You have to continue to look for them and follow up with them which in my perspective is just bad business. Then when you take your phone in, they can't fix it because they lack the skill set to remove all the screws in order to replace the phone. So I recommend this place ??? HELL NO! You're better off going to another location because this place just isn't worth it. Pay the $10 more for replacing the screen and get good customer service from a good business !!!
