If you've ever been to the DMV or any other kind of government office, this place gives similar vibes. They're located on the second floor of an office complex so it can be a little hard to find their small office space. Inside, they have a lobby to sit around and wait as they call off names. I would recommend getting as early of a time as possible. The day I went, I was scheduled for 4pm and felt like there had been delayed. They can get snippy if you reasonably come up to ask them if they've passed you. Overall, it's fine to come here. Just be aware that your mileage may vary depending on who's working. read more

I see mixed reviews on here, but not for over a year has anyone reviewed this location. It seems like a lot of people complain about finding the office. Firstly it is clearly displayed in multiple places how to get there. Additionally I would recommend coming in the morning and during a week day if you can. I had a 10:30 appointment. I'm not one to gripe on reviews, but seriously, this is my gripe moment. I made an appointment for fingerprinting last Wednesday, for today, which is also a Wednesday. I drove to the location provided in my confirmation email, but there was no physical business that I could find. I called your support number and got a sweet girl that gave me the real address. She apologized for the inconvenience and said, "We have told them before to change it to the correct address." So I didn't really mind too much. Until I got to the other location, which was correct by the way. That did make it a little better. Your sign says you are closed on Wednesdays. So essentially, I booked an appointment at a location that isn't real and nobody stepped in to correct that. Now I can't get in today even at the right location. I've been driving for about an hour now and I'm frustrated because I needed this service ASAP. Hoping to book again at a later time with more success. read more

I showed up on time for my appointment. That's important. This place runs a lot of people through, and they need to stay on schedule. I brought the correct and complete documents as directed in my scheduling email. Again, that's important. When I got there, the employee was explaining repeatedly to a customer that she didn't have the details that he was supposed to provide. He was giving hostile vibes, for her not having information that was his responsibility to provide. The employee told me that she couldn't find my information in her system. I checked my email. FML. I was in the wrong location. That's SUPER important. I apologized for the confusion and left. Then I immediately returned and asked if she had any walk-in openings. I knew she didn't; I'd already checked online. But I owned my mistake and acknowledged that if she fit me in, she'd be doing it out of the goodness of her heart. She looked annoyed, but told me to sit down. In a couple minutes, she brought me in and did my prints. While I was thanking her, she shared that she was having a pretty stressful day. Kindness begets kindness, folks. None of us know what someone else is going through, so let's treat each other well. In short, show up on time, bring all your stuff, and be polite. If you do those simple things, this place will have you in and out and on your way in no time. read more

I wish I had read the review online before I went. I used the location on Beltline in Addison, TX. I went in needing fingerprints and a background check. This has been the worst experience. First of all, they told me I'd have the results within 24-48 hours and to check online. I kept checking and checking and it kept saying it was in process. I finally called (after 4 business days) and they said I owed .53 cents and that's why I hadn't received the report. When I asked how that was possible, they said it should have been charged at the time I came in, but there was a "glitch" in their system and so I was not charged the correct amount. I paid the additional amount and was told I'd have my report within 24 hours. I waited another 24 hours, STILL NO REPORT. I called in again, they said I'd have to contact the Texas Department of Public Safety directly, as they were the ones who issued the report. I called TDPS and waited on hold for 1.75 hours before someone answered and said the report was mailed out that day and I'd be receiving it via mail. I told them I had requested it to be emailed, since this was very time sensitive and they said I had requested it to be mailed and since that is what I requested they couldn't email it to me. After multiple phone calls to IdentiGo and TDPS, (both saying they couldn't access the system to confirm whether or not I had checked "mail or email) and still not report. I am now going to have to either redo the report or go into the TDPS office to see if I can get it directly. It is now 2 weeks after the fact and I have no report. Never use these people, the people on the phone are rude and no one knows what they are doing. Use another source!! read more

Horrible service. Had issues with the website. Finally got an appointment booked and I go in to explain what happened and the person helping me could not have cared less. She goes "you booked the wrong appointment type" after I had said 'I know I booked the wrong appointment type but the website wouldn't allow me to book the code I needed." Was a few minutes late to my appointment called customer service beforehand was told could be 10 minutes late my appointment was at 4:40 got there at 4:45. Sydney was the girl there and she had given me so much attitude. She had her car keys in her hand ready to leave and when she saw me come in she rolled and eyes and scoffed didn't say a word to me. The worst customer service! She should be fired. Last time I checked closing time was at 5 not sure if she was trying to leave early but this is unacceptable. Had 4:40pm confirmed appointment and arrived at 4:20pm. Business door was locked and there were multiple other people with earlier appointments waiting outside. When the group inquired with others in the same business building, we were informed that there is no one inside the Identogo office since 2pm when they left. Business did NOT notify individuals with confirmed appointments nor attempted to reschedule. Would not recommend as this business is unreliable. read more

The receptionist actually told someone who arrived after me that she could go ahead of me because she was pressed for time, as if everyone else in the waiting room is on holiday. Stay far, far away. so many reviews complained about not being able to find the place. if you have the navigational skills of an 8 year old I think you'll be just fine. it's suite 230. up the elevator and to the right. waited about 5 min past my schedule appointment time and finger printing took all of 5 min. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I walked into this office and instead of being greeted with a "good morning", I hear "what do you need". So after saying good morning, three times. Honestly the worst people and company I've ever dealt with. First of all I had appointment today at 1, at 1:15 I tried to call them. I found out that my appointment was canceled and no one told me. I drove 30 minutes out of my way on a snowy and icy road just for no one to show up. Oh and you can't get a hold of them even if you tried.
