Our table was dirty with crumbs, the coffee caddy is caked on with old sediment and old water There's dead flies on the window ledge and on the back and of the seats is covered in crumb debris. For 15$ the portion size of this burger is REDICULOUS and to only get about 5 onion rings as a side?? Not to mention the horrible service and wait. I placed an order ahead of time online and still had to wait 10+ minutes along with other customers getting upset at the lack of service. Environment: -I went to IHOP on a Sunday at 1220. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. The condiment caddy was neat, organized, and clean. My silverware provided was also clean. IHOP is very pleasant in appearance and is furnished adequately. Menu: -The menu is larger in length as it contains 5 full pages, a half page with the cover on one side, and 2 half sheets in the middle. It was clean organized and pleasant in appearance, packed with plenty of pictures to show you what you are ordering. It also has calorie counts and vegan/gluten free indicators. -This menu features 2 noticeable sections, a kids 12 and under section, and a 55+ section. Service: -I was seated in 5 minutes upon arrival, and I placed my order at 1245 and received my order at 1308 a 23 minute wait. My biscuit and ham came 3 minutes later than main dish. -My hostess Erin, was very friendly and I even overheard her having a polite conversation with a different party. She was extremely helpful towards a party that was asking to many questions in opinion. She also stated to a party that they were out of crepes. I found this odd as my dine in ticket number was 35. She announced to that party that they had ran out early in the day. -The cleaner was quick and methodical in cleaning up tables allowing for quick client turnover. Food: -My order was: International house roast coffee which I drank black, thick and fluffy french toast griddle combo with 2 scrambled eggs, 2 bacon slices, hash browns, ham, and a biscuit without gravy. -International house roast coffee tasted great and was able to fill my mug up 3 additional times with the amount in the pot. The coffee was hot for every pour. -Thick and fluffy french toast was amazing and It really is thick and fluffy. 10/10. -Scrambled eggs were bland but what you would expect. 5/10. -Bacon was not too greasy and slightly crispy. 6/10. -Hash browns were way above average. Had a crispy top and tasted great. 8/10. -Biscuit was phenomenal, slightly mushy, tasted excellent, and was a large portion. 9/10. -Ham was large in size and didn't disappoint. One of the better slices of ham that I've tasted. 9/10. Overall: -This IHOP does not at all disappoint and was a great place to enjoy a hot coffee, fill my stomach, and listen to my audio book. iHOP can be hit or miss. We stop at IHOP when we travel and we travel a lot. Some places they seem worn out and tired. And have friends of the workers hanging out and distracting the staff. Sadly that's common at a lot of IHOPs. In other places, they must have better management, training, and ownership. This is one of those. The service was fast and friendly. Very fast in fact. The food we ordered was really good, better than I expected. The bill did not send us into bankruptcy as some IHOPs are surprisingly expensive, this one was reasonable. I had the newish steak tips and eggs with a side of pancakes. I asked for the pecan syrup which I like to blend with the maple on the table. The steak was marinated and easy to chew, kind of a mild teriyaki although I don't recall them promoting it that way. read more

I love IHOP and sadly this location is awful. I've been twice now, the first time was slow but nothing too crazy. Second time, today, yes, Christmas Day, was terrible. I work in the service industry and understand holidays are busy, but we waited for almost 1.5hrs for food to come out (at that point we should've left honestly). Service was the slowest I've ever seen, and once the food came out, it was cold. We ate it all because we were hungry by that point, but again, we understand it's Christmas Day and they're one of the few places open, but even as a server, a restaurant should NEVER take that long for breakfast food to be ready. Arrived on a Friday morning and was pleasantly surprised it wasn't packed! Yeh!! We were seated immediately which was nice considering it's Friday. Our waiter was prompt at getting our drinks and order. Once our food arrived it was hot and plated well this meaning it wasn't just tossed on the plate as if carelessly done. Whoever the cook was took time to make a good presentation of the food on our plates! A big thank you for that! Our waiter was very professional and we never had to ask for refill which is a pet peeve of mine. He was very attentive and offered to go cups. I ordered curbside pick up. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:41. I had to call twice for my food. After getting my food around 8:20. I drove all the way home and I was missing a salad and my NU cheesecake pancakes. So I had to drive all the way back to ihop to get the rest of my order. Service was slow and bad, first of all, the hostess doesn't know how to greet customers as they walk in, or follow up with customers as they sit and wait for their food or take out. The waitress does not check up on customers while they wait for their food nor do they serve their food in the order it was given. Another table got there like 15 minutes after me and got their food first before we even got ours, we even waited an additional 10 minutes, and the server was not even apologetic for the food coming in late or offered us anything else, the server never checked on us or any of the other customers. On top of that, the server was never to be found, she only showed up to customers to either take their order, or give them their food or check. Never a question of "was there anything else you needed?" Or "How's the food?" Or even asking if we needed a to go box or something. It was like talking telling a child what to do. In an area where there are several competitors a company should really step up its customer service to stay marketable. Theirs is lacking.
