I had an appointment scheduled to simply get fingerprints for my job. The woman working the front desk was very hostile and didn't help me complete my fingerprints. She even threatened to call police on me when i showed her confirmation of my appointment today. But, I went to the Identogo location at 2929 Jefferson Highway and they were able to take walk ins AND I was able to get my prints done in less than 20 minutes. I do NOT recommend anyone come to 1881 Rousseau for anything. read more

So far it's the worst experience and I am not done yet. I started at the Lady Lake, FL location. They were pleasant and efficient. Took my fingerprints and thought all was done. Two days later I get an email that my prints have been rejected. So, I make another appointment at the Lady Lake, FL location and when I get there they can't get in the system and when they do it won't take their ID/passwords, etc. So I wait over an hour while they talk to their IT person. I finally gave up, and went back home. When I got home I went to change my appointment to another time for the Lady Lake Location and the system said they were "unavailable". I rescheduled my appointment with the Ocala Location. Meanwhile, Lady Lake called and said I could come back to them, their system was up and running. I went back over there but it turns out, because I made an appointment with the Ocala Location they can't do the fingerprinting at Lady Lake. I finally left and will have to go to Lady Lake tomorrow. I sure hope the new prints aren't rejected once they are completed. This has been a situation governed by Murphy's Law - What can go wrong will go wrong and I am not done yet!!! read more

Went to IdentoGo to enroll in TSA pre-check. I went online and made an appointment first! The process was seamless and easy and it didn't take long at all! I was in and out in about 20 mins. Make sure you have all your documents (birth certificate, social security card or passport) I got my KTN number in less than 3 business days! Such a quick turnaround. read more

The employees were great. I only wish I'd known that they do walk-ins from ~7-9 in the morning so there was still a big crowd when I came for a 9:40 appointment, and I did have to wait a while. But otherwise the service was good and accomplished what I needed. If you're making an appointment I'd just recommend doing it after 10:30 or so because it really slowed down after that. read more

*Slow Clap* If everything in life could go this smoothly I'd be one truly happy camper! This location is the nearest spot to finalize your TSA Pre Check application within Uptown but it is so damn quick it honestly takes longer to get a drink at a bar I swear. Upon arrival on a Monday morning, the parking lot was super empty so plenty of parking to choose from. Don't make the mistake I did and take their logo with an arrow pointing to the right as a literal sign that it's around the corner. It's simply a logo haha. Once you enter, the process was easy, breezy, and beautiful (sans Cover Girl). I was in-n-out within ten minutes after taking my photo, finger prints, payment, and answered some questions. Make sure to fill out the paperwork, etc. ahead of time on the internet. They are a government contracted location and I was told they handle Government Job background applications, passports, and TSA Pre Check. Sorry y'all but no global entry processing here! Fee was $85 but it lasts for 5 years. That's like $17 bucks a year for your mental health and sanity when going to the airport! I've been to the Kenner location to get TWIC Cards for my employees on 4 occasion. the first time the guy was an 45 minutes late to open. there was a huge line waiting on him. The second time, no show all day even for people with appointment. The next day, waited an hour for the guy to open, along with the people with appointments from the day before. Me and all my guys had to leave. Today, another waiting game. He was supposed to open 30 minutes ago and no sign of the guy. Seven people waiting in line. read more

Since I'm flying 3 times in the next couple of months, I decided to bite the bullet and go through the TSA Pre-Check paperwork. You can submit your information online and then search in their system for the closest business to get fingerprinted and show your photo ID. This new IdentoGO was the closest to uptown. I made my appointment online (hours are 8-3/M-F only) and then altered it later. I showed up. Showed them my passport. Answered the questions. Got fingerprinted on their scanner. Paid my money. And my pre-check (which should be active in a week or so) will be good for 5 years. Domestic travel only... They also do the background checks for federal jobs and a couple of other things. I think. Super easy and convenient process and location! I was in and out in about 5 minutes to receive my TSA Pre Check. I didn't have an appointment, but there were 3 other people there for various other reasons. Once I went to the cubicle, I gave the employee my passport, gave my payment certificate, submitted fingerprints, and received my receipt stating my TSA identification number would be mailed to me in about a week! Easy peasy! I know this is the only location in the city, but I'm not sure if there is an office at the airport to also get Pre Check done. At the moment, this office is not issuing passports because there are issues with their cameras, but I would stay tuned. read more

The IdentoGo office in Algiers, LA is not organized, and the security officer running the office is not friendly either. We made an appointment online & he laughed at us when we said this while sitting in the hallway being first in line at his office. He said he didn't see an appt for us & to get at the end of line. We left. Then we went to the location in Laplace, LA the very next day (which had no line at our arrival without an appointment) and the ladies in that office were proficient, quick, organized and we were out in 10 minutes w/a friendly interaction! While this is something I should've done 8 trips ago, while waiting in a TSA line, I applied for pre-check and they directed me here to finish the process. I was able to book the appointment online and was reminded via email. Unfortunately due to circumstances, I ran late but there was no wait and they took me right away. Make sure to bring your passport! The office is located near the Walmart and Tchoup in a strip mall. Parking was easy. The process took less than 10 minutes. They took my VISA for the $85.00 charge, and I was out the door. Four days later I was informed via email that I was approved. I believe it's good for 5 years, and totally worth it for how much I travel. Not sure if all these circumstances are lucky, but I'll be very happy to keep on my shoes and not dissect my luggage when going through TSA for future flights!! read more

Would leave less than one star if I could. This company is impossible to get in touch with if you have a problem. My results email went to my junk mail for my background check so I didn't even see it. When I FINALLY got in touch with the company after a week of calling different Numbers, they told me my results had expired and I can no longer access the background check. So I paid for a background check I never had access to. Will be doing a charge back on my credit card. Also paid for a TSA pre with this company and it's been over 60 days and I still don't have it. Have now done 2 flights when I should have had my KTN and still don't have it, what an absolute joke. read more

Being that I was sent to this facility to make up for the fact that the first business I had come to was unable to help me, I assumed that this IdentoGO would be capable of accommodating me. All I wanted to do was exchange my money for their services, but instead they decided to play a game with me. Initially I was informed that I had to go home to get my Visa. Upon returning, I was then told that a document they had checked earlier was inaccurate and that they would again be unable to help me. The document they were worried about was my I-94 that I had received when I first sought asylum within America. A, now, un-updateable piece of paper that I was required to hold on to throughout my asylum process. Ronald H preceded to slowly tell me that he "cannot take my money"- because he assumed I didn't understand English well- because I did not have the correct paperwork that I am unable to get being that all Venezuelan Embassies are currently closed due to the conflict between our two nations. Without pointing me in the right direction or assisting me in benefiting my future as an asylum-seeker- this business sent me away multiple times in one day. I doubt they will be of much assistance to anyone else seeking to better themselves, but are in a similarly sinking ship moving against the prejudices in this country. read more
