I came here for TSA precheck. It's actually inside of Optimal Ship in Allen. Online it doesn't look like much parking. But there's parking in the back of the business. I arrived early for my appointment and the whole process took 2 minutes. I was in and out. Employees were nice and she went over the process with me and I got my KTN the next day. read more

Showed up for my 7:40 am fingerprint appt. Place was empty. Lights are out. Sign on the door gives 7:30 as the opening time. Waited 20 minutes... Called the number to find out when they arrive and the attendant my indicated they kind of get there when they get there.... She wished me "Good luck!" On line, the business website indicates Identogo updated its opening time 3 weeks ago to be 8:30. Guess they forgot to notify corporate or update the sign on the door. This pisses me off because I don't abide by laziness.... Recommend calling this business in advance to see if they're actually going to be there when you arrive. read more

The folks that work here are competent and must take "nice" pills. My visit was to get a TSA Pre Pass. I thought it would be a government agency and they'd keep me waiting. My appointment was for 4:20. I got there an hour early and as soon as I told them that, they told me they'd work me in. This place is all business. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Though the location is a bit obscure (signage isn't clear), the service was good. Premises was clean and orderly; personnel was friendly. Masks were worn and hand sanitizer and cleanliness protocols were practiced. I was the only person there, two other individuals arrived while I was having my prints done and photo taken. My appointment was on April 13, 2022, at 11:20 am in Allen, TX. I arrived minutes before my appointment. I was nearly late because I first went to the Sylvan Learning Center and was told IdentoGO hasn't been there since October! When I arrived, there were 2 other people waiting with me and one of them also had an appointment for 11:20. I was initially annoyed, realizing they double booked. I'm not sure if the other person also had the same appointment time. THEN someone else walked in who said her appointment was at 11:00 but she was late. With 4 people in the room, I wasn't sure who would get processed first. Well, I was so pleased when both I and the other guy who had 11:20 appointments were taken right away - even before the late lady. He went to one room and I went to another. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I wish I knew the name of the guy who processed my paperwork. He was great! And the best part.....I received my KTN two days later!! read more

Staff was nice enough and the process went by quickly, however it was extremely difficult to find.

I had an appointment for TSA precheck enrollment that I made 3 weeks ago. Arrived on site to be told their system is down and I'll need to reschedule. After a 30 min drive and finding childcare to make this appt- very annoyed. Will not be using this location in the future. Next appointment anywhere else is another 3 weeks out. read more

I'm not sure why the negative reviews earlier didn't have as easy of a time as I did. Sign up on the website was a breeze, finding it was a breeze (if you read the print out that you have to take with you it has the address and suite number and directions printed right on it), The appointment started on time, and the whole experience lasted maybe 15 minutes. Not sure what the problem was for the other two, but it doesn't really get any easier than this. read more

IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND! I drove around 30 minutes trying to find the place. No signs at all. No instructions in the email, just an address. It is inside the Sylvan Learning Center. The address on Google does not match the one in the confirmation email. It's not across the street inside the shipping center. Staff wasn't very friendly and was trying to manage fingerprinting and Sylvan learning people. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Impossible to find. There is no signs what so ever stating this location has anything to do with Identogo until you come inside the building. I spent about 45 minutes driving around trying to find it. Was only able to find out that the finger prints were handled inside of Sylan by reading reviews on yelp. read more

Everyone was very nice and it was super easy! In and out in 10 minutes. The location moved to inside a shipping business (like FedEx and UPS) on Main Street in Allen. It can be hard to find: Identigo has a small sign in the front window of the shipping business. read more

I visited the IDENTOGO business at 202 W. Main st, Allen, Tx. Service was terrible. Clerk was unaware of what to do when I told him I paid with United Miles. He said I hadn't paid, so I used a cc. AFter he charged it, he says, oh, yeah, it was paid. Maybe he should have had more training on how to deal with alternate forms of payment. On the TSA website it says that you can use miles from certain credit cards to pay for the TSA Pre-flight. Too bad he didn't have the correct training. read more

Went on Monday morning with my husband. We both had reservations for fingerprinting. Very rude woman that was doing the fingerprints, no signage or instructions inside the lobby area, waited over an hour with a reservation. Redicioulous!! Would not recommend. read more
