They were out today for an issue with my A/C that had gone down last night. I called this morning around 8:00 and they were here by 9:00 to fix the problem. Was able to diagnose the problem in minutes. Had the parts with them. Completely fixed within an hour, and back to cooling! Very nice guys. Professional. Efficient. Kind. They also offered follow up services and suggestions and guaranteed the work so that if anything related to their work goes wrong, they'll fix it for free. Now that's how you build trust. I'll definitely be using them again.

Yandry came out with another tech, and he went up in our attic to review. After spending at least an hour reviewing, he advised me to go with another professional that he highly recommende due to their expertise specific to my system. Yandry was extremely professional and courteous ( I might add, they both wore shoe covers). Upon completion, I inquired as to what I owed them, whereas Yandry simply said, " Nothing." This kind of service has become a lost art in Florida, and I can't overstate how impressed I was. This company deserves all the business they get, and I wish them well! Thank you very much!

They first came out and inspected my current air conditioner and found it had multiple problems. After much deliberation, sense new units are expensive. I decided to get a new one. I was given quotes for repairing my old unit and a quote that I asked for for a new unit. There was no sales pressure. They do not work off of commission. The gentleman owns his own business. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. And once I made the decision a day and a half later, he was installing the unit. They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the conclusion of the installation of my new unit. Derek, the estimate technician who arrived at my home on April 23rd, was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and offered options. He was at my home for over two hours! He offered me several options, without pressuring me, simply explaining the benefits of each option. His willingness to explore my request to remove current water outflow pipe that had been on the garage floor for decades, presenting a safety risk, and route it another way outside was taken seriously and creatively. He took me through the plan and I was so pleased. The technicians who arrived the next day to do the install, Gary, James and Kauntes, were excellent workers. Gary was in charge and went over the plan with me in detail. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues and get the job done! All three of them were courteous and, without being asked, applied shoe coverings every time they entered the house. They cleaned up after themselves. Gary kept me apprised of their progress. They began working at approximately 9:15 am and did not leave my house until 6:15 pm. I could not be more pleased. 5/5 rating Thank you I will be recommending The Comfort Authority to anyone who needs air conditioning work done. Donna Harmony-Jones Kathleen Watson
