Would leave no stars if I could. My group of 4 walked in and a server immediately rolled her eyes at us. Did the same thing to the party behind us and starting huffing a puffing. Another server came from the back looking like she just smoked crack, she was rough. Smacking her side and rolling her eyes because I guess she had to work. The restaurant had tables for over an hour that didn't get cleaned. We waited 15 minutes for our waitress to finally came get our drink order. She brought our drinks, took an additional 10 minutes to come back to take our order. Our food took an hour to come out, we never got refills, and we were never checked on. The absolute worst attitudes I've ever witnessed in a restaurant. Each table that came in after us waited at least 10-15 minutes to get seated. One server stood at the computer ignoring people, the other hid in the back most of the time. We finally got tired of waiting on our check so we went up front to pay without even knowing what our check was, and another party came in, both servers did what they do best and rolled their eyes. The really bad druggy looking server came out of the back, smacking her side and doing a hand motion saying "they've got to go" at the party that had come in. The worst restaurant I've been in so far. Took everything we had to not get up and leave, but we absolutely should have. In conclusion... YIKES. read more

WORST IHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO. After standing waiting to be seated for 10 minutes and once FINALLY seated we sat for an additional 25 minutes waiting for our drink or food order to be taken just for NO waitresses to even come to greet us. We decided to leave finally , talked to the host about not getting service for him to say that we were sat in a "closed" area which him and the manager were aware of but never once came to notify us . I would give them 0 stars if possible. Corporate will be contacted because of the shitty employment and lack of service . I came for hot chocolate chocolate chip pancakes and received cold barely chocolate chip pancakes. I didn't have high expectations. I just expected to get hot food that was decent tasting with decent service. My waitress could barely keep up with my one order when I was telling her what I wanted. She told me she put a new pot of coffee on and would get me some, but once I gave my order she disappeared in the back not to be seen until my food came out. Another waitress delivered my food and just plopped it down and walked away without a word. I had to hunt down silverware and ketchup for my hash browns. I never got that fresh cup of coffee and had to settle for my stale lukewarm coffee. When I expressed my disappointment the waitress disappeared again to see if she could comp my bill. The guy who originally seated me came over and offered to make new pancakes. I'd already been at the restaurant for an hour and needed to get back to work. I said I just wanted to pay for what I ate and leave. He did comp me for my pancakes and the manager gave a $15 voucher which was very kind. I'm just super disappointed in this visit. I'll give them one more shot and see if it was a one time fluke. I should have just taken the low score on here for what it was and gone to Bob Evans. read more

Couldn't have been more pleased here. We waited in line (typical IHOP weekend morning) and were seated after about 15 minutes. Service was prompt, coffee was hot and our waitress was kind. Of course, I ordered my favorite, the "sampler" and I was not disappointed. It's about time an IHOP cam a little closer to Radcliff and E-Town, so the location is perfect. The only reason I am not giving out 5 stars is that I am an IHOP veteran and this IHOP give you very small portions in my opinion. I know, I know, I'm fat enough already, right, but it's still my money. Although the food was on point, the scrambled eggs were about enough for my 7 year old and the hash browns half the size you normally get at other places. So, management needs to give a little more helpings to us "big guys" and it gets 5 stars....let's see if they read this one.. read more

Fantastic location, great parking, restaurant was clean, service was fantastic!!!!! I was greeted when I came in, was seated with in two minutes of walking in the door. Had a friendly waitress, took my order right away. With in a minute or two I had a picture of coffee on my table. I ordered a stuffed French toast plate and it was fantastic!!!!!!. My bill was waiting on me before I finished my meal. Only took a second to pay for it and I was back out the door. I wish other companies would have customer service the way IHOP does. I will be returning here to enjoy this restaurant again and will suggest it to others. Thanks IHOP for making my day. read more

Terrible! We waited 40 minutes for our food and asked the server where it was. He told us he would be right back with it. 10 minutes later still no food. We got up to leave and told the manager why were leaving. I looked up and saw our server eating in the back, not even getting our food. Then the server had the nerve to get rude with us. read more

