We were waited on by Jennifer, she was so sweet. Everything tasted great, and there's different items on the menu than I remember.

This was my first visit to this IHOP and it had been several years since I've been to any IHOP. 1. Their indoor dining is open. I thought all over Riverside County that none of the restaurants were open right now for indoor dining. Maybe if I'd have known they were open for indoor dining, I wouldn't have ordered online to pick up our food. The app options are only pick-up, curbside pick-up, or delivery. 2. The prices and variety vary between the web version and iPhone app. I ultimately chose to use the app, but was disappointed there was no way to specify how you want your meat (hamburger) cooked. Our hamburgers were too bloody for our liking. 3. The reason we decided to try out this IHOP was because I joined the IHOP birthday club and received an email of a coupon for free pancakes on my birthday. 4. After I couldn't figure out how to use the coupon on the app, I completed the order on the app, then called the local IHOP. The person on the phone said it was no problem to use the coupon, and that I should just use it when I arrived because the pancakes would only take 5 minutes to make. 5. Upon arriving to pick up the order, I tried to add the coupon for the free birthday pancakes, but the cashier refused, stating that I needed a physical coupon. That strikes me as odd since IHOP emailed me the coupon and it has a barcode that can be scanned. It would've been nice if someone had told me to print it out when I called them to inquire about using the coupon on the app order I had just placed. 6. Like I mentioned before, our burgers were bloody and by the time I got home the fries were cold and soggy (I live about 4 miles / 10 minutes away). 7. My parting comment to the cashier after leaving a nearly 50% tip was "someone is going to be disappointed they didn't get their pancakes." His response was something like, "it's been a disappointing 10 months in the restaurant industry." 8. There are way too many nearby dining choices to try my luck at this location again. read more

The wife and i had breakfast this a.m. Our server was a lady named Kali. She provided the best service we have ever had at Ihop. What a great attitude she had. She is a winner in my eyes. read more

I live in hemet but always have problems at our local ihop so decided to make the drive to Menifee. First time at this location and it was great. We were seated right away even though they had said on the phone there was a 20 minuet wait. We were seated in the back so I was afraid the waiter wouldn't see us and overlook us like at past establishments, but they took our drink orders after about 5 minuets and then 5 minuets after that took our food orders. Food came fast, maybe 10-15 minuets and everything was good. Waiter came to check on us if we needed anything and was nice. This may be our new go to IHOP an worth the drive for us. read more

Love IHOP in MEnifee. The customer service is excellent. You feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door until you finish your meal. The food is excellent and satisfying. They have a great team there. Try it! You won't be disappointed. read more

My husband and I love this location for a breakfast out. Its clean and the staff is always kind. We have been served a couple times by a waitress named Kali. We absolutely love her! She has an amazing attitude even when other customers try to being her down! Our last experience here was pretty ideal. There was a little wait, as expected on a Sunday morning, and we were lucky enough to get Kali. She is very attentive keeping our drinks full and asking us how our meal was going. We shared some jokes and stories and she's such a sweet person! We appreciate her and putting up with my husband's humor (sorry Kali) lol. I highly recommend this location and if you get the chance to be served by Kali, take the opportunity, you won't regret it! read more

Well I spent 10 minutes trying to call on the phone to place an order but it was busy, then I decided to do the online ordering from the app. We have a family of seven so after the 10 minutes of ordering when I go to check out it says this location does not offer online ordering. Kind of frustrating so I went somewhere else. read more

I visited this IHOP this morning for breakfast after my daughters soccer game with my family. I wasn't all that excited to eat at a chain eatery but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs which also came with two eggs, hash browns and two pancakes. It was a lot of food. The chicken fried steak was cook perfectly and the gravy was good. The egg wasn't cooked very well (over cooked and chewy) but the hash browns were perfect. The pancakes were not my favorite but they were ok. Overall I would give my meal 3 stars. This location is very busy and I was caught off guard with the 30 minute wait. However, the staff handled the business fairly well and were friendly and welcoming. read more

We had to put down our elderly dog that day and came in because we make it a tradition to come into an ihop to eat all together after losing a family member. Our waitress Kaitlyn greeted us and saw we were all upset but trying to keep it all together in public. Everyone was very nice in the store, friendly and cordial. After the meal, she said everything was taken care of. That was the single most kindest act someone has done for us. First time in for breakfast since the lock down. As usual food was great and good service. We felt very comfortable with all the precautions that were being taken. All the table were being throughly cleaned as guests left the tables. All the cleaning protocols were being rigorously being followed, there were no tables or booths directly adjacent to each other that were occupied. Great service, many options and any changes are always correct. Friendly servers are very attentive. They have an extensive menu and you can get whatever you want any time of day. You can sit there as long as you want and there is plenty of tables to accommodate many people. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Came for lunch. Server Rae is very nice and good. She brings "rays of sunshine" according to her, which is true. Ordered chicken fajitas omelette. $11.49. Very delicious. Food took a bit of time to come out, but thats okay. Very clean environment and well-cooked food for an ihop. Definitely will come here again when in this area. read more

