If somebody does not like racing, there is plenty of other activities in the area, that also had a huge parking lot. The track is huge, demanding, and genuinely fun to drive. Our whole family loved the experience, and the staff was fantastic. A special shout-out to Isebaia, who took great care of us. She clearly and patiently explained all the options and was a fantastic ambassador for the front desk. We bought the 3-ride bundle. Since a couple of the kids were under 15, we started with a Semi-Pro race. Unfortunately, my kart wasn't working properly--it braked going uphill, downhill, and pretty much whenever it felt like it. Not exactly the ideal start. The next races we switched to Pro, but there were still quite a few racers on the track. If you're hoping to set records, I'd definitely recommend coming at a quieter time. When you have slower drivers who haven't quite figured out how to drive yet, patience becomes part of the experience. Despite that, everyone had a great time, and the staff really made the experience enjoyable. A couple of negatives: the karts should be checked more carefully before putting them into a race. Losing a race because your kart isn't functioning properly is frustrating. And then there's the price. Three races each for the whole family gets very expensive--almost approaching what you might pay for a full day at Universal Studios. That definitely puts the cost into perspective. I would give a 5 star for the racetrack and the staff, but the price and the broken kart brought it down to 3. So 4 in total Would I do it again? Absolutely. Would my wallet agree? Probably not. Still, for a family of racing and motor enthusiasts, it's an experience worth doing at least once.

Everything was spread out and didn't feel on top of each other. The location was way bigger than it had appeared to be. Bathrooms were spotless. I initially had my Dad and I to do one race and an hour of axe throwing but after our race my Dad lit up. So I asked the helpful associate Angel if we can sub our axe game for another race. The manager Nicole was such a sweetheart and did it no problem. Amazing experience, 10/10 recommend. My only dilemma is for people who carry most of their height in their legs beware. The go-cart seat can only go back so much. But otherwise we had a blast.

Normally we pitch in tents on the ground but this year, everybody agreed to try something different. The lodge that we rented can occupy 60 people. We tried to bring most of our community members for this annual camping event, but the timing was not good for others and we ended up collecting 27 attendees. The place is huge, with big recreation area in the middle , small dining area with refrigerator and microwave oven ,has 3 rooms each full of bunk beds with private shower/ toilet. This is perfect for all kind of meetings you want to held. Price is unbelievably cheap ($500 for the whole weekend) except that an insurance needs to be purchased for using the lodge. So for smaller group, I won't advise the place, you need to be at least 40 heads to be worth of getting the place. There are basketball court, swimming pool and recreation hall outside the lodge that can be use as part of the deal . Although we were not able to use all of these as it was raining and freezing cold during the weekend of our stay. Ample parking space for your cars and beautiful location with line trees and cozy parks around it. By the way, Menlo Park Mall is walking distance .

Is it the worst haunted attraction we've been to? No. Is it the best? Definitely not…read more Scare farm comes out to $55 per person for 4 attractions. Two hayrides, two walk-through corn fields. The line wasn't bad. We saw reviews that stated they waited 2 hours. Luckily we only waited about ~20 minutes. There was no line for VIP. The first hayride was the best in our opinion. Actors come out of the corn field and jumped onto the hayride and climbed it. Actors with chainsaws came onto the hayride. It was pretty cool! The hayride was short, I would say no longer than 15 minutes, and drops you off at your first walk-through corn field. We waited about 5 minutes here. The corn stalks were pretty high and it was dark which was spooky! But it lacked actors jumping out at you. It wasn't much. Every 10-15 feet there'd be a little "decoration" area. Some had actors, some didn't, and when they did, you could see them so it wasn't much of a scare. Second hayride was a mix of good and not so good. You get on a bigger tractor, but these actors were definitely lacking. Two clown actresses came onto the ride and...weren't scary. They sat on a hay bale next to us and literally said, "Hi, how are you?" And had a conversation with us. Definitely a downer for the hayride. But, what was good about it was there were 2 trucks "chasing" you. That was the best part. There was also a weird part where we stopped and listened to a song while an animatronic moved around. Not sure what that was. The last walk-through cornfield was definitely the worst. Longest wait (about 15 minutes) and the actors didn't even try. One followed us and kept telling us what the definition of a tunnel was. Another tried to scare us and, when we giggled a bit, he totally broke character. At the end, someone in a ghost face costume was standing in the middle of the trail so it wasn't much of a scare. At the end, we walked through a little marker and there was one food stand open selling donuts, cider, coffee, etc. We got hot cider which was a nice touch to the end since it was a little chilly. Overall, we liked the hayrides and the overall experience, but not sure if this would be somewhere we would go back during the spooky season.

It was $35 for 3 attractions - the hayride and 2 haunted walk-thrus. My fiancé and I started with the Hayride. This had the longest wait out of everything which was probably about 30 minutes. The guy scaring people in line was awesome and I got a great picture with him. Once you got on the hayride, the scares pretty much never happened. The sets and scenes were far and few between.You couldn't hear the acting whenever they were speaking to the hayride. I will say 3 great things about the hayride... 1) This massive skeleton that gets taller over time and speaks to hayride, 2) The fire breathing dragon and 3) The tractor chasing the hayride. All those things were great and something very different than I've ever seen. After the hayride, we had the 2 haunted walk-thrus. Both of these attractions were MUCH better than the hayride. I loved that they were very interactive such as sliding down a slide, crawling, etc. They did not have a lot of actors in them but the actors they did have were mostly effective. I also will say I loved that they spaced out everyone. Whoever you came with is whoever you went in with. We never even caught up to the group ahead or behind us, it was GREAT! and I wish every place did that. Would I go back? probably not. They need some work but not all is lost. This is an easy fix and they can simply work on those simple little things and have a wonderful attraction.

The routes get changed every semester or so for both bouldering and top rope climbing, and there are two auto-belays if you go there and don't have anyone to help belay you. (The people who go are also super nice--I've had people offer to belay me whenever I go alone!) They offer belay classes here as well--I think it's around $30, and once you're certified (they test you 3 times before letting you do your thing), you can come whenever you want! If you don't plan on getting belay-certified, you can still boulder whenever you want! :] For guests, it's just $5 for admission, which is about 1/4 the price of any day admission to the nearby climbing gyms. Harness rental is always free and shoe rental is $1 each time (free for your first time there though!)
