The Well Yoga Dubuque opened its doors in October 2024 with a mission to offer more than just movement — we created a space for healing, connection, and spiritual restoration. Born out of a desire to support individuals facing stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression, The Well was founded as a place where you can truly come as you are. We specialize in gentle practices such as Yin Yoga, Slow Flow, Stretching & Somatics, Meditation, and 1:1 healing sessions. Our approach is trauma-informed, heart-centered, and grounded in faith — welcoming all, including those seeking a Christ-centered path to wellness. Whether you are new to yoga or returning after a season of burnout or grief, our classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and quiet the noise of the world. Since opening, The Well has become a sanctuary for those seeking peace, presence, and purpose — one breath at a time.

Hi, I’m Kellie — founder of The Well Yoga Dubuque. I opened The Well in 2024 after experiencing firsthand how powerful gentle movement, breathwork, and spiritual connection can be in healing anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. For years, I lived in a constant state of stress, juggling responsibilities and pushing through pain — until yoga and meditation helped me slow down, listen to my body, and reconnect with God. I started The Well to create a safe, welcoming space for others who are also carrying a lot. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, seeking emotional release, or just looking for peace in your day, I want you to know this: you are not alone, and healing is possible. At The Well, we don’t just stretch — we restore. We don’t chase perfection — we pursue presence. And whether it’s through stillness, prayer, or mindful movement, I hope you leave feeling lighter than when you came in. I can’t wait to meet you.

Studio was 95 so a good sweat and a good workout. Wide range of abilities...and welcoming to newcomers. Stayed for part of a HIIT class after which was even higher energy.
