I informed him that they had already rejected my fingerprints once before and he emphatically stated that no one has ever rejected him fingerprints, yet he still encouraged me to purchase the "forever fingerprints," which I declined, asking him why I would need them at $265 if his prints have never been declined. Well, the CA BON declined my prints saying they were of "insufficient quality." I called him immediately, and it just went to a fast busy three different times. I emailed him, and he responded a day later, asking me to email him the denial letter. I sent him all six pages the CA BON sent me, and didn't get a response from him until today (three days later) which stated that he has now retired to the Philippines and the new owner is in India until 8/10 (today is 6/23), and he'll be more than happy to obtain new prints FOR FREE at that time. That's 6 weeks away!! What a total scam!! I demanded my $65 back, but I'm sure my money is long gone, along with this scammer!!
