The whole restaurant was very, very dirty! It also took 30 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes to get our food.

I didn't get what I ordered so sent it back and was charged for the regular omlete when I built my own which was cheaper. Waitress was less than friendly. Yesterday was me giving them a second chance. Last experience I got my lunch as I was needing to be back to work in five minutes there was 5 people in the restaurant and so slow and non attentive. Its been going down hill. Need to try some place else read more

Screw this place. Have you seen the people on the "People of Walmart" blog? This is where those people go to eat. The owner's an asshole and the food is always soggy or runny. On top of that the endless stream of fox news spewing from the tvs will ruin your appetite anyway. As well as leaving you just a little dumber. Do yourself a favor and head across the street to Cactus Creek steak house, or head west on King and get a way better breakfast at The Western Empire Emporium. read more

Service today was good, only complaint not resurants fault really family came in and set up movies for their under a year old child to watch and turned the volume up so loud it actual interfered with conversations around them. Parents want dinner and a movie stay home. I am parent and found that unessary. read more

Clean establishment with friendly staff. Meals are consistent and served pretty quickly. Don't go on Saturday mornings if you hate large crowds and waiting in cramped and crowded waiting areas. read more

It was rather disappointing to find out that I couldn't order a kids meal (because I don't eat much) for half the price of an adults meal. The waitress was a rule oriented person. This is your age this is what you pay. My mothers senior meal when it finally came was 'over' everything. The ham was like shoe leather, the bacon burnt, the over easy egg was over hard, the pancakes tough and the hash browns were grilled on old oil. Needless to say - when paying the bill from cashier was - 'sorry to hear that .... your total is $7.86(?)...' I won't bother coming here again. read more

We ate here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. There were 2 adults and 3 children between the ages of 3 to 8. Kids all had pancakes. Nothing was fancy. It was VERY expensive. Forty dollars for breakfast!!! We ate much better food for less money at Stella's bakery the following day. Would not recommend. Go to Stella's instead. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars to this "establishment", but that would still be too generous. We waited 45 minutes plus after we placed our order. While sitting and waiting, orders at two other tables came out wrong. When we finally got our food, it was wrong. Mistakes happen, but there was not a single apology. We called over the manager and she insisted that we only waited for 30 minutes, but in reality our server just forgot to put in our order. The manager then put her hand on my shoulder and said "Let's just calm down it's her third day!" Uhm okay, first off, don't touch me. Second, I don't mind if it's her third day, just apologize and we would move on. We didn't get a single apology. During the midst of our sh*t show, another table got up and walked out before getting their food because it was taking so long. After we spoke with the manager, Rachel did not come back over to even check on us. Worst service and even worse management. read more

I took my 3 year old Grandaughter there for grinch pancakes and hot cocoa. It was not very busy. We waited over 1/2 hour for our food. The pancakes looked messy and nothing like the picture on the menu. They looked like they had been sitting and melting. The cocoa was not hot and it looked like a mess also. My grandaughter's piece of bacon was maybe at the most 2 inches long. This was on a Wednesday and the experience was ruined. Will not be going back to Ihop. OK food but for the price I could get way more or spend less at Perkins or Stella's. Spent $40+ for 4 adults and 1 toddler and 1 adult and the toddler didn't eat. Food was OK portions were adequate. Server was solid she was quick to get our food and drinks and was also on top of the request for additional things like water and napkins. read more

Our family of 5 just ate at the IHOP in Billings Montana. We have eaten there many times in the past. So we were very surprised at the awful experience we had. The date we ate there was 5/31/2018 between a little after 5 to about 7:45 PM. First, after standing at the front for sometime, I had to go looking for someone to seat us. Our waitress attended to us and took our orders. Then it took over an hour for the food to arrive. The hollandaise sauce on my omelette was curdled. The turkey in my husbands dinner was dry and in little pieces, most of which were gristle. We tried to talk with the manager who blamed the 'two new waitresses' instead of apologizing or offering to give us a break on the bill. When told it was not the waitresses fault the food took so long or was poorly prepared she stated "I can't be in two places at the same time." The people sitting behind us also complained and we noted one family just finally got up and left. This is not the IHOP I am used to. I do not know what has changed in a weeks time, but the food was not good at all and the manager we tried to speak with was unprofessional, tried to throw her waitress under the bus rather than take responsibility and was abrasive. I will not be back and I do not believe ours was the only party that felt that way this evening. P.S. for some reason I come up as being from CA. Huge menu and the food was great. Wait staff was friendly and quick.

