All had either never called me back, gave incomplete info or just lied to my face. Jenna was my last resort and man was the wait worth it. I just needed info on what to do with a property my mother left in a trust for me. As i live in another state I was trying to sell and just didn't know what paperwork I needed. Jenna was not only courteous and prompt but answered EVERY question I asked with no mention of money for consultation! She was simply amazing! She helped me get all proper paperwork filed and on record so I can properly sell property. I'm not sure what I would have done without her. Again, thank u Jenna Winslow. Avoid this company with every effort you can make. They truly do not care about the impact they have on the community, functioning merely as an enforcement agency for out-of-town property owners who seek to undermine and overturn the lives and well-being of the working class. After living in my building for nearly two years with no issues with the previous management, these people took over the property and hired contractors who launched PVC piping off of the roof of the building and onto the vehicle of my windshield, causing extensive damage to my personal property while I was actually inside the vehicle. When I brought up concerns about these and other practices by the new management, they made the decision to essentially evict me out of retaliation. No concern for human life, only interested in the bottom line. Absolute garbage company.

Since it was such a rush for us and an emotionally draining experience, he allowed us to drive up to a location with our two witnesses where he provided notary services at the window after checking our identification etc His firm also drew up the paperwork for us. I cannot recommend this service and this firm enough! We've dealt with our fair share of lawyers and professionals in our time, but it's rare and such a treat when professionalism and efficiency are combined with care, kindness and affordability.
