Restaurant was 1/4 full when we came in on memorial. We had not been here since COVID because the last several times were so bad. I had gift cards so thought we'd try it out. Mistake. Waited 35 minutes for food. The server walked by our table 8 times while our glasses were empty and didn't offer refill or ask if we needed anything. I didn't bother to ask because I wanted to see how many times she could walk by and ignore us. Our food came out and a few things were wrong, but we didn't want to spend anymore time waiting so didn't say anything. Took my son to the restroom, the urinal had been removed and looked likes it had been gone. Restroom smelled terrible, and the trashcan was overflowing. Toilets disgusting. Installing a urinal is not difficult. We live in town, but will never, ever come back. 2 stars because the food was actually fine. read more

We were on the road and my daughter really wanted iHop, so we stopped in for breakfast. The restaurant was crowded but we were sat immediately. Then we waited for almost 10 minutes before our very sweet waiter stopped by. She took our drink and entree orders. My daughter loved the hot chocolate! Came in a large mug with whipped cream and was the perfect temperature. We ordered the chicken fajita omelet with a side of the confetti pancakes - it's a good deal since the omelets can add a stack of three pancakes for $2.99. Then we waited a very long time again. When our food finally arrived it was cold and the toppings on the pancakes were melted. I assumed the food sat in the window for a while before it was brought to us. The omelet wasn't the best - very dry and cold. My daughter thought the pancakes were overly sweet, which they were but who orders confetti pancakes with an icing drizzle. The service we experienced at IHOP was extremely disappointing. I do want to mention that there were other servers who appeared attentive and were doing a great job, unfortunately, ours was not one of them. My boyfriend and I arrived around 10:00 and were seated about ten minutes later. Our server took my drink order but walked away without asking for my boyfriend's. When we ordered our food, I clearly explained that I have celiac disease and asked that gloves be changed and proper precautions be taken. She responded by saying she "could" put that request in, but they probably wouldn't do it. Since when are employees allowed to decide whether or not to follow food safety requests, especially for a medical condition? After placing our order, it took over an hour for our food to arrive, and she only had about three tables at the time. During our wait, we witnessed her being extremely rude to a family seated behind us. When they explained that they received the wrong food, she argued with them and insisted she was right. We watched the entire interaction, and it was very unprofessional. When our food finally arrived, it was cold. My egg was severely undercooked, to the point it could have made someone sick. At that point, we were exhausted from the long wait and the poor attitude, so we quickly ate what we could and paid. To make matters worse, when she brought the payment tablet, she had already selected the highest tip option before turning it toward us. As a former server myself, I understand tipping, but the service we received was nowhere near deserving of that. She even made snarky comments aloud after seeing we did not select that option. Shortly after leaving, my stomach began hurting, which only confirmed my fear that proper gluten-free precautions were not taken. As someone with celiac disease, that is not a minor mistake, it directly affects my health. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I truly hope management takes food allergies and customer service more seriously moving forward. read more

We ordered breakfast on Christmas morning. It took an hour and a half to receive the food. Way past the expected delivery time but acceptable for the holiday season. Order accuracy was severely lacking as we were missing items and ingredients. Scrambled eggs were brown and overcooked. Hash browns were way undercooked and not crispy as ordered. Omelet was supposed to be cheddar cheese but had diced ham in it and not much cheese. We were missing the toast that was supposed to be included in our orders. I was really disappointed in the cleaning of this place ... floors looked like they hadn't been clean for awhile . The tables were not the clean , menu not washed down after each uses. This Ihop only has 2.5 stars, but I stopped anyway.. because I love Ihop! It's my go-to for breakfast when I travel. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival, people were waiting. I was told there would be about a 15 minute wait due to a party of 20 having just been seated. It only actually took around 3-5 minutes. The menu was your standard Ihop menu, and all service was fast and friendly. The restaurant, including the restroom was clean. Would go back. We were going out for dinner on a Saturday night; there was no parking at our two original picks that were on either side of IHOP. This is why we ended up here. While everything around it was busy, IHOP only had 4 tables of people in it. However, I think we would've gotten our food sooner at one of the places that was full - even with having to wait for a table. It took an absurd amount of time for a salad and 2 breakfast plates. Keep in mind that there were never more than 6 tables of people here the whole time we were there. And there were plenty of servers. I know this because they all kept walking around trying to figure out the hostess chart.... I don't know why this was such an issue with only 6 tables of people. Our server was very nice, and I appreciate her efforts to make our experience a good one. I'm half convinced that she went to the back to make our food at one point. She honestly needs to serve at a different place because she's too good for this IHOP. read more

You have to wait forever for curbside orders from here. They have signs saying to call when you arrive. But they rarely answer the phone. Also when you go inside it takes forever for anybody to acknowledge you are there. read more

I will give this IHOP the benefit of a doubt and say that the terrible service was due to the fact that the establishment is fairly new. We had a large party on a Sunday around brunch, which I understand is difficult to accommodate, but our server didn't seem to care to be bothered with the challenge. Refills were lacking, and our table of 12 twenty-somethings was brought only one check and left to fend for ourselves to figure it out. We meticulously labeled each item and payment and wished our server well, but she still charged a couple of the cards the wrong items. Just a strange and unnecessary struggle on her part, it seems. Asked for more phony maple syrup and they brought a tiny plastic cupful. I went to the car and got a bottle of pure maple syrup and made the pancakes edible. Did ask for more butter and got it. Less than two cups of coffee in the pot, asked for more and got it. One flimsy cheap napkin. Asked for more and got 'em. Charlie was the waitress. Did a good job for the most part. I left a 30+ % tip. Certainly wouldn't go back. Haven't been in years. I was going to Olive Garden next door but all the parking was taken. IHOP had an opportunity to dazzle me and they flopped.
