Those who follow my reviews will know I can be a bit critical of a UPS store…read more Without a doubt, with zero hyperbole, and with no hesitation, I tell you that this is the BEST UPS store in Johnson County. How do they accomplish this? Well, first and foremost, they do everything you'd EXPECT from a UPS store, and they do it efficiently and well. However, the major differentiator is that every single time I've been here (now numbering 20+ visits....{thanks Amazon}), no matter who is working, I receive the BEST customer service I've ever had at a UPS store. There have been younger folks and older folks, men and women...does not matter: everyone has been outstanding. THIS is my go-to UPS store. Even when it's out of my way, it's the one I'm coming to, due to my aforementioned issues with others. Thank you to the owner/operator/management of this location - it is truly a beacon of an example on how to run a shipping business with a smile, and it has not gone unnoticed!

I ended up getting OEM screen for the same price I'd payed at the other place across the street for an aftermarket screen that never really worked right. When I picked up phone I tested the screen and one quadrant wasn't working properly. Without any hesitation they offered to replace the screen again saying sometimes they get a bad Apple (yeah...I just did that). Phone is as good as new now.

Travel a lot in the US or internationally? Then you likely know the unpredictable nature of a…read moresecurity checkpoint line at major airports. You can make that a relatively easier experience by declaring yourself as a 'known traveler' and registering with the Transportation Safety Administration as a 'TSA Pre-check' traveler. Think Fast Pass at Disney: you go into the shorter, quicker line while the masses go through the cattle corral lanes. OK, so I know that's not its purpose, but it's definitely a perk. IdentoGO serves as a third-party agency to the TSA (and other services), so you're not exactly going into a federal agency office. It's simple: you declare your identity online, make an appointment at a local office, and show up with your documentation, eezy peezy. Yeah, there is a fee, but I bet you'd pay that when you see lines at the airport during heavy travel season. IdentoGO also handles TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) should you need that verification, and a host of other services. It's not super quick and it's not frilly, but a service offered is a service delivered. Should you need the affordable benefit of a security threat assessment in exchange for saving time, then this place (and service) is for you.
