This week my fibromyalgia has really been kicking my ass. It's been days of being uncomfortable in my body and horrible headaches. As a pre triathlon race treat to myself I booked the float room for 30 min, had a 1 hour cupping massage and finished with 20 minutes in the infra red sauna. Everything was amazing, staff is very friendly and helpful. All was new to me and was explained completely. Atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. I highly recommend! read more

New review from service on June 26, 2025 Today I went and had a facial service after I went and use my membership for my float. All I can say is very good praises for Abby who did my facial. Not only did she make the room comfortable she made my experience with the professional facial really relaxing especially since I had no idea what to expect since I've never had a service with her. She very nicely created me and took me up to the room and explained what she was going to do and showed me around. I did not have a eyebrow wax or nose wax schedule but I asked if I could add it when I was there and luckily I was able to get the nose wax done but not the eyebrow wax because her wax pot wasn't working write today, which I had no problem with it but she kept on apologizing. Guess that means that I will have to come back again and get another facial with her and do the eyebrow wax. She even was so professional that she ask when she came in after she stepped out for me to get undressed if the music she had on was okay and I said yes and I really liked that because most people don't ask if I bothers you because you are there for only a little while unlike them which listen to it all day. The other thing I really like is that she was explaining everything that she was doing and explaining why she was doing it which I really like to know what was all incorporated in the facial and to not get startled when she came over and put another product on. She also told me that when she was done like pre cleansing and exfoliating that my cheeks had some redness in them and that she was going to change the mask a little bit to make it more relaxing and hydrating that what the normal mask was and I like that because if she would have done the normal mask it probably would have made my cheeks more red. In the end she even asked me if I had a facial cleanser to use because my skin was somewhat oily she said and I said no and she told me what her opinion was on what to get and I like that because I wouldn't know what to get but she would since she has been trained for the face. She was very professional too and didn't seem rushed when she was doing my facial like she had a timer going because I have had a place that had a timer set and literally didn't go over one minute than what the timeframe was for the service which I didn't like I think you should do a decent job and make sure you do it good. She even which some people may not like and get bothered by but I didn't mind but every once in awhile she would ask how I was , and I think also to see if any of the product was making my face tingle so she could do something about it which I liked because most estheticians would be like oh it stings that normal part of the facial and you need to relax but not Abby is not that way, You can tell she cares about her patrons one by one and not just like oh its another customer. Also with nose wax it was one of the best that I have ever had, I have had previous nose waxing before and this one has been the easiest and least painful that I have ever had so I don't know what she did but it was the best and didn't make my eyes water. Because the other times that I have had a nose wax the yanking of the wax hurt my nose and it made my eyes water after it got pulled out. Once again I would recommend Abby 100%, actually I would recommend her 1000% if that was a thing but if you are looking for someone to do either a facial or waxing go to her you won't be disappointed for the money that you pay and the service that you get from her. I had the fire and float facial and that was an amazing facial because I went it with somewhat oily skin and after that my skin doesn't feel oily anymore. read more

After more than 30 years of little to no contact myself, my sister and 2 cousins enjoyed not only our stay but the flying yoga experience. Had a 2:15pm massage appointment on Saturday followed by a float. Received a text message that only stated the date and time of my appointment and respond with a C to confirm it. That's it, nothing else in the text message! When I walked in I wasn't sure about the meters having to be paid at my parking spot on a Saturday, so I asked the owner if they needed to be and she responded with a very annoyed and rude "umm yeah" so I said I needed to go put some money in the meters and see if I had quarters in my car. She then offered to give me some change and all I had was a $50 bill on me and she responds with a snarky "well I don't think I have $50 worth of quarters" Really! She follows that up with, "you know you are late for your appointment by 10 minutes!" I responded saying that my text message said 2:15 and she tells me that "No the text messages tells you to be there 10 minutes before your appointment for paperwork." I never received that text message neither did my friend that had an earlier appointment and got the same comment from the owner! She then proceeds to tell "well since you are already late, you already lost 10 minutes of your 30 minute massage, you should be on the massage table right now." She then argues with me about that I'm incorrect about the notifications they send out until I show her my text message and she saw that I was correct there was no information about getting there earlier to do paperwork! Needless to say by this point I was so upset at that there was no way I was going to be able to relax and enjoy myself at this point, so I walked out told the owner she was rude, condescending and she will not be seeing me again! Not that this matters, but I did try to give myself extra time to get there, but my garage door was acting up with this cold weather so I lost 10minutes trying to fix it before I could leave my house. So, if you do end up scheduling an appointment with this place make sure you save yourself the harassment from the owner and arrive early, now you know! I hope you have a better experience than I did! I was really excited about the day to try this new float therapy but I guess I'll have to try it somewhere else! read more

My group of girlfriends did aerial yoga and had SO much fun! It was relaxing and fun and had such a fun experience. Nothing we knew anything about but the class was well taught and she did a great job letting us have fun but making sure we were being safe and getting the proper technique down.
