The young man that waited on my boyfriend and myself was not attentive, short, rushed and slightly annoyed that we had to call upon him so much because he would forget our requests. We waited 10 minutes for straws for our milkshakes and then when we received them they were tossed along the table top. We then needed more syrup which was again tossed on the table along with water that was ordered before the food however delivered after the meal. I don't recommend this place unless you like having your food tossed to you like pigs on a farm. read more

My wife and I decided to try the ihop bogo milk shake deal. The deal cost $6 with tax. A single shake is around $5. SMH The shakes were pretty small and took 10 minutes to make. I can go to BK and shakes take about three minutes, cost $3 each, and are much bigger. IHOP shakes were watery with a slushy consistency. I found two hairs in my food last week and they apologized and gave me a coupon to come back. I came back today and there were three more and the manager got really close to my finger holding them to tell me they were "fibers from somewhere" and instructed me to eat it anyways. I paid and left-- didn't eat. Update: I've visited three times since the series of visits with hair in my food, where I was told they were 'fibers' and to eat them anyways. It was really just an awful experience which is disappointing because their chocolate chip pancakes can be really satisfying from time to time. We had 3 different servers. The one who took our order, the one who delivered the food and the 3rd one who came out of nowhere. I asked for mustard and when she returned said "sorry, all we have are packets and that this was the only place she knows that gives packets to customers" yeah, she kind of bad mouthed her employer but I would too. It's 11:57pm as I write this review. We arrived at this location 9:52pm and was seated in a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was not busy and only 8 booths were occupied and 2 booths had un-bused tables. The issue of slow waitstaff started when the waitress assigned to our section, never showed up for 20 minutes. Roo (an exceptional waitress) informed us of the events at hand and took the responsibility of waiting on us. After another 45 minutes of waiting for our food to arrive, the kitchen sent out wrong and incomplete orders. This left the wait staff in a bind. The kitchen never corrected the orders. After another 15 to 20 minutes, we left. IHOP has NEVER offered horrible service such as this. I believe it was a combination of unorganized wait staff and a very unorganized kitchen. By the way, there are now 5 un-bused tables with even less customers (2 customers left because of the slow service). It's now 12:12am and the manager never came out to reconcile the complaints. The service is always on point, our food is warm and our customizations are never forgotten. Antione (our personal favorite server) is a phenomenal server; he's not overbearing but on top of his game! He gives you Kid Cudi vibes but he's super professional and fun to talk to. I am an ihop fan but this one was a disaster. I stood waiting in the door for 5 minutes to be seated in a restaurant with two tables in use. The waiter quickly came to me to get my order. Got my go to breakfast sampler with eggs hard over yokes broken. Hash browns well done. What I got was runny eggs and barely warm hash browns, the ham, bacon and pancakes were fine but the sausage was actually cold. I asked the waiter for an order of cooked sausage. I was happily surprised when he came back with 4 sausage links instead of the two that were uncooked, the problem was that now I had another ( larger) order of uncooked sausage. I like my meal over cooked, I would have settled for just cooked, the sausage was actually cool to the touch and runny eggs are just gross to me. read more

Wish I can give 0 stars! Worst IHOP in the area. Since the app doesn't support the modifications and add one I prefer for my order, it requires me to call the restaurant directly (which I am okay with). What I'm not okay with, is calling for 15 minutes straight with no response. This then requires me to have to go directly to the restaurant to place my order. When I give the server (Kianna B) my order and she reads it back to me and still manages to get my whole order completely wrong is frustrating. I went home and noticed my whole order is incorrect. I shouldn't have to check my order before I leave, but honestly after several times of mishaps at this location I suppose I need to. Their corporate office isn't much help. Came here for a breakfast with the kids. At first I was annoyed because I was hungry and saw a bunch of waitresses at the end of the restaurant gossiping , but then I came to realizes this is IHOP. Long behold, my waitress Chennitta came and greeted us very well. Dhe was very customer service oriented and very friendly young woman. Her interpersonal skills was amazing and the way she knew the menu and suggested items was superb. I remember my waiteessing days and must say she did great. Definitely recommend. First off let me say I'm a regular here. Tonight the service was horrible. I placed an online order and came inside after about ten miniutes. No one ever came over to help me or ask if I had been helped but plenty of employees walked past complaining how tired they were how they got off at 12 etc... while myself and another customer continued to wait. I am a manager of a fast casual restaurant and even during COVID times I find this to be absolutely ridiculous. Wasn't able to speak to a manager because he was supposibpy busy cooking? However he was able to help the complaining young lady clock out so she could go home. The only shining light of this place is miss Jackie who came and helped me after she was done with the 4 tables she was waiting on. Food wasn't ready till 1:15am and I was there at 12:12am to pick up the food. No updates on what's was going on and there was only myself and another customer also waiting. Couldn't even find the host/waiter to even cancel my order for my refund so that I could save myself the misery of going back home. Just plain terrible experience. I ordered a milkshake with no whipped cream and it arrived with whipped cream. Service is very slow and waiters barely updated/checked on us about our food. For an IHOP, this place is okay. It seems bigger and less claustrophobic compared to the location on 610. Still really crowded. There are major issues with the flow of incoming customers, those waiting, and those waiting to pay. The traffic flow kind of crams everyone in one area and causes much confusion. We came on a Sunday afternoon and of course it was crowded. For a party of 2, we didn't have long to wait and were seated at a clean booth, quickly were attended by a waitress and given drinks. The people who shared the booth behind us were awful. Kids constantly screeching, standing up, hanging over the booth and like pushing it into me. If that's even a thing. The booth back was loose and I could feel it push into me every time they leaned back. Also, kids behind us had an annoying ipad on full blast with some squaking/screeching annoying selfie video. I know this isn't IHOP's fault, but if you are looking for some peace to have breakfast and maybe do your crossword, you aren't going to find it here. The staff did do a good job of constantly sweeping the carpet though for bits of debris. Our food arrived promptly and was made to order. Horrible service, moody staff that doesn't care and cold food.My advice is to skip this location, visit Cracker Barrel or Waffle House instead. Upon being seated our party was split up, between a 4 seater booth and 6 seater booth. The 6 seater was not cleaned and lacked placemats, menus and silverware until they asked for it. NASTY WAITER and Drink Orders Once the waiter arrived, we tried to inform her that we wanted to put in our drink and food orders together but she cut the me off and asked for the drink orders first. Once I explained the situation again she gave out a loud sigh as if the request irritated her. Then we sat at the table for 10-13 minutes with no drinks. When the drinks arrived, our server spilled hot tea water on the table by pushing the kettle towards our elderly guest. FINALLY THE COLD FOOD Finally we received our food, after we brought up that larger parties that arrived after us had been served. Our server then threw different parts of the meals on the table, which lead to some guest asking for the missing parts of the orders. All the pancakes arrived cold. We had an elderly guest with us who ordered a salad and soup and she was the last to receive her meal 10 min after everyone else. UNINTERESTED MANAGER We asked to speak to the manager because the overall experince was chaotic and lack luster. We felt as if we were an inconvince to our waiter. When the manager came over to our table he didn't seem to see a problem and tried to justify all the mistakes. He barely spoke up so we could hear him. Then he claimed that no one alerted him of our request to speak with him 10 mins earlier. Lastly, he said he would take something off the bill that never happened.
