I went yesterday and paid 2,001.00 for hair removal treatment and Botox. no open appts till next day for Botox but got to do my hair removal same day. Today I had an appt for today at 4:10 for. They called me and said that I didn't have an appt for today. I said Well when I left yesterday, I had one, and the lady said, " you didn't complete your paperwork within the 3-hour time so your appt was given to someone else." I said my paperwork was complete cause I had my hair removal treatment done yesterday and I paid in advance for Botox for appointment today. I asked for a refund for the Botox, and she said I am more than likely not going to get it, but she will fill out a form. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

Very nice and staff seems to be educated. Although I can not see spending thousands of dollars on cool sculpting. One more thing they do not tell you is that you need a SECOND session for your results actually to show improvements ( as the before and after pictures they show you are) . we were fooled, and I'm still paying payments of $87 every month till $3000 is up, add interest of course. I blame myself for not doing homework. ( I did this for my daughter), and we were both disappointed to find out that you need to PURCHASE two sessions x approximately $3000, to look like their before and after pictures. 4 months after the mini cool sculpting on my chin & neck area it has been discovered that post-treatment paradoxical adipose hyperplasia has contributed to the inability to lose fat cells in that area. Sad to say I'm now stuck paying a large amount for something that did not work. read more

I got quoted $1400 there and went to foothills dermatology and got the same treatment for $500. First off, I want to say, my star rating is based on the laser hair removal ONLY and not this location or the staff. The front desk/office staff and nurses are all very sweet and amazing! Now for the hair removal, I do not recommend this AT ALL. I don't care what location you go to. I just cannot endorse spending thousand of dollars at ideal image for a treatment that does not work. I had multiple body areas done so I don't know how many thousands of dollars I spent. I even received 1-2 extra treatments (that's how sweet the manager is). 100% of my hair has grown back. My hormone levels are normal. I do not have PCOS or any other medical condition. The treatment simply did not work so now I have to pay extra money for touch-ups. All of my friends who have had hair removal told me that they too require touch ups about 1-2 years later but I never even made it that far. I never left the 3 month window. My recommendation would be to go to a cheaper laser hair removal if you're going to be in for a lifetime of touch ups anyway. Sorry to this location for the 1 star. Again, it's not a reflection of your service. read more

The people I talked to at Ideal Image were very kind and nice; they talked me through everything and were helpful. I don't like that I initially signed up for their Loan to get Laser Hair Removal and that $4,000 for 3 areas was a good price. This is my first time and I am still young; I researched other places and found out I could get more done for a 1/4 of the price and the schedule days are a lot sooner. I called to cancel my loan and the appointment as well as to unenroll (take into account I had not even gone to an appointment or got anything done yet) and in their terms and policies, even if you don't get the service, you still have to pay back the loan as well as the extra the loan does not cover. Sounds like predatorial marketing and like they are not confident in their services because they know it is a scam. So now it's $112/month for the loan, plus the $2000 I have to pay to the company as well. I've called everyone I can and I'm pretty pissed. I would never recommend Ideal Image. read more

