Not a long review today. Food was delicious. I absolutely loved my biscuits and gravy plate... definitely worth it. My wife loved her 2 pancakes and I had a little some some of of that. I was a little surprised to see that the sweet tea was $4.29 but things go up and I guess most places are charging about the same plus it's unlimited refills. Same thing goes for the coffee. Coffee is $3.99 but that's also unlimited refills. Our service was great. Got a refills and was always asked if we needed anything else. The atmosphere of IHOP is always the best. It's a diner so you know it's that kind of place you can bring your whole family or you can just bring your loved one and have a nice time together like I did with my wife today. read more

Jovel was amazing! She greeted us at the counter and ushered us to a table. We were surprised to see that she also came over to take our order. Jovel provided great service. She made sure we had everything we needed. She came by and checked in multiple times to make sure we were good. Jovel's attentiveness and her ability to do a great job did not waver even though she was working in multiple capacities. Her attitude was positive and cheerful. We ordered the T-Bone Steak and Eggs. Our choice of temperature was medium well with Scrambled Eggs. Mom had the Original Buttermilk Pancakes while I had the Protein Pancakes. We each had Coffee while dining in and Orange Juices to-go. The Steak was cooked to the temperature ordered and flavored well. We could not eat everything and took the rest of our food to go. The restaurant was busy when we got there. We love coming to this ihop. We visit monthly to be served by Nakara. She is truly the best waitress there and remembers our order every time. We've had other servers but over the past year we only ask for her because we know we will not only enjoy our food, but it will be made correctly and she gets my latte order perfect. Sundays are a busy time since a lot of large groups ( families ) come after church but the wait is never like an hour. Food is always fresh and hot . Who can resist their delicious pancakes let alone topped with warm butter , fruit or whip cream. Ambiance is always casual and clean which is nice. We have never had a bad experience here nor witnessed anyone making a complaint. 5 stars ! read more

I'm a simple breakfast kind of guy. IHOP has always been my favorite spot for breakfast. There are no other pancakes I like better. Today's meal, Big Steak Omelet and New York Cheesecake pancakes, was 5 stars. Today's service was not. The hostess and servers were very nice but I guess there weren't enough people working. The food came out in good time but every other aspect of service was slow. My server forgot about me after getting a large group. I had to ask a different server for the syrup my original server forgot to bring back warmed. No one asked if I wanted a drink refill. I had to stand for a about a minute to get my server's attention to bring the check. And again I had to wait for a while to check out. One couple was seated next to me and left after not being waited on after several minutes. The men's bathroom was dirty, smelly, and unusually warm. read more

The service is always the best. You watch this staff hustle when a weekday crowd comes in since it's minimally staffed, but these people are terrific. My encounter with this IHOP started with a phone call. I explained to the employee that I was in a rush and was hoping I could order my meal before I got there. Hesitant, he still accommodated me and told me to ask for Cindy when I arrived. I waited a little at the front desk when I entered. The place looked clean and was quiet with just a few families dining in. Cindy walked up to me to seat me and I told her what the gentleman on the phone said. She walked me to my seat and brought out my food. She was attentive the whole time and brought my check within minutes of being seated because she knew I was in a rush. I sincerely appreciated her customer service. She did everything with a warm smile and was very nice. The food was perfect. Surprised I'm saying this, but this IHOP is better than most Kiki's or other breakfast chains I've been to that are far more expensive. I had such a good experience! I came here around 8pm on New Year's Eve lookin' for some pancakes after our first stop of the evening was a bust. The restaurant was very clean. We got here and were greeted by a very nice server. She sat us down, took our order, and it came out in less than 10 minutes! I got the spinach mushroom omelet with a side of pancakes. My boyfriend got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit with breakfast potatoes. I didn't have high hopes, but my omelet was so tasty! It was seasoned and cooked just right. The pancakes were delish! (I mean, we're at an IHOP, so I knew those would be good.) My boyfriend's biscuit Sammy was great too! The biscuit was fluffy and flaky. The bacon was crispy. Everything was good! Went to have breakfast with my large group. The staff were able to accommodate us quickly. As i was also working at theis time they were able to help me connect to their wifi, an outlet and let me work in piece. Since the outlet was a few feet away from my group they were able to bring my food over to were i was without an issues. They were so friendly and helpful in letting me focus while making sure i was all good. Worth a stop by just for their friendliness. I didnt over much other than one of their new drinks. Service here is very good. We're not regulars, but our waitress still remembered my wife's order for our last visit almost six weeks ago. During our visit we were quickly seated. Our service was prompt and courteous. Our order was ready quickly was hot and most of all correct. My wife asked for her hollandaise to be on the side and the sauce came in a cup as requested. I took my son here for a late dinner a few nights ago and I was surprised how slow it was on a Sat night. We actually thought it was closed because there were so few people there. Our waitress was nice, the place was clean and food arrived quickly. The food was just so-so. I ordered a combo dish that had two eggs on it and the eggs were very wet for scrambled style. I asked for cheese and I was really shocked that they charged me $1.59 for cheese. I think that is a ridiculous up charge for a few sprinkles of cheese.
