Every morning, I would have to "design" a new pair of eyebrows from scratch -- which was not always an artistic success. I seriously thought about getting eyebrows tattooed, but I wasn't finding anyone who created eyebrows that looked natural. Then I found Kat's Cosmetic Tats and knew I had found the place I had been looking for! I had them done last week and have absolutely no regrets. have had absolutely no problems whatsoever -- except that I wish I had found her sooner. Kay is still extremely knowledgeable and was so patient with me. She answers all of your questions before, during and after the process to make sure you're comfortable and at ease. The entire duration of the tattooing was straight forward and much less painful than expected! I'm returning in September to get my first touch up (recommended) and couldn't be more excited. My lips healed very very quickly, however I did follow all care instructions to a T! I loved my end result so much that I recommended all my friends - 3 of which who now have an appt booked with Kay. I was hopeful that investing almost $1,000 in my thinning brows would result in fully filled in brows but 2 appointments later it still hasn't happened. Maya did my Nano brows and I was told that if my brows needed an additional retouch it would be complimentary but now I can't reach anyone to get it! I've reached out twice and sent pictures along with my concerns, but it's been over a week with no response. I'm back to filling in my brows and very disappointed. There were other issues but for the sake of time I'm focusing on the end product. I will reach out a third time, but am appalled at what I thought would be a positive experience. Her space was warm, clean & quiet, & I felt welcomed when I arrived. We started with her drawing out what she wanted to do to my brows & after a quick look over, I loved what she created.
