I thought this place was awesome. I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He LOVED it. Everyone who works here is so nice. There were patrons of all ages. The instructor Isaiah was so talented and so nice! We also spoke to Will and Elise who were so nice !! We are going to go back and recommend a ton of people to go!!

High flying.

I have been tandem skydiving a couple of times and wanted to try the wind tunnel. It was even more fun than I expected. My instructor was Todd and he was really great with all the adults and the kids. The instructors taught us about correct skydiving body position and made sure everyone was safe and had a good time. I'm looking forward to going again sometime.

If you are looking for family fun, this is the place!!! We chose this location over the LIC one for parking. This one has a small lot which is very convenient. We went yeaterday and had an awesome time!! Even though it is mostly preparation, that one minute experience is worth it!! Tod was our guide and he took excellent care to make sure we got the most out of our experience! Ian was incredible as additional help, which I needed, as a Nervous Nellie! I trusted these guys and they were incredibly patient with me and my kids!!!! We had a very fun and positive mini adventure!!! We already booked future lessons.

I was gifted this experience for my birthday. There was a short class before the actual flight which gave us info. on certain cues to be aware of when in flight. The cues may be good to know but they weren't used at all. During your flying experience the instructor will turn your body to a screen operated but someone who will give you directions on whether you need to lift your chin up, straighten up your legs etc. Overall the instructor was informative and friendly. Be aware that they charge more for additional and higher flights. I had fun and can't wait to revisit their upcoming Queens location!

Took my daughter here for her bday. I've been wanting to take the indoor dive for a while and now I can scratch it off of my list. What an exhilarating and coool experience! We had a blast! Our instructor Daniel was awesome! He was very informative, humorous and very hands on. He made this experience a breeze and helped eliminate the tad it of nervousness that lingered lol. The staff are all friendly and courteous which is also a huge plus. If you're a first timer, IFly is thee place for you to get your feet wet. I can't wait to return as a "Return Flyer" and indulge in some "HIGH Flights"!

Would definitely do this again. Came here on a Monday with Pogibear. Our appointment was at 1 but we were there at 12:45 because I read that there usually is a long wait. They checked us in right away and was taken inside. Our instructor then handed us the suit and gave us lockers for our stuff. When we were ready, we then went to a small room where the instructor taught us different hand signals to communicate while in the wind tunnel. The video we watched was pretty short and straightforward. They then took us back outside to get fully geared with helmets and earplugs. This was our first time doing indoor skydiving but we both skydived outside before. Everyone gets two one minute flight time while in the wind tunnel. We paid extra to get the "High Flight" which let us go higher on the wind tunnel for the last 20 seconds of the second flight. They let us take turns so we were able to take videos and pictures with our phones. While I was in the tunnel, the instructor was great and helpful. Glad that we had a pro with us during this which made the experience both safe and exciting. After everyone finish with their flight, our instructor put on a show to end out session.

Check your progress.

What's the parking like?

Its a good amount of space to park. In the same lot of the building

I'm planning to come with my 12 year old son later this month, does anyone recommend the High Fly or just stick with the Standard height? Also should I buy the pics?

The high fly is really worth it. You really fly like your flying during it! The standard height feels more like you're floating. If you don't have anyone coming with you who could photograph you (the flying is done in the center of the room and… Read more

Had a great time! Received a tandem skydive Groupon for Christmas gift from my girlfriend (who had…read moreno interest in going herself). We booked my skydive, and the first time had to cancel due to rain and lightning in the area. Staff was very gracious and apologetic, and I felt good that they were safety conscious and not looking to get the dive in anyway. We returned few weeks later, and in the meantime my girlfriend decided she wanted to do it too! We were paired with Mike and Oleg, who were absolutely great. They explained everything, made sure we were safe, and were very concerned with making sure we had fun (which we obviously did). Tyler was our pilot, and he was great too! I would definitely come back and jump again with these guys.

