure of other tables and inexperience was reflecting so he became short tempered. If I politely asked him for something else like creamers for coffee that he forgo to bring...he rudely brought two hands full of creamers and he placed pile on our table as to state have all the creamers you need! When asked for our bill he gave it to my husband and my husband told him that I would pay and he gave me a dirty look when handing over the payment and I paid and spoke to a young man in a black shirt that I think was an assistant manager about his waiters demeanor but he just justified his rude behavior with they were super busy, and said he would speak to him later. When I first got there, they were not packed at all. Only serving about 3 tables, but the wait time was "15 minutes". We were a party of 8, but instead of the wait time being only 15 minutes, it was longer than half an hour. And the service couldn't have been worse, it was horrendous. They took an hour to bring everyones food except me and my sister's. We both got the same thing, chicken and waffles. And from what I know, they aren't that difficult to make. They took another 30 minutes just to bring her food and they got her chicken and pancakes. They messed up her order and then brought my food 15 minutes later. Service was slow, and just horrible. This is the WORST ihop. I have been to dozens of ihop in the states and Puerto Rico. It is suppose to be comfortable and reliable. This one is everything but that.