My short stack was brought out to our table with a huge piece missing from the first pancake. It looked like someone had took a bite off of it. I asked the waitress about it, and she said "Oh it's just the way it came off the griddle" after giving me this look like I was being weird for asking what's going on with my pancake. To actually serve a customer poorly presented food, and think it's okay is just beyond me. read more

We were too lazy to cook dinner and was just hot and humid today. So went out to our local eateries, IHOP to the rescue. The place was packed and busy early Friday evening but service was fast and orders accurate. Compliments to our server and the rest of the staff. We ordered the Big Country Fried Steak comes with optional Chicken Noodle Soup or Salad and with side dish of mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and toasted garlic bread. Another order was for Balsamic Glazed Chicken topped with sauteed mushrooms, tomatoes and onions and with option soup or salad and sides of steamed broccoli and garlic bread. The food was good and ready within 20 to 30 minutes, pretty fast for a busy night. When we dine, we always like to observe everybody, the staff and dinner guests. I think waiters are undervalued and many of them do a terrific job handling any type of customers. So a special shout out to our server: ???? Unfortunately we left our receipt so I can't reveal her name. But the next time we are there, I will recognize. This is the best Ihop around. We drive over 40 minutes to come here. Every time has been a great experience and the food is always amazing. This a family owned Restraunt and u can tell bc they treat u like family. Barbra and Chris are both amazing they remember my daughters name and ask how there doing but by just by seating in the lobby u can see how they interact with every person like they have know each other forever. I just found out they have kids eat free after 3 so we recently went and meet there night time manger rob and his is just amazing and am not surprised because over all the whole staff is amazing. They creat a wonderful experience and always try to exceed customer exceptions. read more

I don't live in Menifee and there's actually an Ihop in the city I live in but I drive out to this one instead because it's better. They have little cups of cereal that my kids enjoy while we wait to be seated which only takes a few minutes. Customer service is great and the food is always fresh. Super bummed. Had problems trying to set up for delivery. In delivery address section, kept getting a message saying be sure address and zip is correct. It was! There was nothing else I could do or choose, it was correct. So convince my husband to drive down and pick up only to get plain pancakes was really looking forward to the strawberry cheesecake pancakes I ordered but no way in hell driving all the way back, so like I said...bummed. We have eaten at many IHOP's in North and South California and this is by far the Best one. Best Food, Service, Portions, and always Very Clean. Food is never too greasy or reheated, always looks & tastes fresh. Everyone is very attentive & courteous. The owner really takes pride in the restaurant and doesn't miss any details, from always having fresh flowers on the tables to the employees they hire. Seldom do I write a review on a chain restaurant but couldn't not give a shout out to this IHOP location. The food is good, the prices are good, and the service is exceptional. Today we were served by a young man named Robert who is so enthusiastic, and polite and just an all around great server. We complemented the manager on how good he was and found out that he is the managers son so complements to the manager for raising such a great young man. Every time we come this location we have a pleasant experience, never have we had a bad meal or less than perfect service. But today Robert was so outstanding that I had to give him (and the restaurant) a shout out. Every IHOP should be run the way this one is. read more

Looking for breakfast in the middle of the day? Have no fear, IHOP is here!! This specific location is in a small shopping center almost hidden from view. Nice to come here and not be too crowded. It's really only one of the few sit down restaurants in the area but because of the location I think the foot traffic is mild, at least when I visit the place. Employees are friendly and I've had good service the times I've been there. What's more, the food tastes great. Breakfast all day is a good niche, especially after waking up late and you are feenin' for some eggs. Big fan of the steak omlette. I normally pay extra for a waffle instead of a pancake. Add fresh strawberries on it and you're all set. Yummy for my tummy!!! read more

Went this morning with my family and everything was excellent. As soon as we walked in the hostess was so sweet and accommodating with us. We couldn't decide on a booth or table, so she sat us at a half booth and table. Our sever Kim was amazing. She was on top of everything and always made sure we were happy with everything. Probably the best IHOP location I've ever been too. First and most importantly, the coffee taste great and not burnt like most IHOP's. The food taste better and looks better and on top of that the employees are all so friendly and attentive. The first time my family and I came here was a Thursday morning and as soon as we ordered our food, it was served within 10 mins and it tasted delicious! The second time coming it took a little longer because summer vacation was in full effect and they were very busy but the wait was nothing crazy. BEST IHOP EVER, I hope this never changes. read more