So you will have to pay a $60 surcharge for 'equipment rental' which is listed in the deal up front. The scheduling is done online, trying to call anyone for assistance can take forever and the reps are helpful depending on your luck for the call. We had a party of 5, and they could only accommodate pairs for the hour time slot. Not a big deal. So we tried to book the 5th person, and they would only allow us to book him 2 hours later, even though the next hour was available. They only allowed the next hour for full paying customers and not groupon customers. This ridiculous booking policy wasted a lot of time for us, so I am deducting a star for that and the manipulative surcharge. They will also send you a disclaimer the day of your jump. Which essentially asks you to sign away from your life, regardless of the negligence of the sky diving company. Why not send that sooner? Maybe cause you'll have time to think about what you are signing away and try to challenge the booking and possibly cancel. When you show up they may even ask you to hand over cash to the instructor, who is a contractor, so they can avoid potential liability as a company. Absolute nonsense to go through the day of. You wait quite a bit of time to jump. So our jump was scheduled for 10am, we didnt finish the dive till around 11:30-11:45am. Even though we booked our 5th friend at the 12:00pm slot, before anyone else according to the agents weeks before, he went in the last bath for that hour schedule which we felt was unfair. They knew we were waiting for the 5th person and asked for an earlier time for him to jump. They said they were packed with reservations before, but when it came to his 12 reservation, why wasn't he the first pair to go? Im sure the instructor had enough to think about with managing the videos, the divers, diving, folding up the chutes, etc. We showed up at 9:45am and left around 2-2:30pm after our friend landed. Now lets get to the important stuff. The instructors were good. One was Hungarian and the other was from Ukraine. Both very friendly, good at their job and you can tell they work hard. They have to drum up energy if your group is a little lame and soft spoken. Frankly my friends were, so our videos are full of kitchy pointless comments from one of the instructors to fill the silence. I If you buy the video/photo package, release no one is else is diving to take the pictures. Its done with a camera on the wrist of the instructor. So no video is uniform, and you are at the mercy of whatever was caught on tape. My video was missing the landing, other video has mainly the instructor and not really the diver. Not ideal, but not a big deal either. I strongly suggest buying the video if you are planning to buy one of the packages. You cant take gopros up with you. There is outdoor parking for your car with no real coverage. So crack your window a bit, my car interior hit 134F in the sun. When you park your car its a little hard to find where the diving area is, but proceed right to the hull of the airplane. So walk towards the entrance to the little airport and walk up the wooden stairs and when you see the rest rooms bang a right. We enjoyed ourselves, and this company provided the experience we were expecting for the most part. If you love BBQ, they actually have a great place in the tiny airport itself which is a hidden gem.

The most incredible experience!…read more As a 40th birthday gift from Hubs and Bubs, I finally got to jump out of a plane. I have talked about doing this for years, and even have done daring things, but I had yet to do it, until now. GoJump made this experience pretty quick, seamless and made you feel super comfortable given the high intensity of the activity. You fill out the waiver on the tablet which was to the left when you walk in. After that's complete, you check in over at the front desk. You settle up the final bill there because thats where you can pick if you want pictures/video and what package you would like. There is one with just a handcam and then the second is the handcam and another jumper filming you from an outside POV. I just did the handcam which was sufficent enough. It came with a TON of stills of me along my skydiving journey. It also came with an edited video which first features the jump itself, and then a video of the whole experience from being harnessed up to the jump itself. Shout out to Steve, the COO, who was our harness guy. Having him give me the background of the whole operation added that much more to the whole thing. Coming in and sticking around New York while they set up their newest location makes me hold a lot of respect for the whole operation. He was just a super cool dude as well. Rohrbeck was my instructor and he was the dopest! He made me feel super comfortable from the jump. He also made sure Hubs and I got a picture at the very beginning before taking me up. It's really indescribable. A 10 minute flight takes you 8000 feet up. It was the nicest day. I could see to connecticut. I looked over the beach. I saw Long Island in a way I never thought I would see it before and it was even more beautiful. I know I hate on LI sometimes, but it is part of me and at that moment I was proud.

The feeling is BLISSFUL. This is free fall and all you can do is appreciate this minute in a state of pure joy. It's awesome!!! If there's anything skydiving does, it opens up your world and makes you consider the possibilities. Skydiving is so much more than an adventure. For many, it's a life-changing experience! So above was my experience, now coming to this establishment (Sky is the limit) As it was COVID time, they check your temperature, make you sign 10 pages waivers ( including COVID one), you pay the amount at their counter (which has no shade). Then you wait for your instructor to call your name and then you wear the gears. On their website and also when I called they said, the jump would be from 13000 feet height. I was under the impression it would be 40-50 seconds of free fall following by 4-5 minutes of para-gliding. Lots of people mentioned the same in the review as well. But sadly, it was not the case with me. Was I disappointed after landing? Yes, feeling of free fall, rushing to earth 120 Miles/hr, all is okay but it was ended in 3 minutes. Freefall was hardly 20-25 seconds and 3 minutes of paragliding. The weather was good, it was not windy or cloudy. I don't care they took me to 2 seater plane which took 30+ minutes to reach an altitude of 10000 feet. All I wanted was, what they claim or promise, my 50 secs of free fall and 4-5 min of gliding. I Paid 225+95 (Video) for this and the whole experience was very short. I feel like cheated. When I further researched, got to know, people who are Groupon customers, they get a service like this (short height jump- short time duration). My 2 star is only for a short duration of the whole experience. The service was good, my instructor was good. No issues in that. Coming to photos and videos, they were not satisfactory. 5/10 on that.
