5 stars isn't enough stars... StefanI-Nicole... the woman of all talents! After years of looking into getting my eyebrows done as a cover up due to previous work many turned me away. I finally found Stefani-Nicole on Yelp and I still didn't call. I finally got the courage to call (afraid to be turned away) and we had a quick call. She's very responsive and makes sure she gives you her full attention. She gave me an appointment right away and she kept me distracted by chatting away. On the day of my graduation party, I looked forward to having my make up done by such a highly rated shop close to home. After my hair appointment, I was on a tight schedule to get to my party by 3. Metamorphosiz was about 10 feet away from where I got my hair done, so I walked over and knocked. No one answered so I called Stephani Nicole, just to be sent to voicemail. After many attempts to ask where she was, I gave up after 30 minutes. This hiccup led to me being 35 minutes late to my own party. Due to this lady not showing up, ignoring my calls, and overall terrible customer service I was stressed and anxious. Also, she later texted me after my party to say I had my times mixed up. Which clearly isn't true because I specifically wanted my hair done before my makeup, one hour apart. Terrible. read more
