The another clerk, seeing how this was heading South, stepped in and read off the paper I had "Can take up to 5 days to receive." I clearly was still not understanding "But this is what I got so..." & she finally SHOWED me what I should be looking for. Bottom line, rude & hard to get help.

The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent.
