We chose Michael's Limousine for our wedding based on their great package options. Booking was…read moresimple, and their team was always quick and responsive to our questions. The shuttle itself exceeded our expectations--it was clean, comfortable, and packed with fun amenities like neon lighting, drink service, and great music connections! Our only constructive feedback is regarding timeline guidance. Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would still recommend Michael's Limousine for any event transportation!

I booked a limo ride for a short 15 - 20 minute pickup and drop off from a house to wedding venue…read more I booked the reservation online with all the info. It never officially gave me a price for the ride but I figured it couldn't be too crazy and said that the quote was pending. Only to find out they charged me $1,008 for a 20 minute limo ride saying there is a 4 hour minimum. I called the company to see if there was any way they could take some off since that was nowhere on the online booking and we only used them for 20 minutes. They said no and hung up. Very upsetting. Not to mention the 20 minutes that we did use the limo for, the music and sound didn't work so we sat in silence most of the trip. Overall not a great experience and now I'm out $1000 for a lousy 20 minute limo ride. Would not recommend this company.

There was a message from the driver. He said he arrived at 2pm to get me but I didn't request a 2pm pick up time. When I arranged the transportation over the phone with a Mart representative days earlier I could've sworn I told her 4pm. I guess it's possible that I somehow screwed it up. Anyway I called Tri-City to find out what was going on and the dispatcher within a matter of seconds was shouting at the top of his lungs at me over the phone. I was just absolutely stunned. I couldn't believe it...he was just filled with rage. I told him to forget about my ride home and I hung up. I ended up walking 2 and 1/2 hours from Rosewood Drive in Danvers to the Salem Commuter Rail station so I could get the train back to Beverly. I don't know what to do. I'm undergoing treatment in Danvers to manage issues related to Parkinsons and I don't have any other way to get there and back. I've also noticed that the vehicles have no a/c which makes the trip back and forth really miserable. I have to contact Mart and ask if they can stop sending transportation from Tri-City.
