After driving for who knows how long, this was a nice awaited stop. It's Ihop, my expectations are not over the top and I knew what to expect when I walked in. I got the bbq burger, which they had run out if the onion rings, but it was still a fine burger and fries. You really can't beat that when you are hungry and wanting some quick to eat. Also the 4th of July drink they had tasted like a melted blue razeberry popsicle and I was living for it! So first off as someone who as worked as a server for many years I believe your attitude goes a long way unfortunately our server was less than personable and quite terse ... After watching our server physically hand plates of food to the wrong table and then recollect and serve those exact same plates to the rightful table is absolutely disgusting .... those plates should've been remade solely as that server has no idea how those plates could've been contaminated... Now for the food the food was as we expected pretty decent not my first trip to an IHOP so food was on par with expectations.. Hasbrowns were better than usual for a place called international house of pancakes their pancakes were dense and dry and left a lot to be desired we waited for 20 mins for a refill on coffee... over all not super impressed but not disappointed as a whole ... Well This place will have you waiting for a long time before you get served. Waiters sitting around and talking and we did not even get our drinks to begin with. The food was great and very fresh. JB was my server and he provided the best service I've ever had. No exaggeration. Every single time I have been to this iHop, they always get my order wrong. Usually I request something like chocolate chip pancakes and bacon with hashed browns. Always comes out with the wrong flavor pancakes. Bring it back 2-3 times and still wrong. My husband went there for Christmas, I had got one of their melts. Requested no egg. Came cover in egg, the waitress even knew it was wrong when she came out. I didn't complain, Christmas Day I just took it off the sandwich although it was embedded in the bread. I hardly ever give 5 stars but considering this was an iHop, my expectations were low and I was pleasantly surprised. Service was amazing. Our server, Tiffany, was polite, funny, and had great recommendations for us. Our food came amazingly quick and was hot fresh and very tasty. I got the steak tips and eggs. My wife got the chicken florentine crepes and we were both extremely impressed. The staff all seemed to be attending to customers and not hanging around. Even though a large majority of the staff were very young, they were great. Very polite and attentive. Whoever trained the staff here, Bravo!! Very unsanitary. First and last time to ever step foot in that place. Firstly, the waitresses could be more professional in front of customers when greeted. When seated, we were given dirty utensils! These utensils were basically picked up from previous customers and wrapped in a napkin for the next person. They didn't look washed at all and still had remaining chocolate and crumbs from the previous user. Very unclean. This place has to be looked at because if their utensils aren't being properly washed, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. read more

And what I got was cold food, missing and soggy items and they forgot the omelette, they said they would refund the missing item which it was 23 dollars for the whole omelette but they instead only gave me 5 dollars for the omelett. they have robbed me. they are a slow and not very good ihop. Had to find her to get the check I'd asked for, 10 minutes earlier. Tips were tough and chewy. Potatoes and corn are hard to screw up, so no complaints there. Second visit. 11/29 lunch Breaded chicken breast dinner. No complaints about the food, but the service was far slower than what you'd expect for soup, chicken and mashed. 3rd visit, 11/30 6am 20 minutes for sampler. 10 minutes for Tabasco.Cold toast, cold eggs. Got there and was seated quickly. Our server didn't show up to our table for 20 minutes. When she finally came we ordered and got our drinks. My food was good so was my husbands. We had to ask for silverware. We got our check and put our card out for her to grab and after 15 minutes of waiting we went to the front to check out and she wasn't even the one who checked us out. I'm not one for not tipping because that's their source of income but tips are based on service and if I hadnt used to be a server I probably wouldn't have tipped the 18% that I did. All the servers were sitting up front in the waiting room chatting which is fine but if you have tables you need to be checking on them. While eating dinner my wife started to drink from her glass filled with water but stopped suddenly because she found lipstick on the rim of her glass so did my daughter. I came into the Junction City IHOP without expecting much, but my outstanding server, Monica, exceeded my expectations. Monica greeted us with a great smile and always kept our drinks full. She got our order in promptly and the food came out quickly. The food was delicious and Monica checked on us a few times. Ive been here many times since they've opened. Sometimes its a miss but overall its a pretty good place. Their eggs are always a bit undercooked, that doesnt seem to change. The bacon is not close to being crispy, but the sausage is perfectly done. French toast, waffles and pancakes have always been good. Service is good unless its really busy, then it lags a little. Its hit and miss with the hostess as to whether they are friendly or not, but the servers have always been nice. read more
