There was a follow-up call to let me know that they were on their way and they arrived on-time. Everything was done with politeness and professionalism. They even answered all my silly questions from a homeowner that doesn't know much about plumbing. About a week later it became apparent that the drain clog which we thought was cleared had one more surprise in store for us. I called A&D for a return visit and they worked it out again. All has been good since then. They also reworked a bad drain pipe and installed a new faucet in my kitchen as well as installing a new faucet in my utility sink. These were jobs that I had been procrastinating about for years and I was glad that A&D was able to take care of them for me. I am completely satisfied with their work and I will certainly use them for any future plumbing needs.

Unfortunately, my preferred plumber was on vacation and not available. InSink made it easy to make an appointment. I located a replacement sink, and Adam came and installed it. He was even patient with my young children, who were enamored by his tools and the work that he was doing. I would be happy to use InSink in the future.

Requested toilet replacement due to bad flange on existing toilet creating sewer smell in bathroom…read moreand, if needed, a drain clean out. Waited a week for an afternoon appointment. Morning of appointment, plumber calls to reschedule to that morning due to a personal appointment he had scheduled that afternoon. We scramble to accommodate but inform that due to reschedule there's no one to help carry the toilet up and light of stairs. Instant attitude. Plumber arrives with helper, is rude, condescending, asking why we want the toilet replaced, I list the services requested. He then denys there's drain clean out requested while waving his phone around telling me I'll have to reschedule. There's an obvious sewer smell in the bathroom, yet he can't smell anything. I tell him that was the purpose for his being there. He again denies it's on the service request so I tell him I'll call husband, he states he'll go get the toilet. I'd had my husband on the phone listening to all of this the whole time when plumber arrived and started being rude to me. Told husband I wasn't going to have someone in my home that I'm paying for a service, that is being so rude to me, that now don't trust to do this service. He agreed. I went to garage and cancelled service. He tells me I owe him $59. I tell him I'll call his office, he repeats I owe him $59. I tell him I'm not paying him a dime, I'll call his office and to leave. He says some choice words, I tell him good luck at his Drs appt. While closing garage door. Handy more choice words, I then tell him to get off my property or I'm calling the police. He leaves, I go inside. Husband's still on the phone and heard everything. He's outraged and called their office. Plumber told then owner I was nasty to him, was told that my husband heard everything because he was on the phone with me the whole time. Apologies were said and he asked if he could send someone else out, we've declined their service.

The good news is, it only occurred when we tried to use the spigot. I couldn't remember who I used but then I remember I wrote a review on yelp. I called them back up and he came out the next day. He fixed the one bib and then graciously adjusted one of the washers on the other because the seal had gotten loose. He told us nicely to make sure we remove the hoses. Adam C. is the plumber we ask for. He has always been most helpful, direct and a true craftsman (and very pleasant to talk with). Recently, on a Saturday, we had a leak develop in the cast iron sewer pipe that exits our home. I called Armbrust and was pleased to find that they have weekend service. In a short time Oscar arrived and confirmed that the pipe was cracked. He took steps to minimize the leak. On Monday, one of the owners (Pat) called at a little past 8 AM. He had talked with Oscar and had reviewed the photos that he had taken. Pat discussed various repair options and gave a ``ballpark'' figure for the repair. On Tuesday @ 8:30 AM David arrived and in 2 + hours was able to cut out the cracked section and replace it with PCV pipe. He also reconfigured the sewer pipe so that there would be better drainage.