We took my in-laws here and they enjoyed it. My mother in-law had never been to an IHOP. Ever. She was thrilled. So much so that she ordered the pumpkin waffle sundae for lunch! She's 80, so... Anyway, it was a hit, especially with the attentive and friendly waitress. My father in-law was so impressed, he helped with the tip! Needless to say, my husband was pleased that his parents enjoyed their meals and service. Food is always good and portions are large. read more

poor service, forgot some food, had to ask multiple time for to go boxes, they didn't put the right orders on the receipts, and we asked a girl who works there, her name was ashley, if she could fix it and she did the receipts wrong AGAIN, and she was a very poor server, i usually have good service when going to ihop but tonight was not one of those times, and they weren't busy at all! i just didn't understand! read more

We had a wonderful family breakfast at IHOP this past Sunday! When we arrived the parking lot was full, as was the restaurant. We were able to find a space, but I assumed we were going to be looking at a long wait to be seated. To my surprise, we were seated within only 10 minutes! Our server was prompt and friendly, even though she was very busy. We never had to stop her to ask for refills on our drinks. Our food came much quicker than we expected given how busy they were. My wife and I had the California Scramble, which was excellent. Our kids ordered off the kids meal, which had quite a few options and more food than one would expect. From beginning to end, our experience was great... smooth, friendly and quality food. I know the owners... they are locals and are very involved in the day to day operations, and it really shows in the overall culture! read more

Don't waste your money. Food wasn't the greatest, it took forever when barely anyone else was there. The waitress was rude to us, too. Oh and you can't order off the kids menu if you're not under 12. I walked in and the hostess was rude to my 8 year old son right off the bat. She asked him if he would like a kids menu, and he asked for a regular menu. She sat us down and offered this same son a cup of coffee. What? Then another waitress came by and offered us juice that cost 4.00 a piece. If I had known that I wouldn't have gotten it ! When my 8 year old ordered his meal, he asked for only one egg. The waitress insisted that he get 2 because the meal "comes with two". After our meal came, my son started feeling ill, so I asked for a box to take his meal home. She stated to him "Aren't you gonna eat that?" My meal was cold, but I didn't complain. I ate what I could. The waitress took my plate and stated "What, didn't you like that?" I just ignored her. I went to pay, and the rude lady at the counter looked me up and down and asked me if I had ID for my debit card. I had to go out to the car and get it. When I came back in to show it to her, she had already run my card and handed me a pen to sign my name on the receipt. I signed of course without a tip for the obnoxious waitress we had and stormed out of there. I have NEVER been treated like that, and don't ever plan to come back to that I HOP or any other ever again. Don't waste your money on their overpriced food and rude staff ! read more

We got sat in the back under an air conditioner and froze! Waiter had a great sense of humor but food took forever and wasn't that great.

Went with my family the waitress was a bit slow for how many people they had in the place. By the time we got our food mine was cold but I was to hungry to send it back also I did not complain while there everyone else's food was fine. usually IHop is a great place. Took my family to eat last night 8/6/16 at IHOP since i have never been there and wanted to try something different. Everything seemed fine at first. It wasn't until about 5 minutes of being seated our waitress had came over and asked us what we wanted to drink. I felt that she was being very pushy and rude. I hadn't even looked over the menu yet and we were already being rushed. So i politely asked her if we could have a few before we ordered. She was back within less than 5 minutes again and was rushing us to hurry up and order. After she had taken all of our orders she apologized for rushing us and told us that she wanted to get our orders in before the other table since they had a lot of people. I feel that we deserved the same courtesy of looking over the menu as any of the other customers and as for the other table, they had been seated way before us and we had a party of 7 and they 8. REALLY!!!!! I honestly didn't see the big difference of why they were given the opportunity of taking there time and enjoying there experience there. I was not impressed for it being my first time. Normally i leave our waitresses a $20 tip but after that horrible experience you can figure what i didn't leave. Will NOT be going back......... read more
