shout out to Kyle!!! He was so helpful and understanding. We had such a large group and he was very accommodating that food was amazing!!

The Chicken Quesadilla is a phenomenal choice for food there. The service was great the only thing I didn't like was when we were sitting at our table 1 of the cleaning people swept right under our table while we were sitting there. read more

Looked behind counter screen . It was a mess. Plenty of tables not cleaned up from last customers. It was about 5 in the morning. The staff was nice but a two man show wasn't working. read more

Omelette was excellent and so was the hash brown fast service but the changing table in the men's room needs fixing yes I did let them know they told men the have it done read more

First of all our waitress was unavailable to the attention span of a nat, in a hurry both visits and clearly a ghost who forgot to put the order in even. Twice super slow inside less than 6 tables. The assistant manager was better than the main manager, and the main manager in charge couldn't do simple math. We get our food after 45 min. The over easy eggs were swimming in slime. It was obvious from our seats that the cook was too busy texting on his phone to pay attention to the food on his flat top, not to mention the filthy phone he's touched has been in a bathroom and all over the place but in your hand while trying to cook....discusting!!!! Then 2 of the 3 meals to which were ordered crispy bacon, or over easy eggs and scrambled, was basically raw. Nasty!! Only one person got to eat, we were never asked if every thing looked ok because when she delivered it we told her that the bacon was supposed to be crispy and it was barely wet on the grill. The uniform of the staff had gross amounts of waste on front and filthy aprons. If they can't staff a good place they should be closed, do to unsafe and unsanitary conditions the Marion health department would host a field day if they were to come in. I hope tagging the health department in helps here. Then the manager who was I believe asian possibly didn't understand how to fix our bill she made a mistake. Instead of removing 2 inedible meals she tried changing 53.00, over the amount due. I mean holy crap she had no skills. Then I see where she took .06 cents off, not joking, she messed up....I said seriously your a manager??? She just took the bill and proceeds to try a third time to adjust the bill just fair and fails again....where we were being charged for the incorrect meal. At this point the manager should have eaten the entire bill after how long it took to get her to even do the simplest of tasks. ....we paid $21.00 after waiting 3 hours from beginning to end and trying to get them to use some attention to anything, then of course we see the cook on his filthy cell phone holding a spatula in the air. Unbelievable!!! And you Wonder why our food was undercooked and raw. I wouldn't have left them a one star if I didn't have to. You can feel free to contact me for pictures and videos 2603482361 I think this store needs a brand new staff, stop making excuses read more

They need to train staff they were all over the place not knowing who's food was who's.Getting wrong bills from other tables.Ordered pancakes all u can eat they were cold after they walked around the room with them and never got all u can eat they never came back to table. Would not recommend this restaurant.Won't go back. read more

Best service we have had there in a long time. Food was great and didn't take long to get food to us either.

My husband and I had lunch at the Marion, IN IHOP on Sunday, august 21. The broccoli was old and not cooked. The gravy was cold and congealed when it came out of the kitchen. There were brown leaves in the lettuce salad. We will not return and will not recommend it to anyone else. Yuk! read more

An employee picked an order to go and paid 40.00. My crepes were among the order. I called and complained about my crepes and how they cost almost 8.00 and basically got thin pancakes with TWO berries when the pic clearly shows 8 berries. All she said was that was an old pick on the online menu, and the portions have changed. Your company has a bunch of cheap ass corporate suits that charge a fortune for the food. Will not order from there again!!!!! I will not complain about how fast or slow they are because they can't find any help. But no excuse about the quality for the price I paid read more

Horrible service, orders were never right, multiple orders were sent back, food was cold multiple times.

poor service. We waited to be seated and no one even acknowledged we were there. We ordered and service was extremely slow. I got scrambled eggs, hash browns bacon and toast. The eggs were cold, the bacon was limp and no one came by to ask if we wanted anything. I was almost finished before I could get ketchup for my hash browns. My husband got crepes. He was pleased with them. probably won't be back. read more

Worst service I ever had. I will not be back. Only 4 tables VERY SLOW. They forgot the gravy the waitress said oh well. The only thing was good was the food. read more

A lot of improvements since my last visit. Promptly waited on and breakfast cooked to perfection.

