The website says that the hot yoga is appropriate for all experience levels, and body types. Having no yoga experience, and being in the worst shape of my life I was skeptical. Nonetheless, I convinced a few friends to join me for a class. I left feeling confident and invigorated. I'm extremely glad I tried it, and definitely plan to continue past the 4 sessions I have been to. It took me almost a year to finally give power yoga a try at Ignite Studio but after two weeks of practice there I'm hooked. The improvements in my health and awareness have been huge. Sweat more than a whole day landscaping in that one hour. the instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and have a sense of humor too. The space is large, clean, and inviting. Joining Ignite Power Yoga Studio has been a great decision. I do kickboxing and resistance bands and adding yoga has been a great addition.