Been there 3 times and still haven't been able to sit down and eat. Every single time I go, I would be waiting for someone to talk to me at the front desk and no one would come. They would answer the phone and walk away not even acknowledging customers or at least communicating with them to let them know how things are going. Worst customer service EVER!! I had a gut feeling this morning that we shouldn't eat here, but I thought we'd try it. Good Lord, what an awful experience. The "fifteen-minute wait" was more like 40, then when we finally sat down, we waited another 45 minutes for our mediocre food. My burger was ok, but the meat didn't taste seasoned at all. My poor husband ate lukewarm food that had clearly been sitting for a while before it was brought to our table. The server didn't come around much, and I watched two tables of people beside us get seated, order, eat, and pay while we still waited patiently for our meals. The staff was very disorganized. The front staff was nice but not personable, customer service skills need touching up. It appears no good management leadership in the place. The district manager should be ashamed of themselves for letting this location get like this. The place is dirty, bathrooms are gross. The tables were wiped down with a smelly dirty dish rag that left the table very sticky. The staff looks dirty, like they just woke up out of bed and no shower. Just unprofessional looking. I am comparing this to other ihops I have been to in the state. The food was gross. Not sure the cook staff understand how to cook? There needs to be training in the kitchen. Fried steak should not be cardboard or looking like it was placed in the microwave. The plates and glasses didn't look very clean. They had sticky stuff all over them. My to go box was covered in something sticky, whip cream from someone else's order. I would have given this a No star rating for how bad this experience was.But that wasn't an option. Just awful, and sad how the restaurant business as a whole is going down the drain. Went to IHOP in Elizabethtown, Ky to treat myself to a steak omelette with a side of New York Cheesecake pancakes, which is my favorite order. I went in and placed the order around 10:00 am on a Saturday expecting that there would be a wait time so i asked the server how long it would be. She told me around fifteen to twenty minutes which i was fine with. I informed her that i was going to step out and run a quick errand in the meantime and I would be back. I then left and ran not One but Two errands and returned after thirty minutes thinking that it would definitely be ready by now. Now, upon entering the restaurant it was quit busy so i stood in line and waited my turn. When I approached the counter the gentlemen behind the counter acknowledged that i had placed a "To Go Order," without me even mentioning it, so that tells me he remembered who i was. He said he would check on it so i sit down and waited. Now as i had stated earlier the restaurant had gotten busy so i didn't mind waiting until they had gotten the other customers seated. Now that traffic is slowing down i go back to the counter and asked if they had any idea how much longer it would be, and once again got told they would check on it. Once again i go back and sit down to wait. Now it has been right at an HOUR so I got fed up and went to ask them to reverse the charges on my card because i was tired of the wait. All of a sudden my food was mysteriously ready. I can say they tried to right the wrong by giving me a voucher to use at another time, but i was still disappointed by the service. Of course when i got home with the food it was cold, missing the cheese sauce and i had lost my desire for it so it was truly a let down. I will try it once again, because i got the voucher of course, but unless the service is WAY better then, i won't be patronizing this establishment again. Waited for 15 min for a server to acknowledge us! We ordered our drinks and it took another 10 minutes! We were close to walking out and going to Cheddars next door but my husband is kind and has patience. Server brought me a straw to stir my coffee cause they were out of spoons! Really!! Consistent with previous reviews, the service for my family of four was incredibly SLOW. After being seated and placing our order, it took over 45 minutes to get our food! I would have left if my kids hadn't been so hungry. Food was mediocre. After complaining to management, we were given a whopping $5 discount for our inconvenience. We won't be back. read more

HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT. The first time we went my husbands eggs were frozen.......frozen, not to mention my food was wrong instead of recooking it correct you could tell they scraped of the wrong part added the cheese then microwaved it. It was spongy and gross and i could still taste the original stuff on the hashbrowns. I say stuff because i had no idea what was on it. But we decided they deserved a second chance. Worst then before. We were sat almost instantly then waited 20 to place our drink order. (we were the only table cant understand the wait) When we finally got our coffee it was cold. Asked for new coffee never got it. Still we tried to give it a chance I asked for my bacon cooked soft it was burnt. The pancakes were soggy. After one bite we decided never again. First off, my family and I just moved to Elizabethtown from Arkansas. Always had great service at ihops until this one. They sat us down and THEY put our highchair at the end of our booth, about 10 minutes later some other rude lady came over telling us that we couldn't block the isle, after telling her we didn't put it there and asking her where she would like us to put our daughter her attitude just got worse and then made us move to another table. Our waitress was pleasant, just wish we had gotten that woman's name. Won't be going back there anytime soon. read more

Wow is about all I can say!! We had to wait when there were a lot of open tables. We got seated and got our drinks relatively quick. We put in our order (two sandwiches, an omelet and a happy face pancake) and waited over 40 minutes for our food. When our cold food arrived, the waitress smelt like cigarette smoke. My husband had to get up and go to the wait station to get a refill and our silverware. I have never felt more uncomfortable at a restaurant in my entire life. First, a young man was going to seat us and dropped a menu. Being nice, I picked it up, and he made very long awkward eye contact with me never saying a word. He lead us to the table and still didn't say a word to us. Then, as the server is taking our order, he stares at me as he walks away. After getting our food, we never saw our waitress again. Finally, another young man came by to fill up my water glass but he refused to acknowledge that my boyfriend also needed water. The entire experience was awkward. The past 3 times I have been here in the past 2 years has been horrible. All 3 times we get the excuse of "I'm new and still in training" along with "there's only 2 cooks here". Last night was just like this. Not busy at all, yet we sat there for more than 2 hours. I could have drove to Louisville, ate, and been back to town in the amount of time we wasted at this place. I would have thought a manager would have came to our table at least once in the amount of time we were there, but no. We had to ask for all of our refills, none were just brought. If zero stars was a choice, that's what I would give. Went in Saturday morning. The wait was the only good thing. Was seated and waited 15 minutes before we ordered our drinks. Ordered our food and waited about 30 minutes for the food. The bacon was the only edible thing on the plate, and it was cold. Actually, EVERYTHING was cold. I got over easy eggs and when a cut into them with a fork, water squirted out all over my plate. I think I ate maybe 4 bites of my meal. But here's the best part. My husband ordered steak and eggs which came with all you can eat pancakes. He got his meal and waitress forgot pancakes. He asked for them and she disappeared for 10 minutes. She came back WITHOUT the pancakes!! So all you can eat was actually 2 pancakes!! He inquired about a military discount and it took her another 10 minutes to tell us oh, I forgot. So after she finally gave us the check and brings it back for him to sign, it took her another 10 minutes to find a pen! How does a waitress not have at least one pen?
