They're located on the second floor of an office complex so it can be a little hard to find their small office space. Inside, they have a lobby to sit around and wait as they call off names. I would recommend getting as early of a time as possible. The day I went, I was scheduled for 4pm and felt like there had been delayed. They can get snippy if you reasonably come up to ask them if they've passed you. Overall, it's fine to come here. Just be aware that your mileage may vary depending on who's working.
