I love the chicken florentine crepes. They always have the best staff, great service, friendly, helpful and pretty fast serving of the food. My family and I come to this restaurant for over 12 years now. The service has been up and down each time. Most times it's up I must say. However, today I brought my son for a little father son bonding breakfast. Service was kind of so-so. This might not be much, but hasn't been that when you order toast you get two slices of bread? I got one; again! I brought this up to the manager before, but here we are again. I should have to ask for my second piece of toast, should I? A server should come to your table more than once to offer more drink, or whatever you might need. Friendly enough most times than not. Service can be spotty. read more

The best IHOP around and best location. Every time I come here it gets pretty busy during a Sunday which are the days I go and the service is pretty awesome and fast. I must say I am impressed in how everyone prides themselves in customer service because staff is pretty cool all around down to the managers in charge. When I go I always get your typical breakfast meal (Ron Swanson) would be proud of my selections. When you do choose your breakfast depending on how much you can eat, I always get something that comes with a pancake. A little too much for my taste but overall it is still delicious. read more

Four of us cane into the IHOP today to have a dinner before traveling on to the airport. After ordering our drinks they were brought to us with food on all 4 glasses. We also ordered the new green pancakes for the movie The Grinch. We were informed they didn't have the complete topping for the pancakes. One of us ordered gravy in the mashed potatoes but cane with no gravy. The server wasn't sure about anything. Had to ask for the dipping sauce for the chicken strips several times. This is the best IHOP ever! We have always had a great experience since coming here 6 years ago. Everything on the menu, and I do mean everything, is always delicious. The family oriented atmosphere makes it a loving visit every time, which gets me in here at least once a week. The fish and chips will surprise you, and the burgers are awesome as well. It's a traditional IHOP, nothing special. The wait is usually ridiculously long which makes coming here a pain if you have kids.

We were regular customers at this IHOP. Went down this morning, signed in and they said 20-25 minute wait. There were just 2 of us. In walks a couple after about 5 minutes into our wait, they checked in and the lady checking in people was real chatty with this guy(as if they were friends or something). So they sit and not even 2 minutes go by and they are seating this twosome before everyone. There are no reservations or call ahead, we called and tried, they say that your entire party has to be present when checking in. We got up and went elsewhere. I would have said something to the manager, but he was the one seating the greeters friends. So much for first come first served!! read more

Great service, friendly friendly staff. The restaurant was also very clean and had a good amount of seating yet wasn't too noisy. Ordered some crepes with egg/mushroom/spinach with hollandaise sauce that was pretty good. Portions were big as well. Also tried the salted caramel coffee which was a nice treat! One thing I like the most about this location is that the servers are really great at taking orders correctly- if we make requests for modification (such as leaving off cheese), they always get it right. The manger and staff their have always been so amazing with making sure we always have seating, we are always happy, and they always make us feel so welcomed! Yelp and Internet shows your open until 12. Showed up at 1050 and was told you were closed. Went back to IHOP and had a much better experience this time round. This IHOP is so much better than the one in Murrieta where I live. It is worth coming to Menifee! Even at full capacity it is running smooth and we aren't waiting for anything! Our server, Jesus, is always checking on us and the food is good. The management is obviously really awesome here and I see them working side by side with the rest of the staff when it's needed. Every town has their 'go to' place for consistently great service and food. Menifee IHOP has been that wonderful place. Exceeds absolutely every other IHOP I have ever been in! That being said, I need to say something that may hurt their reputation. I know the manager, her family and most of the wait staff. Love them all for how they make all of their customers feel welcome. Today we were served by a new to us wait person. The service was excellent, the food super. As we were preparing to leave after another great meal, she (the waitress) leaned over the table and said "WE'RE ALL THE SAME COLOR INSIDE"....???????? Sorry, we replied, "did we somehow, say something, or do something to upset you?" She said no. But by calling attention to our different skin colors, she made us feel like we had done something wrong. That skin color was an issue. Personally, I was floored by her comment. We all agreed, the comment was way over the edge into inappropriate. This is one of those sticky situations that crop up to those of us that do not see different skin colors. Obviously she wished to point out, yet again, there are differences. Sad that this young lady, doing an excellent job by the way, needed to put us in a defensive position opposing her. Hopefully she will have someone explain to her that it really was not necessary. A "have a nice day" or Have a blessed day" would have been much more appropriate. Sorry Barb! read more

This IHOP is seriously the best one around. It of course can get crowded on the weekends and you may have to wait but their quality of food and service is fantastic! The majority of reviewers are right- this place is great. We've eaten at least 5 times here and its always been terrific. We haven't had a bad meal here- try the huge fried mozzarella sticks, Philly cheese steak sandwich, delicious fried chicken, roast turkey, or any breakfast.
