This place is horrible it took over an hour for our food and they didn't even tell us how long the wait would be because there was a larger table that came in before us. The employees were not wearing masks when they went to the back. The cooks came out of the kitchen wearing no masks. They only started to tell people how long it would be after someone complained to the manager. I don't recommend. read more

I called the Clovis, NM IHOP as I wanted to place a to go order for a salad. I ordered a grilled chicken and vegetable salad and said no onions and no mushrooms. When I got my salad (thank goodness I looked at it prior to leaving restaurant) there were onions and mushrooms on the top of my salad. I told the person helping me and I was told they would make it right. I waited about 15 minutes and when I looked at the replacement salad there indeed was no onions or mushrooms. When I got home and opened up the salad prior to eating there was lettuce, one very small slice of tomato, there was no avocado (salad comes with it), and the chicken was very dry. I will not be eating at this IHOP again. read more

Let me start off with the amazing waiter : Dia. (I probably wrote that wrong, sorry!) Anyways, she was so attentive and provided great service. I go to iHop occasionally and by far she was my absolute favorite waiter to date. The food was great, killing it with the burgers (insert heart emoji). Also I like the new look of the place. The carpet had to go! read more

VERY SLOW SERVICE. We only saw our waitress three times; for the drinks at the beginning/order taking, bringing the food, and the check. We decided to get coffee while waiting for food but she never came back. We ran out of water within 5 minutes of sitting there and never got a refill, plus the glasses were dirty. At one point she said she was going to go get more water and just never came back. The food took an hour to get to us and the portions were small, but tasty. One member ordered a steak medium rare and it came out grey with no pink. Just an overall bad experience. Will be going to Denny's next time. read more

Stopped in Clovis on the long drive out to California. I was exhausted and hungry. I knew IHOP would be fast and filling but sometimes the different locations can vary greatly. This one was good. There server I had was awesome (Stacy H). Very kind ! I recommend stopping in here for breakfast if you are in the area. :) read more

I wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone, it's dirty, the service isn't up to par and the management is seriously useless. Try cooks instead read more

Has to be the worst customer service I've experienced. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT attempt to place to go orders. I've called and been put on hold for more than 10 minutes numerous times. I've called and no one answered numerous times. Why even have a phone if you don't know how to use it? Guess this place represents this town well read more

The food was alright. But took a long time to get. The the staff including manager had a meeting right next to our table. They were laughing and very loud not enjoyable at all. Just not worth it! Our waitress was really nice though read more

This IHOP is one of my favorite restaurants in Clovis. I have never experienced any bad service here. The food is always good, and I like that I can always take my time. I am never rushed, and the prices are always fair. I have never overpaid for anything that I ordered. The midnight food and service is just as good as the noon food and service. read more

Been here twice and no issues either time it is on point for an Ihop. good waffles and good service no complaints.

If you want great service sit in Cierra's section. We have sat with her twice and zero complaints. Today we went at around noon and that's the secret to getting the best pancakes! read more

Went in for breakfast yesterday. Was seated in less than 5 minutes. Was pretty busy, but not overwhelmingly busy. Fast forward 1 hour 20 minutes, we were still waiting for our food. I asked the waitress how much they were planning on charging for our meals. And, without hesitation, she said, "Full price." Then, she says, "Everyone here has been waiting, including them (couple next to us) who were here before you. And, they're not complaining." Long story short, it took a manager to intervene to help us finally get our food. I asked the waitress her name, and she lied about it, not knowing that it was already on the receipt. I told her that her customer service skills needed improvement, that IDGAF about that other couple, just me and my family. And, that we would not be back because of her piss poor attitude. She replied with a quick, "Ok." And, walked off. We will never go back to this IHOP. P.T., your customer service is terrible and you're a terrible liar too. Good luck to anyone who dares to go there to eat!!!! read more

Extremely slow service! Ordered turkey bacon and eggs...took over 35 minutes to receive. Oh and my brioche took even longer...like 45 mins. And it was wrong! They brought me French toast. Definitely won't be back! read more

I ate here today and it was great. I had a server by the name of Austin who was amazing. The manager was also very helpful. I was doing HW and he made sure the wireless was working correctly. Really enjoyed my meal and my visit. Next time I'm in Clovis I will stop by. read more

If I can do less than a one star I would. Walked in the right side of the restaurant was dirty. In the kitchen there was some random man in a tank top talking to the ladies he doesn't work there. Girls were talking about their drama that my kids didn't have to hear. Food came out 40 mins later. My burger was cold I watching my family's food in the warmer for over 10 mins. I looked inside my burger it was dry with a slice of cheese and soggy lettuce and the fries were cold soggy like it was half fried. Some parts of my fires was not cooked. I asked for the special sauce that was supposed to be in my burger she said they ran out it. My daughters steak was so dry and old it was flaky she gagged when she took a bite. I can't believe this restaurant being a huge chain is still in business. The night shift felt like a hangout there were multiple people going in the kitchen laughing. I will be reporting this to the department of health. read more

Me n hubby went on a Sunday morning and it was packed. We waited too long to be seated. Our server "Blanca"? was so nice she always checked with the customers to see if our food was ok and if we needed anything.. read more

Food was quick and warm, service a little slow. Drink refills did happen just had water.

My husband and I went to this IHOP in Easter Sunday, 100% expecting it to be very busy, and we were correct, but we didn't mind the crowds. When asked where we would like to sit, a booth or table, we said table, seeing as I'm pregnant. Well, the girl set us at a booth, and I tried to fit my belly in, which didn't work out. When we asked to be reseated, we were met with some rude looks and attitude. When we were finally seated at a table, out waitress was quick to get our drink orders, and quick to get them to the table, and take our meal orders. Unfortunately, we didn't see her again for 30 minutes, during which she told us that for some reason the kitchen didn't have our order, and she had to put it in again. After about 15 minutes, my husband and I made up our minds to give them another 10 minutes, or we would walk out. Right as we were getting ready to leave, she delivered our COLD food to us. We sat down, and ate as fast as possible, seeing as we have been waiting almost an HOUR. When we went to pay our bill we spoke to a manager, and let them know the issue, and he said unfortunately on holidays, things happen. I thought this was a horrible excuse. Holiday or not, your customers satisfaction should be your foremost job! I don't think we'll be going back here again. I've honestly never had this type of service at any other IHOP. Very disappointed. read more
