Absolutely the worse ihop ever. I've done a order for pick up on their website three times, all three times they fuck up my order. The last time I ordered crepes, they threw peaches on top when it was supposed to be an order for strawberries and creme, my boyfriend had to go back and request for them to redo it. The second time they made it they didn't close the top correctly and all the food came splashing out of the bag, when I went to open the bag the strawberries were all over the bag and on top of that, can you guess it, no creme. I called the manager to complain and I had thrown the food away and requested a refund, he wanted to see the food so he could give me my money back even after the fact it was thrown away, so I had to scoop it out of the trash and return it. If I could give zero stars I would, I just attempted to have breakfast with my mom and daughter and ended up walking out. As we were waiting a cockroach was crawling on the wall, we alerted a server and she came and killed it. Then after we were served another cockroach appeared. The server I would give 5 stars. In fact all the servers we ever have had here are great. The management 2 stars. Maybe 1. They only utilize half the restaurant. They will pack people right on top of each other. Why? If you have the space give people space to enjoy their meals and conversations without being crowded. Tonight we were seated next to an older woman, two toddlers and their mother. ( Assumed relationships) The female child in the high chair screamed at the top of her lungs repeatedly, an ear scorching head splitting glass shattering monster, while the mother continued to eat, stuffing her own face as if nothing was going on. While this was happening the slightly older child probably 4 jumped up & down yelling quesadilla! And grabbing and yanking the window shade blinds and chain crashing them into the window. My son had to repeat himself 4 times because I couldn't hear him over that badly behaving child beating the metal chains into the window. All the other customers were watching the train wreck. Yet, even in these times when so many people are lashing out in hate no one said anything in anger. ( Kudos to Fontana residents there that night) No one in management ever was seen. Are they so scared to maintain a pleasant decent atmosphere, that they would rather loose customers than deal with an obvious disruption? And perhaps offend a rude and lacking adult whos children were so out of control they were causing a scene ? It was so bad, we paid at our table half way through our meal & left as soon as we could. Horrible service, started out good taking orders but once we got our drinks Cynthia was where to be found. I get to go here with my hubby on our days off and Salma is outstanding every time they are always super packed on Monday and Wednesday, and with wonderful service like hers.I can tell the male Hispanic Manager I don't know his name always runs a good shift people are always in the right places and on point when he is working went her on a Tuesday and that will be the last manager wasn't seen and the service wasn't good... Customers BEWARE paying with card... My girlfriend treated my kids and I for lunch. Food was ok. Our waiter went M.I.A after he only checked on us once after serving our food. Other servers were just standing having conversations to themselves. No napkins were on the table and when i requested some for the 4 of us, he only brought us 2 napkins. my girlfriend ended paying the bill with her card and gave only a $5 tip, but in cash. Signed the receipt and left. Few days later her bank statement showed her card had been over charged for $30 more than what the bill was at iHop. We called and spoke with the manager and immediately went in defence mode instead of trying to investigate, saying that their employees would not do such thing. Later we got a call back and manager found the receipt. He said supposedly we added the $30 as a tip. Wrong, that only means the server had to write it in thinking we would not find out. Manager apologized and ended making us sign a paper saying that they will return the amount back to the card. Few days later they made the mistake of charging our card again. we call back again and another manager tells us that they wouldnt do such thing and accused us of using our card to eat there again instead of investigating. Never again. Will we return to this iHop and I highly suggest to use cash if you guys decide to go. They are FRAUDS. We definitely going to speak with corporate about this. read more

I like IHops food. I usually don't have an issue when i go but yesterday I experienced HORRIBLE service. Sundays are busy, I know that. I'm super patient because I understand when it's so busy. My waitress Saira was so rude though. 1st she took 15minutes to come take our food order. 2nd while taking our food order she was rude, she had this disrespectful type of tone as if I was annoying her with my order. 3rd Brings us our food, forgot to put cheese on mine and my husbands hashbrowns rolls eyes when we tell her. 4th she got my whole order wrong I asked for the Ultimate bacon and sausage combo with all you can eat pancakes she brought me the sampler. She gives me attitude when I said please bring me my correct meal. She does. Never did she come back to ask for refills or to see if id like more pancakes.. she is such a horrible waitress. I am always a fan of IHOP. My favorite is the chicken and waffles. I feel like it hits the best of both worlds. I can order it and eat the waffle first and enjoy breakfast, and shortly after eat chicken and jump straight into lunch. Fantastic! read more

Nastiest breakfast I've had to date. I asked for over-easy eggs, they were so overcooked that it should have said boiled eggs. Hash browns are were raw to the point I had to cook them on my stovetop.