Pros: Laser is worth it because it works. The staff are friendly and professional. They are the best part of the business. Clean. Cons: I really am glad I did laser, but I'm not sure if this place is the best. They market it as an "unlimited" amount of treatments, however you only get 9 and then after that its $25 per treatment. This was never explained to me when I made the investment. And when I say investment, it was thousands of dollars up front. Also making an appointment is extremely difficult, particularly if you get more than one area. They need to develop a better method to scheduling as it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. I'm still going through the treatments. When I first started I saw results immediately and I recommended it to several of my friends who then went to this place as well... But in all honesty, I should have looked around before committing to this place. I recently visited Ideal Image for cool sculpting. The procedure seemed relative easy and painless and I went in for my appointment with little to no worry. Unfortunately I ran into an issue during prep for my procedure. The provider assisting me who's need was Brianna Porter simply informed me that I would be unable to move during my sessions. There were 4 and each was 35 minutes long. I panicked. I am a disabled veteran diagnosed with PTSD and the thought of being unable to move was a serious trigger for me. I explained this to Brianna and I must impress upon the absolute flawless way she helped me through my situation. I could not have ever asked for a more empathetic and understanding person to help me. Because of her I was able to talk through my issue and complete all for segments of my session. I thought I liked the idea of nurses doing the treatments & their "better" lasers, but I feel it's been a BIG SCAM. First off they are super expensive (even when I got it 60% off it was still more than $2,500!!) and their lasers did the same thing as another place I went to in Tucson (Affordable Laser Hair removal with only 3 treatments there). Second there lifetime guarantee still has you paying for each additional laser hair removal treatment after the full 9 treatments if you want to go back. Third, if you have any chance of moving you have to pay all you owe before you can get treatments done elsewhere. I had a military move & when they said I had to pay it all off to be transferred to my new location, it was a mess on their end. The first person said if I paid it all off today I got 15% off, but that she was going to "check into it" for me and call back- I had to call them back as I hadn't received a call in 3 hours. When I called back the next person said I only got 10% off.. until she rechecked her e-mail and saw the 15% off. The second person said she would transfer my file to my new location, but then never did. The third person I talked to promised to transfer my file and my new location would give me a call, but I doubt it. I found the care, the lasers, the cleanliness, etc exactly the same at the 2 other places I've been for laser hair removal. I do NOT recommend signing a contract with Ideal Image- they just want your money and don't care about the customer. Update: I did really enjoy the nurses in Tucson over my new location thus far. Allow me to elucidate. My initial acquaintance with Ideal Image began with a telephone call to their Tucson location. During the course of my conversation with Kelly Palmiero, I learned that a personal evaluation would reveal my candidacy for Ultherapy. Kelly's superb credentials and her entire highly-qualified staff of registered nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants validated my decision to pursue Ultherapy with the utmost confidence. In fact, to facilitate the process, Kelly offered me the opportunity to apply for an Ideal Image VIP Credit Card for which my wife and I were approved. The entire staff treated my wife and me in a respectful manner. Veronica, Priscilla, Kelly, Brianna, Abril and Angelica provided assistance with the required forms, verified their accuracy and ensured their timely processing. They expeditiously scheduled my appointments and always phoned me well in advance as a reminder of my upcoming appointments. They performed their respective duties in a professional manner. Upon having arrived for each of my most-recent appointments, Veronica always welcomed my wife and me with a warm smile, a very courteous and respectful greeting and an offer to bring us a bottle of water or to help ourselves to the various selections of hot beverages from their Keurig coffee brewer. Veronica's genuine expressions of hospitality and her professional attitude always made us feel welcome each time we arrived at Ideal Image of Tucson. On the day of my Ultherapy, I had the good fortune to receive my treatment from Adrianna whose gracious and courteous demeanor put both my wife and me at ease. Adrianna ensured that all of the prerequisite actions had been accomplished prior to commencing the treatment, reviewed my recent health history and photographed those areas of my face and neck which were to be treated. During the initial moments of my treatment, Adrianna described the procedure and encouraged me to let her know when I wished to take a break. Throughout the treatment protocols, Adrianna was very meticulous and listened attentively as I described the sensations and adjusted the process as necessary in order to mitigate my initial inquietude. The experience was fascinating. A hand-held transducer produces the ultrasonic waves which cause the body to effectuate the regeneration of collagen. Each activation of the transducer creates a rather unique sensation, however, Adrianna is so adept, as are all the nurses at Ideal Image, that when the time arrived for my "final pass" of the transducer, I was so relaxed that I had wished the process could have continued for hours. Adrianna's professional expertise, depth of knowledge, intellect and listening skills provided me with an exceptional experience and, ultimately, a discernible improvement in my skin. I came in last September for 2 sessions and ended up paying over a thousand dollars for just 2 sessions!!!! After getting pregnant and trying to cancel everything they were pushy and didn't wanna cancel!!! It was a long feud with their bank since they gave their own credit card & a battle with BBB which they're NOT a part of. So BBB can only do so much. They said I still owe them money for services that are not provided and never will be! What a rip off! After speaking to so many of their reps and managers finally someone from their corporate called me back. She knocked down my balance from thousands from several hundreds, BUT I still would have to pay or have my credit ruined! So with that said be very careful there's no exit from their contracts they don't mention it at the time. This whole experience made me never wanna go back there again. read more

The nurses are the only positive experience of the place. Customer service is impersonal. I left with more dark hairs in more areas than when I walked in. I was told it was hormones, but hormone testing said I was normal. So they said my hair wasn't treatable. The hair that wasn't there before? The hair growth that was "stimulated by the laser treatment of other areas"?That's weird. It would have been nice to talk with someone who was empathetic about my experience, but alas! i am disappointed with this business. first, i could not get a phone number to call the local location, only a national #. the person i talked to actually scheduled me an appt. with my local location for a service NOT AVAILABLE IN MY AREA! i only found out after the appointment was scheduled that i could have a consultation in my own town, then have the option to DRIVE FOR 2 HOURS to another location for the service that was advertised on the website. either have a local number available for each individual office location for the staff to accurately answer questions OR be up front on the website for which locations offer which services. DO NOT schedule appts for things and then inform the customer later that what they inquired about is not really an option unless they want to make a 4-hour round-trip drive and go someplace else. misleading and unhelpful! this wastes everyone's time! read more