I would give less than one star if I could. waited over 1 hour for a salad I never received. food order sat in the shelf for over 30 minutes without being served. they were still sitting there when I left. They were out of silverware. I finally gave up and wanted to pay for the cold coffee but they didn't know the price they guessed $3-4 dollars. I have them $5 and left. Also the kitchen and bathrooms were filthy read more

I'm no ihop expert, but the place could use a new paint job. The staff was plenty friendly and helpful. The food was very typical which is not a bad thing it's just ihop. read more

Service here SUCKS it is so slow. We waited over half an hour before we even got to place our order, and our server kept "forgetting" everything. She will not be getting a tip from me. And also it literally looked like she took a a sip out of my tea. SHE LITERALLY FORGOT TO PLACE OUR ORDER AFTER WAITING AN HOUR. read more

literally sat there for over a hour.... food was ready for 30 minutes, seen it in plain view.... not to mention hardly anyone in dining room so being busy wasn't an excuse!!! horrible horrible service!!! never again will I go here.... I'll eat gas station food before this!!! read more

I used to like IHOP. But lately not so much. The service is poor. The food is cold by the time they serve it. I won't be eating here again. read more

Pretty sure all the waitresses were high. We ordered over 40 minutes ago and I still have not received part of my order. Waitresses got crappy when I asked for it. Waitresses have no idea what they are doing and it is a very awkward interaction. No one has come to check on us or anything. I just want my pancakes :( read more

Very clean I cannot tell a lie with all this nasty stuff goin around and a lot of the staff was very kind and fast with the food!!!

God bless these brave souls, for they have braved the endless swarms of hangry, neglected, misunderstood young adults. they have withstood the tests and trials and tribulations of 2 am parties of 21 people who are willing to wait 220 hours for sorry excuses of pancakes and false promises of milkshakes. many a student drunk on overpriced trader james watermelon bangs and red bulls wander into this cold dirty empty early 2000s music filled abyss with hopes of fulfilling something within them they could only get by going to all those chapels they skipped. with no where else to go in marion after 8:45pm, IHOP greets many weary travelers, from strippers and drowning in debt taylor kids to theater cast parties who all know college is their last chance of having fun in their lives before facing a tsunami of debt and depression. read more

Customer service was awesome! They accommodated everything we needed, and they were even kind enough to take off the meal that my 2 year old son changed his mind about eating. Great place to get good food and greats service. 5 stars to the staff and management. read more

Came in at 11:30 and service has been very slow. Despite having a big group other methods could have been taken to get our orders in sooner. The server would sit and take orders while having conversations. It took way longer than expected and it was very disappointing. read more

Listen up IHOP connoisseurs this establishment is a disgrace to the IHOP franchise I waited over an hour for my food only for the waitress to comeback out and attempt to give me my ticket for food I never received. I had to inform her we hadn't gotten our meal yet. Come to find out the order had never been entered In their system... In conclusion this place is booty hole. God bless. read more

There is nothing extraordinary about this IHop. I gave it an extra star, because the waitress was actually decent this time around. Usually we wait forever and are less than satisfied when we realize how much we paid for the small servings of sides. My husband is the only reason we go and it's usually only once or twice a year. I always feel a bit claustrophobic when we go. Every one is so close together. Feels like an over priced McDonald's to me. read more

The food is average at best. The staff spends a lot of time talk amongst themselves rather than the customers. The food comes hot but the waitresses need to check back more often for drink refills. The floor is clean and the bathrooms smell like death. Overall this place is average read more

The best thing about this restaurant is that it stays open late. Pancakes and French toast are good. Eating a meat (bacon, sausage) here is bound to make your stomach queasy though. I don't know what it is about these type of restaurants that do not know how to fry bacon. I always prefer local mom and pop restaurants for breakfast... read more

The chicken and waffles was so good. And service was quick and pleasant. No complaints here.

Took my kids there for breakfast. It's becoming a tradition for us right before a road trip. We were seated rather quickly, however, we sat there for over 10 minutes watching group after group get seated and receive service almost immediately. We were just ignored. No, I didn't bring attention to ourselves because for the first few minutes I thought that someone would surely be there any second. Then after realizing how much time had passed, we did not have time to wait around any longer. 15 minutes of our time was wasted. They were not very busy either since it was still quite early in the morning. I'm not changing the tradition over this just which IHOP we go to next time. Stephen read more

I really like the food, the manager is wonderful the wait staff when the manager is there is good but, we ate there a few weeks ago with no manager on duty and the wait staff was so bad that we have not been back and unless she is there we won't be back. They were talking about the other staff and mgt. in front of us, 4 people were standing at the front behind the cash drawer and they were talking about the manager poorly and it took forever to even get someone to check us out. So upset. read more

My husband and I went to the restaurant about 12:05 today. There was a family of five waiting to be seated. It was busy. We were next to check in. The young lady took our name and said it would be about five minutes. Approximately within the next 15 minutes the lobby had many people waiting. A group of six . And another family of five were seated before we were. My husband asked how much longer it was going to be since people were being seated that came in after us. The lady said well we are just trying to catch up. What is your name? This young lady was so unprofessional and rude. I have a picture of her laying her head on the counter just after we checked in. Unbelievable. I've never seen anyone do this or act the way she did. We left the restaurant without eating to say the least. And it will be a very long time if ever we will return. We drove down the street and had a nice meal. Your staff needs training. Not just stand there and complain about so many people being there. Isn't that why your open? So people do come there? If IHOP would like to contact me by email I'd be more than happy to send them their employee of the month photo. She needed a nap mat instead of the counter. Oh maybe she would know what was going on if she stayed off her phone! read more
