SOLID 5 STARS! 1 year after installation the bedroom fan…read morestopped working. Coastal Palm was quick to respond. Turns out the receiver on the fan that takes instructions from the remote burned out. Even though the fan was out of warranty, the manufacturer, Addlon, sent me free replacement parts. Coastal Palm then came out and efficiently installed the new components and remounted the fan. They also gave me a break on the price of 2 service calls. During the installation, The electrician accidentally knocked over my floor fan and broke it. Quick as a wink he took a picture of the broken fan and said it would be replaced. One week later he showed up with an exact replacement and even assembled it. Now THAT IS SERVICE!
